| Pink Members | This will be my tester review log for Omega Sports Nitro Evolution. Here are my current stats, measurements, and training schedule... Age: 36 Gender: female Weight: 216 lbs ( up a few lbs from my 212 thanks to T.O.M ) Body type: endo-meso Height: 64 inches Shoulders:38.75 Chest: 39.5 Waist: 33 Abs: 35.5 Hips: 41.5 Thighs: 26 Calf: 15.75 Upper arms: 13.5 Forearm: 10 Current goal: Weight loss/ gain lean body mass Diet: Consists mostly of chicken breast, tuna, lean meats, whole grains, low GI fruits, and unlimited veggies I will post my food and macros each night before bed. Current supplements: Fish oil ( 6 g a day), Multivitamin Training: 4 DAY SPLIT - VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL PUSH/PULL DAY 1 - HORIZONTAL PUSH PULL Horizontal plane back (pull) Horizontal plane chest (push) (standing calves, short heavy sets) DAY 2 - QUAD DOMINANT LEGS Go short and heavy on two quad dominant exercises and lighter with higher reps for one ham dominant exercise. (Here, hams are accessory, so they go lighter, with higher reps) (bicep work) DAY 3 - VERTICAL PUSH/PULL Vertical plane back (pull) Vertical plane shoulders (push) (seated calves - long sets) DAY 4 – HIP/HAMSTRING DOMINANT LEGS Opposite from day 2. Go short and heavy on 2 hip/ham dominant exercises and light with higher reps for one quad dominant exercise. (Here, quads are accessory, so they go lighter, with higher reps) (tricep work) Product Information: Omega Sports Nitro Evolution Nitro Evolution Dosage: 8 capsules, all at once, 30-60 minutes before working out, on an empty stomach. | Pink Members | Dosage: 8 caps at 12:15 pm, approximately 1 hour before workout. I ate at approximately 10am. Today's workout: 1:10pm.....Quad dominant workout w/ biceps Back squats: 6x4 Lunges: 5x5 SLDL: 4x12 Incline bicep curls: 6x4 Drag curls: 5x5 Hammer curls: 5x5 Completed workout at 2:00pm Cardio: none Thoughts: It was a GREAT workout!! As far as the supplement goes, it's only Day 1, so I can't honestly say if anything was different. I was able to up most of my weights today, however, so I am pleased! I did notice a little bit of light-headedness about 15 minutes after taking my first dose today. Don't know if it's connected or not, but it wasn't anything extreme. I also felt "pepped up" so to speak, and rode the feeling throughout the entire workout! Awesome! So far so good!! I will post my macros tonight after my last meal. |

Honestly, I should have done a HIIT this morning, but I slept in late for a change. I enjoyed every minute of it! Yay! | Pink Members | It was a busy day! I got up too late though....then spent all day out of town getting groceries etc etc....got home late...LOL...so i only got in 3 meals...BLECH! Here are the macros: Total: 1628 Fat: 45 408 26% Sat: 15 138 9% Poly: 5 48 3% Mono: 15 133 8% Carbs: 147 517 33% Fiber: 18 0 0% Protein: 161 642 41% Alcohol: 0 0 0% I have noticed that about 30-45 minutes after taking the Nitro Evolution I have to go to the restroom for a BM....TMI? Perhaps...hahaha... but still relevant I do believe! It definitely gets rid of waste FAST!! Have a great evening! Tomorrow is my cheat day! Yippeeeee! LOL |

Late last night and early this morning I felt a little "weird"...kinda like I was hot...then cold...sorta felt as if i had heartburn as well. Don't know if it's related to the NE or not, but wanted to log it anyway, just in case it's relavant. I feel fine this morning. I will be back later to log in my macros and anything else that comes up! Also...being as today is my cheat day I alway's weigh and measure first thing before eating...here are the results... so i took my weight and measurements this morning.... | Pink Members | Dosage: 8 capsules at 1:20...1 hour before my workout Last meal at 11:15am Today's workout: Morning HIIT Verticle Push/Pull lifting (Back/Shoulders/Calves): started workout at 2:20pm pullups 6x4 bb rows: 6x5 db pullovers: 4x6 db military press: 6x5 db side laterals: 5x5 rear delt raises: 3 drop sets 8/4 seated calf raises: 3x20 workout ended at 3:15pm Thoughts: Today I got up first thing and had my wake up protein shake before my HIIT, so I decided to postpone taking my dose until 1:20pm. This was only 1 hour later than I have been taking it. I didnt want to take it too early and not be able to reap the benefits during my lifting, so I figured the 1 hour wouldn't make much of a difference in the whole scheme of things. I was right! I really feel like I had a great workout today, and noticed I got a great second wind about halfway through the workout! I dont ever get a second wind during my workouts, so I have to attribute this to the NE. Very Kewl!! Also noticed that I still have to go to the restroom about 30-45 minutes after taking the NE...it's like clockwork!! LOL I'm loving this!! I will be back later to post my macros! I really feel like I can tell the difference compared to when I wasn't taking NE. I feel stronger and like I am able to last longer during each workout. I like it very much! |
