| Pink Members | Today's workout: none/ill Today's food: I consumed 2 Red acid capsules at noon and again at 4 pm I havent been feeling well these last few days....I have an ugly bug that seems to want to pay rent in my body and stay awhile...LOL....UGH...I AM feeling better than I did a few days ago, so things are looking up...but I did NOT feel up to keeping track of my macros yesterday...please forgive me! I did not eat anything bad...just barely ate honestly...although for dinner I was able to eat some turkey leftovers so I did get in some carbs. Obviously training took a sideline last week, but I am hoping to get back to it by tomorrow as long as my body cooperates and keeps feeling increasingly better! Everyone keep your fingers crossed!! ![]() |

| Pink Members | Today's Workout: Horizontal Push/Pull back,chest,calves Rack pulls: 5x5@184lbs T-Bar rows : 5x5@140lbs DB rows : 5x5@45lbs Db incline bench press:5x5@35lbs Pushups: 5x8@BW Flat db flyes: 3x5@25lbs, 2x5@20lbs One-legged standing calf raises: 5x5@BW I started with the Rack pulls...decided to go a little lighter than I have been going since this is the first workout after being sick for a week...lol...they felt great...maybe even a little light...I will definitely go back up to 200+lbs next week on these! T-Bar rows followed...these felt fantastic tonight! I really got a great burn!! whohooo! ![]() Db rows were next and OMG these felt absolutely wonderful! I used the 45lb db and I know if I had enough plates to add I could have gone up to at LEAST 50lbs! I will have to ask Santa to buy me some plates for Christmas! hehehe Db incline bench press was the first chest exercise...I got in a great few sets before my right shoulder started to hurt again...dayum shoulder....LOL...I watched my form and finished the sets without having to lower the weights, though! Yay! Pushups followed...I did 5 sets of 8...I am right in between the time when I can start doing "mens" pushups and the "women's" are too easy...crazy hard still to do the men's....too easy to do womens...hmmmm.... Flat db flyes were the last chest exercise...I started with 25lbs on each db, but had to lower after the third set because my shoulder started hurting...nothing TOO serious, but I'd rather lower the weight than risk hurting my shoulder. I finished the workout with Standing one-legged calf raises....nothing too exciting about these... got a great burn and ended the workout on a positive note! WHOHOOOOO! IT FEELS GREAT TO BE BACK TO IT! ![]() I will be back later to post menu and macros for today! |

| Pink Members | Today's workout: Quad dominant w/ biceps Back squats (ass to the grass): 5x5@134lbs Walking lunges : 5x5@10lb (dbs) Leg curls : 4x12@40lbs (hammie accessory) BB curls : 5x5@54lbs Drag curls : 5x5@44lbs Hammer curls : 2x5@25lbs, 3x5@20lbs I started with Back squats ...I used 134lbs today and it felt really good. My form wasnt perfect on the last 2 sets, but it wasnt too bad either....I am happy! Walking lunges followed....gawd dayum I hate these...they KILL just as bad as stationary lunges! UGH! hahaaa....I used the 10lb dbs for these walking lunges today and boy was I glad when they were OVER!! I realize 10lbs on each db isnt all that much, but when you weigh as much as I do it SEEMS like a helluva lot of weight! hahahaahammie accessory followed...I decided to do leg curls...kept my toes pointed on the up and really struggled with that last set of 12....niiiiice! BB curls were next...I am really proud of how well I am doing on these...I do NOT sway or cheat and every rep is in great form....man did I get a great pump in my biceps this afternoon! Drag curls followed...nothing spectacular here...just a great burn! ![]() hammer curls were last on the list today. I started with 25lbs on each db, but had to lower after 2 sets because my left forearm started hurting like a sunuva...once I lowered to 20lbs each db it didnt hurt anymore....guess it's still not totally healed...oh well! Id rather lower the weights than injure myself! GREAT workout! Ill be back later to post food and macros! |

Yay! I still dont feel absolutely 100% yet...have total body ache BIGTIME and have been still feeling like I have a tightness in my chest...esp about an hour or so after taking my dose ( even at the lower dosages)...I am not liking that very much and hope its related to the bug I think I had and NOT the Red Acid . If it continues I dunno what Ill do... |

Today was only cardio anyway, so Im ok with it for today. I am still feeling a little "off"...I really cant explain exactly how I feel...it's like I am tired and sore all over and I keep getting these weird pains all over ESP in my chest area. Today when I was doing my cardio I felt REALLY strong when I started so I pushed myself HARD...after that first cycle I felt like my chest just wanted to EXPLODE...I lessened the intensity for the next 4 cycles and made it through ok, but afterward I felt sick and had to take a few aspirin and relax in the tub before I felt better. I honestly am not sure if I am totally over this bug...it's kinda like I might still have chest congestion and when I overexert myself my chest cannot handle it and starts to ache and have various degrees of pain for a while....very strange indeed...LOL...hell, maybe I'm dying.....hahhahahaa At any rate I got in my workout and now I am off to beddy bye!
