Default Omega Sports Power Jolt ...review

Just got mine yesterday.

I also opted to split the dosage to two caps in the morning. I took them at 4:30 am it is now 8:30. Noticeable more energy and I was not actually expecting much. I am working two jobs right now so my gym time is way down / none existent. No stomach discomfort or jitters, my appetite seems to be effected as I am not feeling hungry. I’ll take two more tabs with lunch and maybe one/two more later.

Nothing feels like it's going to fall off, so far so good. :nosthumbs

Good to see the Power Jolt arrived so quickly Dan. Mine arrived yesterday as well.

Splitting up the dosage to assess tolerance is a good idea, however it would be best to take 4 caps 20-40 minutes prior to your workout.

Took 4 tabs at 10 it was tough to eat at 11 I felt like I was forcing the food in and I feel major full. Engery level is pretty good considering my sleep patern / work schedule. A bit early still but no major side effects I have also been looking up the ingredients seperatly. One is used for ADD and a couple are used for diabeties one in Germany. Still looking them up i'll post later...

It with out a doubt boosts energy unlike anything I have tried after 3 18 hour days in a row with 4-5 hours sleep and I am still going. Yesterday was rough so I popped a couple extra ones.

This is rather long but here is the info I looked up ..

Tyrosine is an amino acid found in meat proteins. Your body uses it as a starting material to make several neurotransmitters (chemicals that help the brain and nervous system function). Based on this fact, tyrosine has been proposed as a treatment for various conditions in which mental function is impaired or slowed down, such as fatigue and depression. It has also been tried for attention deficit disorder (ADD).
Alpha Lipoic Acid is prescribed in Germany for adult onset of diabetes. There it has been shown to help for the following reasons:
• Alpha Lipoic Acid increases the sugar burning ability of insulin
• Alpha Lipoic Acid decreases insulin resistance
• Alpha Lipoic Acid increases ATP production
• Alpha Lipoic Acid decreases the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy
Recommended supplementation for diabetic neuropathy is 800mg/day
Rhodiola Rosea has numerous case studies of it being used as an anti depressant and some showing it may also normalized white and red blood cell counts

Caffeine Anhydrous like Ephedra, caffeine acts to increase mental alertness while providing additional energy for weight loss and exercise training. Caffeine is more than a stimulant as it goes deep into muscles to provide long lasting power while delaying the onset of muscle fatigue. Also great before working out, caffeine fights fatigue and helps you get ready for your workout.


Vinpocetine is widely sold and respected in Europe. Based on preliminary research, Vinocetine helps support brain function such as enhancing concentration and memory by activating cerebral metabolism


Pyridoxine hcl ..this was interesting to look up and I think I got the right info. Basically it’s vitamin B6 and can be found in some energy drinks Red Bull is one of them. The things it may help to manage is included.

For any one not aware many ADD and depression meds contain some sort upper. I Found a LOT more info than I posted. ..From that info I figure rather Power Jolt works for you are or not it may acutally improve your health. I can't wait to see how it goes once my schedule chills out a bit.

90 min ago I was literally falling asleep in my chair so I popped 2 capsules.... zazing away we go .... I have worked 60 hours in three days. It is more of an energized alertness than anything no jitters what so ever.

Oh and it says do not take after 6:30 I would not suggest taking 3 at 4PM either. I did not sleep much last night, I have a day off from my second job and am torn about getting to the gym or getting rest. My wife will want me to rest and she is much wiser than I.

It has only been three days and if this keeps up Omega Sports earned a customer!.

Took 4 at 6am it has been a long week and would have been much harder on my old self with out my Power Jolt. I just took 3 more won't be home until after 10... 2pm now.


OH and this stuff does not hurt the sex drive either (yaya to much info) one might expect that after 18 hour days I'd be ready to just crash out. That has been my expectation anyway. ... :nosthumbs

I have noticed a slight reduction in my appetite... nothing major.

Nothing new to really talk about. Sat was nothing major and I laid off it on Sunday dragging right now (Monday) so I'll take 4.

Not really anything new to report but sorry for the lack of up dates things have been crazy here as I have been transitioning all my "stuff” onto others. It is my last day here ...

No jitters or anything like that, it is more of a rejuvenation than anything else. Looking forward to getting in the gym I plan leaving here very early today. As in 9am :rock: perhaps today is a good time to try.
