You're gonna have to cut out the r-ALA and don't take any NAC either (assuming that's part of your anti-ox stack).

Looking forward to your log.

Well not much really to report today I hit up chest doing 4 different exercises and one for shoulders. WOrkout went well for the most part. Pump in my upper chest area was very good. I don't exspect to see anything for the firt couple days. I am not sure how long it is suppose to take to kick in at all . I will report any changes in mood, strength or any type of sides as I see fit. I took 2 soft gels about 45min preworkout and will take one at noon and another one at dinner time. I will weigh in once per week to give feedback on weight and bodyfat.

Bench Press my reps were 5-3-3-4
Incline Barbell- 6-4-6
Flys 3x10
Close Grip Gammers 75DB's x8,8,8
Lat Raises 3x10
Lower Abs- Incline Crunch 1x100
Hanging LEg Raises 3x12-15

Day 5- Cardio in the AM- Legs this afternoon.
Well I got a g ood nights rest last night and hit up some cardio this AM and legs this afternoon.
I got up all 3 sets of SLDL 3X10 so time to increase
Squats 3x10-12
Leg Exten- 3x20
Leg Curl 3x20
Calf Raises seated and standing 3x 25
Hyperextentions 3x10

Overall a very good workout . I took my serving of AMP and CM,Xtend preworkout and sipped on it throughout the workout. Weights felt light squats felt real light for the most part. Dosages were the same with X-factor. I have been experiencing some sides I think. I am not sure this is possible on Day 5 but increased acne on my back. THis is annoying to beat all hell. ALso increased soreness in quads and upper chest. Its hard for me to put my hands above my head. And last but not least this may sound gross but my bowel movements have lessoned as I am not going as much as used to. I fell more "full or bloated" very uncomfortable to be honest. I hope this really subsides very soon. I will continue to the same dosing as planned. I am not into alot of side effects at all so this is getting to me.
Tommorow Back light biceps.

The change in bowel movements is most likely from a change in diet. Add a super-large green salad to yoru daily diet.

Sunday- Back Day -light chest- NOT A GOOD DAY
Well the title says it all . I woke up this morning did my normal cardio and felt pretty good. I took my first serving of X-factor about 30min after breakfast. I felt good for the next 20 min all of sudden I felt awfull. Keep in mind i never get sick and have not had the flu in over 7 years(knock on wood) right after I took the X-factor my stomach was upset and I felt like I had to throw up. I drank some water and laid down. Well 10min later I had to throw up. I have no idea if this is from X-factor or if its just me . Well I thought that until this afternoon. I took my X-factor 2 gels 45min before lifting and about 30min later the same feeling once again and the same outcome. I felt better after I threw up and then wait another 25min before going and lifting again. My workout was ok but not great as I was pissed as of what happened . SO today I threw up 2x already. I am not going to take X-factor anymore today. I will try again tommorow and if happens again I am cutting it off and will send back the remaining bottle and whatever is left over from the old one.

My workout today
BB Rows- 7,7,7
DB Rows 10,8,8
Lat Pulls , 10,10,10
V-bar Pulls 8,8,7
Pullups 3x failure
DB Bench 10,8,8
Overall a very good workout as I stayed the same or went up in a couple exercises. I felt sort of out of it at the end as I think I lost some food an nutrients throughout the day already so energy levels were down. I am very upset as of what happened today as I was looking forward to this log a great deal. Some people get stuff to test and no matter what they say it works, well I am giving honest feedback here as best as I can and will try again tommorow.
Please let me know who to send the bottles too.
Thanks

Thanks 8-pack so did you get me a gig yet there ?

UPDATE MONDAY CARDIO ONLY
Well this AM i did my cardio and upper abs. I did an interval workout on the treadmill. I took 2 caps along with a serving of xtend, 3grams of CM and 2 tabs of Scorch. Well I did my cardio came home and the feeling happening again, I felt like puking but did not but could not eat breafast. Well that is it . I am stopping this log and sending X-factor back as my body is not responding to it. I thank the guys at molecular nutrition for this opportunity. I wish it would of worked out better and I hope to test for you guys in the future . I guess my body did not like it. I will be happy to send the bottle back to wherever so please let me know. I will most likely either start my test of a creatine product or Pheraplex. This is very dissappointing.
Thanks again for the opportunity
J

This is completely unheard of! I mean, really, wow... it's sad. Definitely don't subject yourself to anymore discomfort. I have never once heard of anyone reacting in this way.

I'm gonna get the other guys involved in this one, at least to take a look at your case. I honestly don't know where to even begin as far as explanations are concerned.

I hope you recover quickly and can get back to your normal routine.

Will do.

One thing though. I was thinking... do you use insulin (as medicine, not as "enhancement")? I think if someone were insulin dependant then perhaps XF is increasing the efficacy of insulin to such a degree that blood sugar drops rapidly. I don't know. But I'm starting to think that this is blood sugar related in some way... that would explain the nausea/vomiting.
