Alright so my Bottle of Leviathan came in to, funny, the day before I am going to start get back into lifting. Just doing some Rehab work, light weight high reps and a lot of cardio. Big Question, I got it at 3PM tonight, so should I take two caps tonight or just start tomorrow morning with the full 2 caps twice a day? Anyhow: I'll do some detail Age : 19 Sex : Male Bodytype : Endo/Meso BF % : Last test over a month ago put me at 25.5% Weight : 199lbs as of this morning Diet: Last few weeks was sloppy, cleaning it up and keeping it around/slightly below maintenance. I'm still healing from flare ups from tendinitis in my right wrist and right knee. I'm looking at around 2600-3000calories a day, with around 100g of carbs a day and 200g of protein. Keeping it simple, eat often, eat well. Not really counting calories, but I'll try. Training: Cardio 3x a week or more. Training will be whatever I can handle. I need to do wrist curls (friend who had tendinitis said he used them to heal), and I will try to bench/squat/deadlift but I'm working around the knee for it. Hoping to train full body 3x a week, simple stuff until I feel I can go back to a WSB type split. So tonights question: Take two pills tonight or start tommorrow? I probably should start tonight or I'll have an extra halfday of it. Meh

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Alright took 2 of the awesome blue/black pills today. The colors on the bottle and the pills are really good. Very good job to PAL's marketing department for that. Anyhow: Took 2, I haven't really "felt" anything. I'm not tired, but then again I slept 8hrs last night. Caffeine, once again doesn't do much for me. Diet wasn't to bad today. I had: Meal 1: 4 whole eggs scrambled 1/2 cup Oats 1 scoop TP WPI Meal 2: ~8/10ths of a lb of chicken breast Meal 3: 5 slices of Am. Cheese w/ some natty PB on it ~2tb of PB Meal 4: 1 Sloppy Joe ~1tsp of Guacamole w/ tortilla and sun chips 1 Can of Pepsi Cherry Zero (I was intrigued) Meal 5: 1 Sloppy Joe this time w/ a slice of Am. Cheese on it 1 Bottle of Snapple Raspberry Cranberry Not to bad today. The guacamole was CRAZY good. Diced just perfectly. MMMMMMMMMMMM

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | ![]() Warmup: Foam rolling Stationary bike for 3 minutes slow w/ feet pointing out bw squats held @ bottom x a few Muscle Clean/OH Press/Snatch/FSquat (Held)/BSquat (held) and muscle clean w/ empty bar x a few for each. Squats held for 30 count Back Squats to // Wide Stance 45x10 115x8 115x10 115x12 Bench (pause) 45x10 85x8 85x10 85x12 Wrist Curls superset with Reverse Wrist Curls 15x30 / 15x30 for 3 sets each Debrief: Warmups felt great and I really worked on warming up my hips/hamstrings and wrists. Then after 2nd set of squats I felt what I thought was a pulling in my right hamstring, but it went away after massaging for ~1minute and stretching. So I did a 3rd set and then both hamstrings, more so on the inner part of the hamstring felt like I strained them. I was going to do Deadlifts, Clean and Press and Front Squats but my hamstrings wouldn't let me. I can't really bend over or squat now. I'm going to do more foam rolling and ice it and pray for the best. God DAMNIT
