Well, to prelude the workout, I was in a bad mood. My friend Dan was busy today when he said he was available to workout at a Golds in Bethlehem. So I called my friend Kevin, and asked if he was lifting at the Hackettstown Golds, and he was on his way, so I went there and they wouldn't ****ing accept my free pass in from GNC. I didn't give them shit because they at least said "Sorry for the inconvience." Bullshit, bet they weren't sorry.

****ing skanks anyhow.

So I went home and lifted. Videos to follow

Warmup:
Foam Rolling
5 minutes on stationary bike
pullthroughs
broom handle stretching and pause squats
snatchs/muscle cleans w/ 45lb bar

Snatchs (off of plates stacked to make it level as a 45lb plate on the bar)
65x3
75x3 (#2 was a no squat snatch)
75x3 (#2 was dumped trying to stand up, leaned forward to much)

Jerks (cleaned from plates)

85x1 (only the clean)

Cardio:
40 minutes on stationary bike, ramping the resistance up and down. Uped it til it hurt, then pushed past the pain. FUN!

I had an interesting day. Was out early last night til 3 @ a friends, sat back and enjoyed some brews and stalking bitchs on myspace. I also got a flat tire on the way to work and that was a fun experience. I was over an hour late because of it to. And at work today, I sold 22 dollars in donations for the food banks in the area, and if I get 16 more dollars, I'll have reached the amount of money donated TOTAL last year, and thats just for ME. Last year we got 360 dollars, and the goal this year was 500 dollars. Between me, and the girl right behind me in the race for most donations, we got over 600 dollars donated. We might be close to 900 or a 1000 dollars if some of the other cashiers have money donated. The 3rd place lady right now has 220 dollars so that gives up ~850 dollars, so we probably can hit 1000 if I push hard the next few days.

anyhow, my workout:

I took my 2nd dose of leviathan late, at around 4:30. My workout was good, good amount of energy, but by the end I was beat.

Default The Final Review

Alright, tommorow is my last day on Leviathan. I'll post my weight tommorow morning, but I'm expecting it to be 201-202. A few thoughts on the product follow:

-The stimulant, to me, is a hit or miss for me. The mornings when I'm tired, it usually picks me right up and keeps me going. Other times, specially in the afternoon, I can take one and feel downright drowsy and pass out at the computer (2nd time it happened was today).
-The stimulant part doesn't drop you, it just slowly wears off, which I like.
-The tribulus part I enjoyed thoroughly. I felt it helped me bring back any lost muscle that I had lost during my 4 week lay off period. I also feel it helped with my strength coming back, even though I eased my way into it, 105lbs overhead felt the same if not lighter. I also enjoyed the more aggressive attitude I got from it, and the willingness to do some more rash decision making.
-The fat loss part, I can't really touch on. I look a bit leaner, and I've had more then plenty of the "You look like you lost weight" comments, and I think I look a bit leaner in my IMPC pics this month from last. My forearms look bigger/leaner imo and so does my upperback, which apparently is one of the 1st places to lose fat.


Changes I would suggest (I do this for any supplement I test)

-Stronger stimulants. If I can fall asleep after taking a dose, then to me, its not really a stimulant.
-In comparison to Hot Rox Extreme, I think the fat burning part (not necessarily the stim section of) might need ramping up. I really liked how Hot Rox has the A-7E to keep muscle and burn fat, and the Carbolin 19 to bridge anabolically. I think if Leviathan were to add at least one or both of these, then Leviathan would be a BEASTLY thermogenic.


Other notes:
-I did cardio 1-2 times per week and with training 2 times per week as my body recovered. I believe for Levithan to work better, it would need to have more frequent and intense training and at least 3-4 sessions of cardio a week. I hope to get a chance to test this theory.
-The idea of Tribulus in a fat burner is really interesting to me. If I don't get a chance to run another bottle of Leviathan, I plan on running HRX with Tribex and maybe adding ephedrine because I need stronger stimulants then EITHER of these two products can give.

Overall:
-I would recommend this product to some of my friends who would need a bit of a test boost, and specially if they can't handle a strong stimulant. Maybe the stim is strong and I'm just tolerant to it, who knows?

As far as your recommendations...
The reason the stim is mild in Leviathan is for a few reasons:
1. This allows people to still take their preworkout and/or other energy supplements if needed.
2. Caffeine (main source of stimulation in any supplement) has VERY little benefits as far as weight loss goes. We added an effective amount, without overdoing it like other products often does. Too much caffeine only leads to adrenal fatigue and other problems.. it has very limited benefits to the body.. only negative effects at high doses. Stimulants do not equal weight loss.
3. People (such as myself) who are sensitive to stims can take it at full dose without losing their minds from over-stimulation

Also, the thermogenic (yohimbine) is dosed higher than most other products. It is very potent, and any thermogenic's potentcy is greatly enhanced by cardio and weight lifting.. i definitely think it would have worked better if you were not in recovery.

Lastly, I just want to note that Leviathan is not just a burner with tribulus added. One of the unique ingredients that is 3,3 Diindolylmethane, which helps to metabolize unhealthy estrogen from the body. Boosting test is useless unless you also take estrogen control into account.

You mentioned that Leviathan could benefit from Hot Rox's Carbolin 19 (Forskolin). If you check the label on Leviathan, you will see Coleus Forskohlii 20%, which is the same compound.

Eh, i see what they say on that website... i wont argue with it... but basically its a different extract of the same compound. Without knowing the dose in Hot Rox, its impossible to compare the two exactly... also, always remember to read inbetween the lines in marketing
