| Der Leutnant | The stuff just arrived this morning. I won't be working out until later this afternoon, but I figured I'd throw my stats up here to get this thing rolling. Age-21 Gender- Male Height- 6-0" Weight- 201 Body Type- Ecto BF- 9.5% Arms- 15 1/2" Chest- 46" Waist- 32 3/4" Other Supplements: ON 100% Whey ON Glyoload (carb powder) Twinlab Daily One Caps Lycophene CoQ10 Diet: Nothing special. I always make sure i consume at least 4000 calories daily. Obviously the stress is on high protein foods, but i definitely don't short-change the carbs. I'd say on an average day I get between 300-400 grams protein and 450-600g carbohydrates. Split: M- Back/Biceps T- Chest W- Legs/Abs* Th- Shoulders F- Triceps/Traps Sat- LIGHT Cardio/Abs* *Wed and Sat alternate quite frequently (due to time constraints). This is all for now. I'll update later this afternoon after my first workout on the stack....can't wait!!!

| Der Leutnant | Well, it's Saturday afternoon and I'm posting my feedback from Friday's workout. My reasoning behind this is pretty simple. I wanted to give a full 24 hours of feedback. Here's what I noticed: 1.) The stack took failry long to kick in. It seemed like it was roughly an hour before the pumps/hardness really started. (the bottle advises 45-60 mins prior to working out....so this is about right) 2.) My triceps felt rock hard. I don't think I've ever felt this much of a pump in my arms (from similar products). It wasn't quite painful, but definitely the best I've felt from creatine/arginine-based products so far. It made No-xplode, Superpump250, and straight arginine/ornithine feel like a sugar pill. 3.) Not much of a pump while working traps (which i suppose is a good thing if you want to move your neck). Granted, my trap sets are higher volume/less reps than my tricep sets...so i guess that could explain why the pump wasn't that impressive. 4.) The initial pump wore off 30-45 minutes after my workout. 5.) The hardness factor stayed all night. My triceps felt like rocks (and i assume they looked the same) all night at work. It really helps in my line of work. Tonight's Expirement- One serving of WB an hour prior to arrivng at work. Hopefully a quick shot of arginine will give me a decent pump for a couple of hours. ....til next time

| Der Leutnant | Day-4 (Back and Biceps) Took the weekend off due to a huge exam first thing this morning. So here's day four (workout two) on the stack. -Weight- 203 +2lbs (more than likely water) -No notable change in measurements after workout Exercises- (PR's in bold font) Seated Rows- 4 sets- 10x210, 8x225, 8x225, 6x240 Lat Pulldowns- 4 sets- 195x12, 210x8, 210x8, 225x7 Dumbell Rows- 4 sets- 90x10, 95x7, 95x7, 100x5 Reverse Flies (pec deck)- 3 sets- 180x12, 195x8, 195x8, 210x5 Dumbell Preachers- 4 sets- 45x8, 45x8, 50x6, 50x6 Incline Dumbell Curls- 3 sets- 40x8, 40x8, 45x6 Barbell Curls- 4 sets- 110x8, 110x8, 110x8, 120x6 Observations: 1.) The stack takes a LONG time to kick in. I would say an hour passed before i felt the pump/rush. I began my workout 45 minutes after ingestion. 2.) Pumps in the bi's really kicked in while doing incline dumbell curls. Nothing outstanding, but they were definitely rock hard. 3.) The stack seems to work just as well regardless of protein/carbohydrate intake 30 minutes prior to workout. Other products claim it compromises their effectiveness. 4.) Pumps in the back were decent, but really overshadowed by the biceps. 5.) It's been roughly 45 minutes since I left the gym and my arms are still rock hard. ...That's all for now. Time for Schroeder to feast!

| Der Leutnant | Day-5 I promised an objective log, so here's my feedback: WORST CHEST WORKOUT I'VE HAD IN MONTHS!!!! Before this, I'd have to say I was always progressing on my chest workouts. Today was not the case. I seemed to be 5-10 pounds off all my regular lifts. I can't blame this on the stack at all, but it was definitely an "off" day. There were many variables to consider (6 1/2 hours of sleep, limited carbohydrate comsumption, ect.) Nevertheless, this was my worst chest workout for quite a long time. I'm not gonna bother mentioning any stats, because they were pretty sad in my opinion. PS: I would have to say the "pump " was pretty decent. My roommates were commenting on how much bigger my chest and triceps appeared. BOTTOM LINE: I would never trade the pump for a shitty workout

| Der Leutnant | Day 6 I'll be out of town all this weekend, so I'm kinda throwing 4 workout sessions into 4 days. Today I worked triceps and traps again. It was only on 5 days rest, but they were clearly fresh. I don't have much time, so I won't list my lifts for today. I'd have to say they were pretty average. Weight- 203 (no change) Arms- 15 1/2 (pre)/ 15 3/4 (post) Diet- 3400 calories at the time of post (should be about 4100 by bedtime) Observations: 1.) Pumps were great while training triceps. Like I said, my lifts were right around average for all of my exercises. No PR's, but right around them. 2.) My traps were pretty hard by the end of the workout. I typically run super-sets between reverse/forward barbell shrugs. I would say the short rest period really enhanced it. 3.) Hardness lasted about 2 hours post-workout. I think yesterday's shitty workout was just my body's way of telling me it needed some rest. Wish granted! I'll get a quick shoulder workout in at 7:00 am tommorrow and rest up until Monday evening. Time to go down a jar of peanut butter. Til next time.

| Der Leutnant | I read over krnza's log earlier this morning. I noticed he said the following: Quote:
After reading that, I decided I should give it a try. I followed what he suggested....minus the glycerol and pyruviate. The pumps for my workout were out of this world. Still, the strength is nowhere close to where it should be. I've been struggling to put up 260 on flat bench....a few weeks ago i knocked it out for eight reps. I have no idea what the problem is. My calories are up around 4000 daily (500 over maint.) with rouglhy 350 g protein and 450 g carbs. ....needless to say I'm fairly dissapointed in the strength department. Pumps mean nothing if the power is not there....

| Der Leutnant | Much better workout! I worked shoulders/forearms today. It seemed my intensity and strength were up a bit. Not quite where it's been, but definitely better than the past week or so. Here's what I've noticed to date: -Krnza's advice to add bulk cee to the stack seems to be working pretty well. -Last meal should be 2 hours before your workout, take the stack an hour later, and load up on carbs right as you begin working out. -I added an extra capsule of WB (making it four) and the pump seemed better than average. -Weight- 203- no change -No significant changes measurements Diet- 3100 calries as of 8:00pm....should be 4100 by bedtime ....til next time ![]()

| Der Leutnant | Just worked back/bi's. Great workout! Strength seemed to be back to normal. The best part is I weighed myself....up 4 pounds! :bigthumbu For anyone using this stack I STRONGLY suggest you do the following: 1.) Eat your last meal 2 hours prior to your workout 2.) Take the stack an hour prior to your workout 3.) Load on carbs about 15 mintues prior to your workout. 4.) Take 3g of bulk CEE following your workout I've been stressing carbs like crazy lately and I like what I've seen. I'd say roughly 650 grams daily. That may sound pretty crazy, but I can't argue with the result I've seen in the past few days. -3900 cals as of 8:00pm.....should be about 5000 by bedtime. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since I started the stack....perhaps it just took a few weeks to start kicking in. I'm actually looking forward to ym chest workout tommorrow. I can't say that's been the case for about a month. ...til next time ![]()
