Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [-0.4lbs] / [+0.6%] WT - 192.6lbs BF - 8.8% As I expected, my scale at the gym also measures water and looks like I am down a full lb in water alone. Not to worried about the BF since I am eating above maintenance. Even though it seems up my vascualrity has increased, abs still look the same and my chest actually seems to be growing. Workout: AWESOME!!! Here is what I did... Warm-up Dips 3x10 Decline Bench 2x10, 1x9 up 40lbs since last week!!!!! Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [] / [] Tomorrow Workout: SCHWEEEEET! Bootcamp today. We ran about 2.5 miles. Weather was beutiful so it made everything so much better. Sore in the chest/shoulders doing push ups but no where else had issues. Finished out BC with probably 1 mile run (not jog) back to the gym, kinda left everyone behind because I did not want to stop. Damn I love this stuff. Dosage: Citruvol - 4 caps 30 min before WO Kreaceps - 3 caps 30 min before WO, 3 caps post WO Recovery: Great - tender in shoulder and chest from yesterday. Legs perfect from Friday. Endurance: Insane - I think this is runner crack because I don't consider myself a runner but I am blowing away the runners in our gym now. So endurance is through the roof! Sleep: Average 6.5 hrs solid melatonin induced coma type sleep. Diet: Bump it back to 4000 cals @ 40/40/20 and get over this fat thing. I have to keep tell myself to eat even though I know it. Damn challenges of being a former fatty. Water: 2-3 gals and maybe some water too ![]() Energy: Good I took 400 mg of caffeine to help me Mood: Morning are great. By afternoon lately I have been an ass. Typically a little more tempermental than normal. Think it is personal realted and not stack. Sides: No negatives at all! Other: Woo hoo our gym finally came to an agreement with Gold's so I hope to start there before my next log. Just waiting for the contracts to be drawn up. They waived the initiation fee and some other crap but the initation fee was my biggest bitch. Next log I will probably not do boot camp anymore but have not decided yet. I was going to go a bit lighter on cardio so I don't burn so many damn calories which is what I think is why I am not seeing big gains on this stack, especially since strength is up so high. I am also looking at my next log to change my split up a bit. Currently lift 3 but am thinking of moving it to 4. Also another thing I was looking into was periodization but may wait till I hit a plateue in my current training before going there. This log ends this Friday so I will have my Jungle Warfare log plus some other goodies on Monday since Sat/Sun are off days and I might be taking a mini vacation with my work. I will post a link in this log. Great News - today is payday Bad News - I have to pay my bills

I wore a tank top today to check some vascularity. Holy crap, my upper chest/arms/kneck looked freaking sick with veins popping like crazy. It was to freaking cool. I approached weights a bit different today. I looked at the max I did last week and made that set 2, set 1 was a bit lighter, set 3 was max lift. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [+0.4lbs] / [0%] Bonus weigh-in today WT - 193.4lbs BF - 8.2% For some reason when I use my calipers (3-pt) after I hit the 3 spots it has been reporting 0.0? Kinda weird, maybe I am just to low hahahaha Workout: Average Bootycamp day Today we didnt seem to run much distance but we did do some sprints and lots of calistenics. I introduced the class to Burpees (w/push-up) and now they all hate me Stamina/enery everything was high and the class just seemed to slow me down today. As for mood - we where running in a park area of the city and a rent-a-cop said we could not exercise there. Hmm bums sleep here, public property, enter angry clown - "Go ***** yourself......" and other choice words. He decided to leave. Man that is just not like me but come on I pay taxes, well mostly hehehe, and this is public property and we are not harming anything, give me a break. Dosage: Citruvol - 4 caps 30 min before WO Kreaceps - 3 caps 30 min before WO, 3 caps post WO Recovery: Great Endurance: Excellent - could have donw bootcamp all over again Sleep: 6 hrs no interruption but still not enough Diet: 4000 cals @ 40/40/20 Water: 2 gals Energy: Good when moving, none when sitting on my ass. I could use a nap now. Mood: Below average - life outside the gym has been kicking me in the nuts lately. Hope to resolve these things over the weekend and maybe get some sleep. Sides: nadda Other: Tonight I am supposed to shoot another exercise video for local public access channel. Supposed to be abs and legs (yeah I am really prepared). Not sure if I am up for it. With my gym closing in 30 days and the owner has the I just wanna get out of this place attitude I am not feeling the motivation. I might go anyway just to get out of the house but am undecided for now. Definition of the day: Guido Workout Going to the gym and doing nothing but maxed out bench pressing (Usually a grand total of 3 reps every set), and bicep curls with dumbbells. Coined by the fact that most guidos concentrate more on their chest and partial arms than they do on triceps, back, abdominals, and most importantly, legs and cardio.