Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | The company Reps from SAN have been gracious enough to allow me to run a log of san tight hardcore. I'm coming into this log with very realistic (read: pessimistic) expectations. Here's the deal. I am not going to do anything special while on this log other than take the tight hardcore (which will from this point on be referenced as 'teh drugz'). I'm going to take teh drugz as prescribed on the bottle. Workout routine, typically, as scattered as it may be: legs, back, chest, shoulders/tries, bis/abs scattered throughout the week as my schedule allows. Usually I like to workout in the mornings but sometimes I hit the gym in the evenings too. All of my workouts always start with a compound lift, and I will try my best to log my lifts as low and as embarassing as they may be Diet right now is straight out CKD (Keto). The main reason why is because it's cheaper than a low fat diet, and is much more manageable with my hectic college schedule. I will try to log what I'm eating from time to time, but that can be a pain in the ass sometimes Lifestyle: I am a programmer and a student. I am sedentry a lot of the day, but do a good deal of walking. I've been slacking on the cardio but I'll pick it back up again... mostly because spring is right around the corner. Attatched are my before pics... for the brave only. I'm not in the best shape of my life anymore. Last semester was really rough on me and I ended up putting on a lot of weight and losing a lot of muscle. This semester has been much better in that aspect... though I still feel like I'm trying to get back to where I was. Hopefully tight hardcore will show me the way!!!! Okay... so I took two gel caps with a meal and some water... about 45 minutes ago. I feel no different which I guess is a good thing. I will take four a day total. Two in the morning, and two in the evening. Thanks for reading!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | incline db press: 90lbs, 5x5 flat db fly, 40lbs, 5x8-10 db pullover, 60lbs, 3x8 tricep cable pushdown, #7 (140lbs?), 3x8 I've got to say.... maybe I am getting a stim effect My vascularity (what very little I have) was more prominent today, and it's not in my head :P Namely the vascularity on my right bicep that I talk to at night. I tell it bedtime stories about the little vein that could. The tight hardcore taste like jellybeans, and i'm not joking.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I think I've done so many stims at this point that it's impossible for a stim to .... "stim" me. lol. Amp, X, ephedrine, clen, massive amounts of black coffee, yohimbine, a multitude of over the counter thermogenics... I've done em all, lol. I have a nasty coffee drinking habit I'm trying to cut back on. _____________ incline db press: 90lbs, 5x5 flat db fly, 40lbs, 5x8-10 db pullover, 60lbs, 3x8 tricep cable pushdown, #7 (140lbs?), 3x8 I've got to say.... maybe I am getting a stim effect My vascularity (what very little I have) was more prominent today, and it's not in my head :P Namely the vascularity on my right bicep that I talk to at night. I tell it bedtime stories about the little vein that could. The tight hardcore taste like jellybeans, and i'm not joking. ____________________ no workout today.... no time.... I've been working on the same homework assignment (writing a one pass assembler) for 3 days now. I feel like my eyes are bleeding, but that second dose of teh drugz is going to help me pull another all nighter Diet has been very ketoish. Eggs+cheese for breakfast, steakums for brunch, (real) steak for lunch, steak ums for dinner.... (the only food I posess right now is steak ums until i go shopping, so expect that to be dinner II and dinner III as well... lol) ________________ I take my complaint about not being stimmed out back. This stuff gives one **** of a kick in the morning. I'd have to say that after some tight and just half a cup of coffee I'm border line buzzed out of my mind. __________________ I will also say I am like a furnace right now This stuff, combined with my coffee addiction... has me churning out body heat like crazy. It's been a long time since I got that off of a supplement... much less a non grey area one I also think it's dried me up a little bit. After three days the feed back is looking pretty positive on my end. __________________ Meh, no appetite suppression really... The only appetite suppressant I know of that tight has is synephrine and I've done so much synephrine at this point that it does nothing for me. Well being is great though.... it's like being wired This stuff keeps you stimmed for a loooong time. __________________ I never put my weight in the original post... and no one even said anything!!! How can you have a log on a fat loss supplement without logging your weight? I weighed in at 216lbs today. oh, and I did back yesterday. Pull ups, db rows, barbell rows, and seated incline bicep curls __________________ Honestly I don't know what weight I was. Most likely between 215-220... i've been bouncing between those numbers for about a month now. I just did only 10 minutes of cardio and I feel like I'm going to die. Most likely it's because I'm untrained for cardio again already.... If I don't keep up with it I lose my endurance pretty quick.... Which is surprising considering it takes me literally 25 minutes of walking time to get to my morning class each day. __________________ yeah... but endurance builds up pretty quick if you're serious about it. As I promised at the beginning of the log... I will pick it back up ( ) I usually put my MP3 player on and crank out a half hour on the stationary bike... but now that it's nicer out I might go sprint. __________________ Just got done with a shoulders and arms workout. It was a pretty damn good workout... I don't want to speak out of turn but