My webcam is going, the quality of the pictures it's taking are getting worse and worse.... you can see no definition in these blurry crap pictures Here's the side by side comparisons of after 2 weeks on the controlled labs stack. (They are actually pictures and not just links if you look at the iron mass version of the log ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i'm still mega sore all over my body.... :p

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | day 18 It's another off day. I went to bed last night at 11:30, tossed and turned a bit, woke up today at 9:45, SORE as hell all over my body. My calves are still burning on fire from last THURSDAY'S workout. My abs and back are still sore.... My hams and to an extent my quads are still in pain. wtf I NEVER used to get DOMS, and especially not like this. I feel like **** and I'm wondering if maybe I'm fighting off some sort of cold or something?? I also have not seen/heard from any controlled labs reps in my log in a long time. Have I been forgotten?I'm going to force myself to go for a casual walk just to get some kind of blood moving in my body.

Still sore in my legs from wednesday, calves from thursday, and back from friday. 6:30am CL stack 7am Breaky 7:30 gym 8:45 pwo shake Code: Rotater cuff exercises for warm up Incline DB press 85x 8 Incline DB press 75x 8, 5, 5, 6 Bodyweight Dips x 6, 6, 6, 7, 7 Decline DB fly full rom 20x 8, 8, 8, 8 7 Cable Tricep Push down 160x 10, 8, 8 Pushups 3 :) It's not like I haven't been eating enough either. I've been eating very clean, and right around maintenance levels give or take. (I'm still trying to get past that mental hurdle that would allow me to eat less than 2500 cals a day). Too bad none of the CL reps visit my log anymore. :\

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Day 20: Same exact workout as last tuesday, only 25 minutes of recumbant bike instead of 10 minutes of sprints. Same results too (no pump in the smaller muscle groups). No strength loss though.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Day 21: I'm a pirate, yar I took the stack much closer to breakfast, no nausea.... so I might just start taking it WITH breakfast. 7:15 stack 7:30 breakfast 8:15 gym 9:15 pwo shake 10 clase de espanol uno cero uno (no, no estoy alegre en clase de espanol) I was in a 'rush' this morning, so my hamstrings got completely neglected, traps were done half assed, and I only did one workset of shoulders. Code: Squat warm up, 135x12 Squats 205lbs x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 Squats 155lbs x 10, 10, 8 BB shrug 225lbs x 10, 10, 6 (grip gave out, grrrrrrrr) Military press 135lbs x 5, 5, 3 To date, things I have noticed about this stack Yes, I got the cell volumization but not the performance boost I usually get from creatine mono. Yes, I get bigger, longer lasting pumps... as long as I keep in a rep range of 8-12. I get them mostly in my chest. I get HORRIBLE DOMS on this stack, something I've never gotten before in over a year of 'serious' weight lifting. No, I do not get an energy boost from the blue rhino. Even at 3 caps I shrug it off like i never took anything. There's no noticeable signs of increased testosterone either. (no vivid dreams, no increase in acne/skin oil, no increase in libido) My sweating pattern has changed. I seem to sweat more from working my abs than I do anything else. Some of my workouts I stay almost dry. Sometimes my eye twitches, and I get occasional headaches that feel like pressure in my brain.

I've gotten no performance boost from it at all.I respond MUCH better to creatine monohydrate, but I know some people are the opposite. So if you've never tried the monohydrate, give it a whirl.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I've been getting the same headaches. I'm taking WB and Green Bulge no Blue Rhino. I've had increased energy and lifts but the headaches really do last for awhile talk 4 - 6 hrs !
