Meal One 3:45 pm
3/4 cup of oats cooked in water, 2 scoops of Optimum Whey protein in water
X-Factor, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Chromium Picolinate

Meal Two 6:30 pm
6 egg whites and 1 yolk scrambled, 2 pcs of coarse, multigrain, dry toast, and 1 scoop of Optimum Whey protein in water

7:15 pm 2x X-Factor

Workout 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Cybex plate loaded squat press 5x6 (close stance and 2 min. rest periods)
Hack Squats 5x6 (close stance and 2 min. rest periods)
Leg Curls 5x6
Seated calves 5x6
I felt stronger today than I expected. I don't know if the X-Factor has anything to do with that or not. I had a very low carb day yesterday expected to feel kinda week, but I was pleasantly surprised and I lifted more weight on every exercise when compared to my last leg workout doing sets of 6 reps.

PWO Nutrition
1 scoop of Scitec's Myomax in water at 10:05, 10:35 and 11:05 pm
Chromium Picolinate

I will be ending the use of the Myomax very soon for my PWO nutrition. It's a high glycemic carb source for me right now, but as I progress towards my bf goal I will need to eliminate all high glycemic carbs and sugars.

Meal Four 12:45 am
1 chicken breast and fresh asparagus
Green Tea
X-Factor

Meal Five 2:45 am
2 scoops of Muscle Milk in water
Multivitamin, Vitamin C

Meal Six 5:00 am
1 chicken breast and fresh broccoli

Bedtime 6:30 am

Default Woke up at 2:00 pm

Meal One 2:30 pm
2 scoops of Optimum Whey protein in water, 1/2 cup oats cooked in water
X-Factor, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Chromium Picolinate

I was a bad boy and also ate a small brownie that my wife baked while I was sleeping during the day. :p It wasn't even that good..........too sugary.

I'm down to 232 lbs, so that's a weight loss of 3 lbs in 16 days of using X-Factor
I expect the bf to drop faster when I'm done with the high GI pwo nutrition protocol.

Right now, I don't see X-Factor as any help in the bf loss during the last 16 days. I'm sure my results would have been the same without the X-Factor. What I am expecting from X-Factor is to help me retain my current muscle mass levels during my diet and calorie restrictions.

Meal Two 5:30 pm
It's Saturday night so I had some Chinese food
with my X-Factor

X-Factor at 7:45 pm

Meal Three 9:00 pm
2 scoops of Muscle Milk in water
X-Factor, Multivitamin, Vitamin C

Bedtime 10:00 pm

This is exactly what I experienced during both my cutting cycles with X-Factor. I really saw no Fat Loss effect from it. I lost fat at the same rate I always do when cutting.

But, I did see a definite improvement in the amount of muscle I kept while cutting, and during my second cutting cycle, I actually gained muscle ( 6lbs ) while cutting.

My personal opinion is that X-Factor's role in cutting is not as a fat burning agent, but instead as an agent that promotes the sparring of muscle tissue while in a state of caloric deficit... like many other anabolics.

Great log so far.

Have you experienced any additional DOMs? You haven't mentioned much about any effects you have experienced, if any, to this point.

I did make this post about some DOMS, but today I would say that my DOMS is on par and has not increased.

I think my strength might be improving, but I think it's still too soon to tell. My last 2 workouts felt a little stronger than usual. When I have increased my red meat consumption in the past, I have always seen an increase in strength so I wouldn't be shocked if the X-Factor did the same thing to me.

Default

Meal One 7:15 am
3/4 cup of oats in water, 2 scoops of Optimum Whey protein in water, 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies
X-Factor, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Chromium Picolinate

Meal Two 11:15 am
3 homemade chicken breast enchilladas with fresh spinach

The rest of the day's dieting was a total loss as I ate way off my plan due to Superbowl party.