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [+0.2lbs] / [-0.6%] Final weigh-in WT - 193.2 lbs BF - 7.6% I love this, I up cals and now I am loosing more bf! New cals typically coming from nuts, oats, cottage cheese. Workout: Great - Legs/Abs Smith 2 Bench - 3x10 up 40lbs since last week Seated Calve Raises - 3x10 up 10lbs since last week Sled Hack Squat - 3x10 up 20lbs since last week - maxed out sled ![]() Leg Extensions - 3x10 up 20lbs since last week - maxed out machine ![]() Leg Curls - 2x10, 1x6 up 10lbs since last week 15 min ab WO with chicks. I forgot to mention I did this yesterday too. I noticed something new today. I had veins popping around the sides of my knees. Weirdly cool. Dosage: Citruvol - 4 caps 30 min before WO Kreaceps - 3 caps 30 min before WO, 3 caps post WO Strength: Awesome! Definately keeps increasing Recovery: Good stuff Endurance: great - finished the wo and wanted more! Sleep: 6hrs 45 min solid melatonin induced goodness. Really enjoy the solid rests I get from this. Diet: Keeping it big @ 4000+ 40/40/20 Being for log purposes it does not matter now but OCD keeps me rolling. I have a b-day party for a nephew tomorrow so maybe a cheat meal is in order before the next log (Monday) Water: 2 gals Energy: High - after the gym I still had pep and still have it. This is pretty rare this week so I am happy. I had a slight head cold that appears to be gone and this could have been part of my anger/lathargy in the earlier part of the week. I am such a pussy when I am sick. Mood: Good - Hell it's Friday! Sides: Nodda dern thang Other: I will right up a summary some time today, hopefully soon. Hopefully snap some pics tonight and post them up. It will be late tonight if time permits. Drama that just won't stop. Ok so now we are not going to Gold's. Apparently Gold's wants to charge for our classes we have. Oh god would this shit stop. I just wanna freaking lift. I will see what plays out and as of now probably go to Gold's either way Sept 1. Next log: So I plan to bulk like a MF in the next 30 days. I will be taking Alri's Jungle Warfare and expect big things in the strength and size area from this. Alri is known for the science behind many of the products on the market and am honored to be selected to test this product. I will also be adding to the arsenal Millennium Sport Cordygen5. Cordygen5 is a brand spanking new product from MS that I feel has some great potential. Corygen5 when released to the public will be the strongest cordyceps product on the market. This will probably be the first log using this product so it should be interesting. Stacking JW and C5 should be one anabolic monster of a stack so please grab you pom poms and move your asses to my next log come Monday. I will post a link when available.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | This log was very unique in the fact that I cut and bulked in this short span. The cut was for a competition I was in and the combination of MS supps/diet/training I won! Day 1-9 = 500+ cals under maintenance Day 10-11 = 2000 cals under maint, limited water and carbs and dropped alot of weight. Day 12 = 700 cals under maint Day 13 = 500 cals under maint Day 14-23 = ~Maint cals Day 24-30 = 500 cals over maint Day 1 Weight: 193.0 lbs Bodyfat: 8.2% Fat: 15.8 lbs FFM: 177.2 lbs TBW: 129.6 lbs Day 30 Weight: 193.2 lbs Bodyfat: 7.6% Fat: 14.6 lbs FFM: 178.6 lbs TBW: 130.8 lbs The real deal is I fluctated about 10 lbs during this log. My bodyfat also fluctuated around 3%. I will definately run it again for a straight bulk. Strength: I really didnt expect to much to be honest. I figured I would naturally gain some strength but was really impressed on the amount of strength this stack gave me. Recovery: Recovery was increased well. Endurance: This by far has been the best stack I have ever had to help endurance. Besides more endurance in the gym it was more noticable during cardio. I was able to run longer distances, faster while using these products. Sides: During this stack I did not have any sides. Other: I highly recommend this stack and especially would recommend it for those whom need that extra endurance like people whom play sports. The negative for me would be price. It is a very nice stack but people on budgets amy find it difficult to cough up the change. I beleive MS is trying to get BB.com to combine the products and offer them at a discounted rate. I will post before and after pics tonight or tommorow and take measurements to compare. Lastly, thanks MS for letting me test your products and also thatnks to all my cheerleaders out there that keep me motivated. Peace-
