Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Spaceclown's cut the gut with Millennium Sport Shred-XS ![]() Well after months of bulking this clown feels the need to shed some fat. I recently finished a bulk a few months back @ was taking in 5500-6000 cals and of course with that comes fat gains as well. Last month I ran maintenance and looks like that is around 3300 cals. For this log I plan on running a bit under maintenance. I am hoping this supp with proper diet and training I can drop bf without loosing to much muscle (I have a limited supply). I hope you all follow and ask me anything and critique the hell out of it because this is how we all learn. Product Testing: Millennium Sport Shred-XS http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ms/shred.html Definition from bb.com "Shred-XS combines powerful thermogenic and thyrogenic ingredients for maximum energy, appetite suppression and fat burning while providing potent adaptogenic herbs for comprehensive adrenal support. Shred-XS is the most complete weight loss supplement to date. Most stimulant fat burners exhaust the adrenal glands by causing a down regulation of adrenaline through over stimulation called adrenal fatigue. This is why after a short time you need more and more of the stimulant to achieve the same energized feeling. Shred-XS is the only fat burner on the market to provide ample support to the adrenals for maximum sustained energy production and stabilized cortisol levels. Shred-XS does Shred Excess body fat in and extra strength way!" Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [] / [] Tommorow - I typically weigh-in M/W/F Workout: Great Bootcamp - http://www.ironworksfitness.org/Bootcamp.html Bootcamp is a blend of jogging and calistenics. Today I did not have a whole lot of strength for calistenics but had mad stamina during the runs. Typically at the end of BC I am pretty spent but I have to say I was hauling ass on the last run back to the gym. Today I stuck around after BC and did 10-15 minutes of some ab work (non-weighted). Dosage: 4 @ Wake-Up with shake 4 @ Lunch Sleep: Solid 6 1/2 hrs Diet: Hope to post macros tonight Water: Post tonight Appetite: So far normal. Energy: First dose I really didn't feel anything. I can say I am not tired which is pretty typical for me. I have a pretty high tolerance for stims so I did not expect much here. Thermogenic Effect (Warm/hot): Hard to gauge so far. I was hot but it was humid as hell today. Mood: Pretty good so far but I have numerous meeting today that usually change that. Comparison: To early to say. I have taken ephedra, caffeine, stim-x and a slew of other stims and weight loss supplents. I will update this later after I feel like I am feeling something. Sides: Nothing yet Other: Just happy to be logging once again. It really keeps me focused on my diet and training. I will try to take some pics tonight. Last night was the wifes gym night and some girls night out afterwards so I had to juggle the kids all night. Peace out

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [-1.6 lbs] / [-1.2%] WT - 203.0 BF - 10.0 Great start so far. Just for S & G's (Day 1/Day 3) in lbs. Fat Mass - 23.0/20.4 Fat Free Mass - 181.6/182.6 Total Body Water - 133.0/133.6 Workout: Good Today was low reps and here is what I did. Sled Hack Squat 3x6 (Maxed the machine out!) Seated Calve Raises 3x6 +5lbs SLDL 3x6 +5llbs PR Leg Ext 3x6 (Maxed the machine out!) Flat Bench 3x4 felt like a woose Lat Pulldown 3x6 BO BB Rows 3x6 +5lbs PR Mil Press 3x6 Shrugs 3x6 Tricep Pushdown 3x6 +10lbs PR EZ Curl 3x6 +5lbs Dosage: 4 breakfast 4 @ 2:00 snack <-- going a little later to experiment Sleep: Sucked! When I slept I was out hard but our littlest (10 months old) woke up numerous times requiring attention. Diet: Sticking to 40/40/20 @ 3000 cal. Macros tonight - can't wait for my chicken & avocado sandwhich at dinner. Water: 2 gallons Appetite: Yesterday and today so far my appetite in the mornings are pretty normal which is probably due to AM workouts but about lunch time till bed I really don't have one but trying to keep muscle I force feed. When I do eat though I realize I was hungry. So apparently appetite supression is working. Energy: So far I do not get any sort of rush but after 2 hard mornings it seems to bring to an alert status. This seems to work well for me. Thermogenic Effect (Warm/hot): This morning I did get a warm feeling. Mood: Good - still not sure if associated with the supp but I did get through conference calls yesterday without having to mute my line to cuss at someone. Comparison: So far it's hard to compare. It seems to be a "silent" supp so far for me. The mild warmth and alertness are nice. It not overkill like some stims (yeah I mega dose stims) but being awake and functional tells me it is doing something. So its not like ephedra (wired) but it also is not like caffeine (crash). Gonna give it some more time to see how this pans out before comapring. Sides: Nadda - I thought for sure I would have dry mouth but not so far. Other: Tooth fairy visited my oldest for the first time last night. It was pretty cool. Mom made him a little tooth pillow with dragons (like my tattoo). I was cleaning the dishes after dinner and he walked into the kitchen with blood dripping down his face smiling and says "I did it all by myself". It was quite funny. Another goal in parenthood my daughter (2 y.o.) finally pissed on the toilet. I had to bribe her with a popsicle but she did it. Oh and yes the popsicles are 100% fruit and no sugar added ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [] / [] Tomorrow Workout: Good Bootcamp Well it started off somewhat slow. Motivation low and somewhat dragging ass