Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 2 | hey all sorry i didnot get to log this here but i just finished up with this log. Hope u read my review. ok so my log is over here is my review 5-Tetra is a very good product from my viewpoint. I have noticed increased energy, increased endurance and strength throughout my workouts. Normally i get tired very fast after around 3 heavy working sets im ready to go home. It was much easier for me to finish my workouts while on 5 tetra. many times after my workout i felt as if i could do another workout. Recovery between sets was phenomenal. I hadnot need to wait near as long between sets to recover in strength. I had highly more visible vascularity and some really awsome pumps. 5 tetra also gave me for focus in the gym and really allowed me to concentrate even on those days that i felt like my workout would be horrible, i many times still had many personal records. Also something spectacular that i would like to point out is that i had all these effects and my strength gains while losing 7 pounds. Damn thats great news. That is an extremely hard task for me. Hear are the strength gains that i have accomplished from the week before 5 tetra untill the end of my 5 tetra journey. AFTER 5 tetra sumo deadlift 505x4 510x4 squats 350x5 380x3 dips 140x5 150x4 hammer curls 65'sx7 80'sx7 flat bench 330x3 335x4 incline bench 280x1 275x4 shrug 455x5 460x6 Now those are good amounts of strength increases for me especially considering. I lost 7 pounds, buy cutting carbohydrates in half. thats right cut them in half and still gained some strength. 2. Was sick for a few days. 3. I do P/rr/s, so i only do heavy work around once per 3 weeks. Now to my dislikes of the product. i did have a few nosebleeds during my 5 tetra workouts. possibly because of the 5 tetra i dont know it is possible it was the weather as it was in the single digits a few days. I had a few days that 5 tetra seemed to not effect me but only around 3 days out of my entire log. Cost would be expensive for me if this log wasnot sponsored. That is my only beef with this product Conclusion if you are looking for a product to help maintain strength during a cut, doing a recomp, or are looking for a brute strength award then i suggest this product. i will rate this product an 8 out of 10. Taking away a few points because of price, the few days of non respondance to the product, and possible nosebleeds. Thank you all for viewing my log. and thank you Epic Nutrition and BigSwole for the change to use 5 tetra.