I think my lifts are slowly improving... I dunno. It might be the stim effects coming out in my lifts, but I'm lifting a pinch heavier and a pinch longer. (or should that be harder and longer? ) We'll see as time goes on. I'm not even a week in yet. __________________ Mr. Stim sounds about right If you knew the ungodly amounts of coffee I drank today you'd probably insist that I be rushed off to the emergency room I actually do have a little bit of jitteryness, almost like clen but obviously not as significant. Only a little bit. It's very slight, and there have been no other sides positive or negative that I can confirm. However... I did get this nasty "pimple like" thing under my left eye. It's this big red puss filled blotch. As long as it doesn't continue to tell me to do things I should be okay... __________________ I'd like to go do a leg and ab workout, but there's a blizzard outside telling to sit down and stfu. I might put on my robe and wizard hat, erm, I mean boots and gloves.... and romp around in the snow for general good natured exercise. __________________ This snow is becoming a serious obstacle to my lifting program. I *REALLY* need to carb up, as it's been over two weeks since I've eaten any significant amount of carbs. Theoretically I could put on my robe and wizard hat... erm, boots and jacket, and hike to the school gym for a depletion workout... but then I have no carbs at home, only maltodextrin. And I am NOT carbing up on 100% maltodextrin lol. __________________ I usually do very short carb ups. No longer than a day. My optimal situation is to make a pot of chicken chili to feed off of all day mmmm Okay, serious complaint about tight hardcore... 100% honesty... THIS GOLD TINFOIL IS TICKING OFF!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH Dude, I can't get the caps out easy ... and i can't take the foil out either. Yes, that is my biggest complaint so far. __________________ I got to the gym, did my depletion workout, and now I'm carbing up on bagels, fat free cream cheese, fat free cottage cheese, and later this evening, beer __________________ wow what a carb up! I'm up a full 5.5 lbs lol. The best part is, I'm not seeing much if any spill over. It wasn't the cleanest carb up in the world, but I think I nailed the carb intake. I prolly could have eaten a pinch more. 3 bagels with fat free cream cheese two tubs of fat free cottage cheese 1/3lb maybe more of pretzel twists (drool) 3 sam adam's lights 3 bud lights *takes a bow* Who says you can't party with the fellas when you're on a cut? __________________ atg squats, 5x5 @ 225lbs atg front squat, 5x5 @ 135lbs sldl, 3x8 @ 135lbs I'd call it a good workout At least I didn't go down in lifts One of these days I will have strength to match my size... one day.... *drifts off into daydreams* __________________ Forgive me mighty SAN lords. I forgot to bring the bottle of tight with me to school, so I am going to have to.... miss a dose __________________

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Uhhh, apparently bb.com doesn't let you post pictures?? That pisses me off... anyway. Overall, I'd say tight hardcore is a pretty solid product. Appetite suppression: It was there, and it was solid. Even though I complained towards the beginning of the log, it wasn't apparent how much it was working until I stopped taking it. Not the best suppression in the world, but it was good. Stimulation: Pretty good. If I timed it about 45 minutes before a workout I found I had a ton of endurance and intensity. Again it was nothing like ephedrine, but it was up there with things like amp. Staving off muscle catabolism: I think this product really shined in this aspect. I don't think I lost an ounce of muscle, and to be honest, towards the end I feel like I may have started putting some on. I am the same weight as when I started but I believe I am noticeably leaner. Fat loss: I think it helped. Complaints: This stuff is pricey. Even though the reps were kind enough to let me try it for free, this stuff is EXPENSIVE. If I could do it all again I would NOT take the recommended dosing, because 3 weeks is just not really long enough. I'm pretty sure just one cap twice a day would have been just as, if not more effective. It seems to be pretty potent. Overall this gets a good score in the land of OTC fat burners. Definitely one of the better thermos. No negative sides to report, and does what a good thermogenic should. Once again, thank you to the SAN reps for letting me try this product! I loved the first tight, and love the second just as much.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | great quads bro! IMO I would change up your routine a bit for fat loss. i would go for higher reps with short rest periods. maybe 12 to 15 range (even try 20,50,or 100 rep range to harden up those muscles!) with 1-1.5 mins between sets. get in and out of the gym 45mins to an hour. you'll have to leave your ego at home though...i think a lot of you guys need to descide wether your bodybuilders or powerlifters. great product, good luck

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | ok, maybe i interpreted your thread wrong. i guess your going to be building mass while leaning out a bit? i thought your trying to get ripped. you dont think a carb depletion + high intensity routine will help your cause at all?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I just feel low reps work best for me. Carbs are depleted regardless of the rep range, because if you're lifting heavy enough your glycogen will be depleted. What I need to do is more cardio to mobilize the fat stores. That in conjunction with a cyclic ketogenic diet and there really isn't much glycogen left by the end of the week to deplete regardless. I do however do a weekly depletion workout where I do a full body workout with high reps before carbing up.
