Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Day 11: Yawning mid lift I couldn't sleep last night, I was having anxiety... over what i have NO idea. But yeah, i ended up only sleeping 5-6 hours... yet somehow felt refreshed when I woke up. So today was arm day. I decided to change it all up today. I started with heavy skull crushers, then incline db curls, then dips, then preacher curls. Strength was pretty good! But i was YAWNING WHILE LIFTING! ![]() I uhhh, really need to get ready for school. I'll write more later if anything comes to mind.

Day 12: (yesterday )Twas squat day... I exercised like a mad man, and I made a decision.... I was able to do a 5x5 of squats with 225lbs. I've been working towards that forever. Why?? Because 225lbs is the olympic bar and two 45lb plates on each side... it just looks damn cool! Fun times ![]() I've decided to drop the rxt dosage down to 2 caps a day for two reasons..... 1) I see I'm running low already, and there's unfortunately no guarantee the NHA stack will ever arrive here on time. I know i was told it will be reshipped, but I need to do what I need to do to avoid an estrogen rebound. at 2 caps a day including a 1 week taper I have about 10 days supply left 2) It figures... I mean, it's murphy's law.... I ran into an embarassing situation involving my lack of libido and decreased performance. :rmad: Today I'm gonna do chest I think. So... I'll write an entry later ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Day 13: The Max Yawn Program WTF Eh!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible workout... I don't get it. Strength went down... I did chest today, and once again I could not for the life of me get the 90lb DBs up!!!!!!!!!1 I was so pissed... so I dropped down to the 80lb DBs and I destroyed them with three sets of 8-12, then I did 4 sets of db pull overs, and 3 sets of machine flies... but.... I was yawning and tired throughout the whole ordeal, my vision is blurry and shot, and I can't stop yawning Absolutely no libido today. Very tired despite sleeping over 8 hours. I've been eating enough... sooo.... I dunno. I'm glad I didn't do back today, otherwise I'd really be upset.I think I'm gonna pig out on clean food today so I can get back into 'the game'.

Therefore I am not doing back this morning. Hopefully tomorrow if my shoulder has calmed down by then. I'd rather be safe than sorry. 2 week review Code: x start week 1 week 2 Weight 198 199 200 Squat 205lbs 215lbs 225lbs DB Press 85s 90s 80s Dead Lift 205 215 ? Constantly yawning!!!!!!!!!!!! still sleeping well but no more vivid dreams. Libido is shot. Vision is blurry. Mood has still been fantastic.

If it's still not better tomorrow, I will just do abs calves and forearms.... grrrrrrrrrrr............... Still no activate. The price of gold is going up again I have to question if it will be coming or not, and if it does, it will no longer be nha stack, it will be rxt, and then activate :| There's only three days left of 2 caps a day before i begin the 7 day taper off of rxt... :shrug:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Day 16: ROAR!!!!!!! I'm a jacked pirate matey! Frocking fantastic workout today!!!!! I brought my deadlift up to a 5x5 at 225lbs... which for *me* I think is pretty good considering I just started deadlifting a little more than a month ago. Then I did a crap load of different types of pull ups, but as you can imagine, after deadlifting to failure, I couldn't crank too many pull ups out I sweat all over the place today too! I love it! Since lowering the rxt dosage I *think* the libido is slowly coming back. I almost got morning wood today Sex drive is still insanely low though. I think I remember this happening last time with atd too... at first i was horny like crazy, but then it started dissipating. (I should have kept a log!)Still tired all the time... I mean TIRED... also very hungry! I ate too much yesterday and I stepped on the scale to see 5lbs extra... that's not good 0_o Hopefully it's all carb bloat from not lifting and eating massive amounts of oatmeal. And damn it, I have that creeping feeling that there will be no nha stack coming in the mail. This has unofficially become skelooth's unsponsored rxt log ![]() Mood has still been great... which is a very nice side effect. RXT works a hell of a lot better than prozac for me lol.

Mood is fantastic, energy is still a little low, shoulder still hurts a bit, libido is still low, love handles are feeling swoll... i gotta back off the salt ![]() Really not much to report. Just been taking one in the morning and one at night, will move to just one a night soon, there's only going to be like 10 days left of this log. I'm not sure what to hit in the gym tomorrow. I'm thinking of busting out some squats so my shoulder can have more time to feel better.
