| FDU Devils Weightlifter | ![]() ![]() Starting this log of Pyru-Crex courtesy of www.hardnutrition.com I will start supplementing this pre-workout as directed with 1scoop. I will mix it seperatly from my whey and dextrose for pre-workout. Days that I don't lift (aka sunday) I will take it with my second meal for the day @ work (AM meal as directed). If I know my break won't be fore noon, ill take it with breakfast. Daily diet (roughly, I'll post daily on what it is, this is just a general template) Meal 1: 1 scoop TP WPC w/ 8-10oz 2% milk 1/2 cup of Oats 1/2 cup of egg beaters egg whites 1 Equate Complete Multi-vitamin 1 Fish Oil Cap 1 Flax Seed Cap 1 8oz glass of 2% Milk Meal 2: 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters egg whites 1 Banana or Apple 1 Fish oil cap 1 Flax Seed cap Pre-Workout: (will take this before GPP on thursdays) 1 Scoop Pyru-Crex 1 Scoop TP WPC (seperate shakes from the pyru-crex) 1/2 Scoop Dextrose Meal 3: Post-Workout 2-3 cups Chicken Breast OR beef OR turkey 1-3 cups Brown Rice 1 Fish Oil Cap 1 Flax Seed Cap Meal 4: 1 Can of Tuna Meal 5: 2-4 tsp Natty Peanut Butter and/or Cottage Cheese Probably won't deviate much from this, sometimes Saturday nights when I'm out with friends I might have another meal later around 11pm. For the duration of this log, I will not drink or smoke (anything). If I reach a weight of 185 on my home scale in the morning, I will up my calories a lot and focus on strength rather then fat loss. Log starts tomorrow! I will copy and paste my routine in the gym over here as well, as well as any soreness experienced (label says something about helping recovery, we shall see). let the games begin! ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Flavor is Fruit Punch Taste : 6.5/10 Smells better then it tastes. Its not an overly strong taste, but it does have some overtones of Fruit Punch. Could be stronger imo. Mixablilty : 9/10 Mixes quite well, has a few small particles in it (probably the creatine, who would have thunk that), but overall mixes well. I will evaulate the overall once I finish this log.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | did GPP today: put a 45lb plate in my backpack and went up 4 flights of stairs and down 4 times. damn was it good. Post-Workout/Meal 3: 1 Scoop of TP WPC 2 Cups Beef 1 Cup Brown Rice 1 Fish Oil Cap 1 Flax Seed Cap Defintly felt the creatine, as I had to piss 10 minutes after taking it, and I felt the mind stuff working as I was beat as hell up top after my 3rd run up and I said, I got another one in me!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | If the taste isn't strong enough, use a little less water when you take it. We are reworking the flavor now, so in the future Pyru-CreX and RevitalizeX will taste much better. I would suggest taking it separate from your Whey. Log looks great. Good luck with it.
