Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [-5.8lbs] / [-1.6%] WT - 198.8lbs BF - 9.6% Bye bye sweet 200, see you soon! Super happy I am shredding like a MF!! woo hoo goo stuff! Workout: Good Started of super excited and had explosive energy and about midway through energy dropped. I was runnig weights @ cardio pace today. I think I was just excited to be back in the gym. Good new for the day I went lighter on military presses and no pain. I only get the pain when doing sets where I struggle to get 6 reps so I think I will keep the weight lower on these for a while. Routine Smith Squat to a Bench - 3x10 Seated Calve Raises - 3x10 Leg Extensions - 3x10 Decline Bench - 3x10 Decline DB Press Hammer Grib (keeping weights together on the way down to chest) Not sure what these are called - 3x6 Lat Pulldown 3x10 Tricep Rope Pushdown 3x10 SLDL 3x10 BO DB Rows 3x10 Mil Press 3x10 Shrus 3x10 EZ Curl 3x10 15 min misc. ab work Dosage: 4 S-XS w/breakfast 4-s-XS w/lunch Sleep: Poor - 5 hrs. Late night watching fireworks then the 2 youngest kept us up many times last night. Diet: Goal 3000 @ 40/40/20 Water: Goal 2 gals Appetite: Supressed this AM ![]() So far supression is mild but effective since I need to eat every 3 hrs to maintain my lil muscles. Energy: Strong till midway through routine then dropped but it is actually back up now. Kinda weird but atleast I am awake with 5 hrs sleep. Thermogenic Effect (Warm/hot):' oh ya! Mood: Good so far - back to work so hopefully it stays that way Sides: nuttin Other: So I live in a low income neighborhood where many people can't afford cars and work minimum wage jobs so how the hell do they afford the money for all those damn fireworks? Also I seen some morons on their back deck that is wood playing with sparklers. What idiots. I was looking at some before pics of me from a few yrs ago and wow I was a fat fuk. Looking back really keeps me motivated to continue on. I highly recommend people take monthly pics so you can see you progress. Day to day you don't see it but over time you can really tell if you are doing the right things.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [-7.6 lbs] / [-1.7%] WT - 197.0 BF - 9.5% No worries. BF I think is slightly off because I did not have my morning dump before weigh-in. Weekends typically suck but by Friday I hope to be back to the 8% range. Workout: Average Not alot of energy or focus today. My mind was on a few things I had to do @ the gym and I was constantly having interruptions. Strength is down but I beleive this is just because the cut in calories. Dosage: 4 Shred-XS w/breakfast 4 Shred-XS w/lunch Sleep: 6.5 hours of solid rest. The morning came way to quickly. Diet: Try to get these cals back up to 3000 @ 40/40/20 I beleive this weekend I was running a lot lower. Water: 2 gals today, again this was not the case this weekend Appetite: Normal to slight suppression Energy: Non existant Thermogenic Effect (Warm/hot): Slight warmth Mood: Bad - I am a bitch today Sides: Nothing at all Other: Well it's Monday, joy. Me and my partner that are going in on the proshop decided to split paths. We have seperate visions and different approaches to nutrition and supps. This is not a bad thing but decided it is best before we start selling. I still have clients lined up and more interested everyday so I am not worried at all. I did get my labels in Friday and they are not what I was looking for so today I will be redesigning them myself. Man starting a business is fun.
