Default powerman's X-Factor cutting log

Starting bw is 235 lbs. I had actually started my cut diet at 248 lbs a few weeks before I had this opportunity to try X-Factor. I am 41 years old. I have been lifting for well over 20 years. My first PL meet was at the age of 18. I switched to BB and competed in 1 show. That was the NPC Rocky Mountain. I was the overall winner in the novice heavyweight division. I currently have a work schedule that runs from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. I am using X-Factor while performing a cutting cycle. I will get some pics up asap and attempt to buy a bf tester asap as well.

Meal One 4:45 pm
1/2 cup oatmeal with water and 2 scoops Optimum's Whey protein.
Vitamin C, a Multi, Chromium Picolinate, and X-Factor

Meal Two 6:45 pm
6 egg whites and 1 yolk scrambled with 2 pc of very coarse multigrain toast.

7:45 pm 2 X-Factors

8:15 pm Workout until 9:30 pm
Back and Biceps
Seated HammerStrength rows 5x8 and less than 90 sec rests btwn sets
HammerStrength Pulldowns in front 5x8 a full 90 sec rest btwn sets
DB Shrugs 5x8
Behind the neck cable pulldowns 5x8
Bicep machine curls 6x8
15 minutes of moderate cardio on the elliptical machine. I was working hard enough that my breathing was too heavy to carry on a normal conversation with someone.

PWO Nutrition 1 scoop of Scitec Myomax at 10:00 pm, another scoop at 10:30 pm and a final scoop at 11:00 pm. All consumed with water. I also took 400 milligrams of Chromium Picolinate during this period.

Meal Four 12:00 am
1 chicken breast and 1/2 cup oats in water
Green Tea
X-Factor, Vitamin C, Mutlivitamin

Meal Five 2:00 am
2 scoops of Muscle Milk in water

Meal Six 4:30 am
Steak with fresh spinach

6:30 am
Last dose of X-Factor and it's bedtime.

Looks pretty good.

I just want to note one thing. Obviously during cutting T goes down because of reduced calories. But I recently saw a study that showed T to not reduce during cutting as long as fat intake remained at 30% of total calories. And we all know how powerful T is in cutting fat.

Anyways, it's up to you how you cut. But I always recommend less carbs and more fat when cutting.

BTW, how many calories are you taking in everyday?

Awesome! I was gonna suggest you do that but you're already on the ball with it.

Any idea how much CLA is in Muscle Milk?

I don't believe that Muscle Milk contains any CLA. I'll go read the label right now.

Nope, no CLA found on the label anywhere.

The fats are mostly of the MCT type.