but I did get better. Strength was pretty low due to lots of soreness. Stamina actually increased as BC went. I was able to really push myself for the run back to the gym. Kinda a mental battle to tell my feet to keep moving . It did not help that it was hotter than hell and humid as all get out. With the combination of a thermo I sweated like a MF! When we got back to the gym there was not a dry spot on my shirt or shorts and kinda had to peel em off. Dosage: Mega Dose 2 x 4 caps Will see what MS says about this. Might be the last day at this dose. If I can't get another couple bottles I will go to normal dosage then the last week taper down. Sleep: Good. I woke up at 4 AM to piss and back to bed for another 45 minutes. Sleeping very sound. Diet: On a roll with the ~3000 cal @ 40/40/20 so I will continue. Will be monitoring to ensure LBM stays steady and this will determine increase or decrease of cals. Macros tonight Water: 2 Gallons Appetite: This morning appetite is normal which I beleive is from working out. So far afternoons are appetite is supressed good. I do notice smaller meals are filling me up. Energy: This morning I am tired but the afternoon dosage usually bring me up in energy. Thermogenic Effect (Warm/hot): Feeling the warmth. With a combination of humidity I get pretty warm. Mood: Really good. I have noticed I am not my bitchy self. Comparison: TBD Sides: Increased sweats is about it. Other: Looks like me and a partner will be opening a pro-shop in our gym. Guess who is in charge of supplements Working out the legal/financial details now but we will be carrying our own line of products and some of the popular sellers on the market. We also will be carring drinks, snacks, have a juice/protein bar and have prepared lunches (we are in a dowtown area). We are going to start small but hope it may blossom into something more. Our typical audience is middle-aged women so we won't be carrying much in the bodybuilding type supps but more of weight loss products, proteins, mrp, vitamins and such.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [-1.6lbs] / [-1.4%] BA BAM! Down another .2% and stayed the same weight. I freaking love that. Let's see if I can keep this up. Workout: Great - low rep day Here it is, varied a bit from the norm. The Sled Hack Squat the past 2 times this week gives me a pain in the inner right thigh. Sled Hack Squat - 3x6 maxed machine (no weight change) Seated Calve Raises - 3x6 +5 Leg Extensions - 3x6 maxed machine (no weight change) Leg Curl - 3x6 Flat Bench - 2x4, 1x5 T-Bar Row - 3x6 (machine not bolted down and almost fell over hehehe) Machine Bench - 3x6 +40! OMG (maxed machine out) Seated DB Miltary Press - 3x6 (really struggled on this) Standing DB Shrugs - 3x6 Tricep Pushdown w/rope - 3x6 Cable Crunch - 3x6 did 6 to left, middle, right EZ Curl - 3x6 +5lbs Dosage: 4 Pre-WO 4 w/lunch Sleep: Average Sleep is solid but woke up once from baby then again for middle kid. I have been waking up (wide awake) the last couple days about 3 or 4 am then relize the time and go back to sleep. It might be because I have to pee but not sure. Will monitor this. Diet: Staying clean and healthy with ~3000 cals @ 40/40/20 Macros tonight - see "Other" section for info on this weekend Water: 2 gallons, no problems so far. Carrying a gallon jug helps. Appetite: Morning again was hungry until my 9:00 oatmeal then typically the rest of the day isn't bad. So far appetite suppression is good but it does not totally wipe out the appetite. This is good for me because I like to get some form of protein every 3 hours at the latest. Energy: Normal - again I do not get any rush from this product but it does help me function better with a hectic schedule and little sleep. No crashing so far. Thermogenic Effect (Warm/hot): Noticed increased body temp when working out and shortly after dosing. Mood: So far so good. I don't think this product has any mood enhancing properties but I could be wrong. I have been in a good mood lately (minus middle of the night kids crying). Whatever the reason is I'll take it. Comparison: TBD - so far it has been a unique experience. Sides: Nothing Other: Weekend - this weekend is a family reunion (sat & sun) so not sure if I will be able to post. I will be challenged by a plethera of catered food but I am sure I will be fine. I have a bodybuilder and former bodybuilder in the family that are also strict on their diets so we should have some healthy foods available. My Supp Company - Crap coming up with a unique name that does not scare my target crowd (middle aged women) is difficult. I have been messing with lable designs but that too is a challenge. Any ideas about anything is appreciated. We are still in the legal/documentation phase and damn starting up is a pain and expensive, even for a lil gym. Interting Fact - Chá de Bugre (Cordia salicifolia) Department of Virology, Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University, Toyama, Japan. A partially purified extract (COL 1-6) from whole plant of Cordia salicifolia showed an inhibitory effect on herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). The activity of COL 1-6 on different steps of HSV-1 replication in HeLa cells was investigated. Under single-cycle replication conditions, COL 1-6 exerted a greater than 99.9% inhibition in virus yield when added to the cells 3 h or 1.5 h before infection, and even when added 8 h after infection the extract still caused a greater than 99% inhibition. The extract has been shown to have a direct virucidal activity. And also, analysis of early events following infection showed that COL 1-6 affected viral penetration in HeLa cells but did not interfere with adsorption to the cells.
