Galveston really lucked out on this one...even though they all were forced to evacuate and I think more problems have come of that than just sticking it out and riding out the storm....poor people.....at least they were not directly hit like we all thought! i cannot even imagine what it's gonna be like trying to get BACK IN to the cities.... I TOTALLY missed taking my dose this afternoon until just a second ago....it will be interesting to see if it gives me the energy I need to make it through the Hurricane! Im exhausted! |

I know I have been working my buns off around this house cutting tree branches and cleaning up debris etc etc, after the so called "storm", but I miss my lifting and eating routine and am totally looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow! The kids will be back to school tomorrow too, so there is NO WAY I will miss my lifting! STAY TUNED!! I do want to say I have stayed true to taking my NE and I attribute my having so much energy and minimal soreness to it for certain. If it werent for the NE I would have collapsed a long time ago! |

I took my NE at 1pm and by 1:40 I was ready to get to my workout...I experienced a GREAT natural energetic feeling today and during the workout I noticed I was sweating BUCKETS! I sweat a lot anyway, but today I was drenched! heheee...I also experienced that WONDERFUL second wind about halfway through the workout today like I normally do when I am lifitng on NE! YAY! eating is totally on track for me as well! I will be back later to post my macros! |

I really got a fantastic pump in my quads today....I almost couldnt walk down the stairs to go get the kids from school immediately after the workout! GAWD I LOVE THAT! :bigthumbu I also had a good pump in my biceps and couldnt help but look at them every few minutes while I was waiting in line to pick up the kids...hahahaa....geez I love muscles! I feel GREAT! |

| Pink Members | Dosage: 6 capsules at 2:20pm Todays workout: HIIT cardio Thoughts: This is the final day for this supplement log for Omega Sports Nitro Evolution! Strangely, I only had 6 capsules left in my bottle this morning...I always take 8 caps, but I guess I must have dropped 2 somehow and not realized it...weird! My training and eating routine was sidetracked last week, thanks to the Hurricane scare, but I still feel I have been able to come to a few conclusions about NE concerning how it reacts on a female...more specifically ME...hahaha. Everything was right on track the first half of this log, (yay!) so I was able to see a few noticeable changes in the way my body reacted during lifting.... *NE definitely was responsible for giving me a "natural energetic feeling" approximately 45-60 min after taking a dose of 8 capsules. *For the first week I would have to go to the restroom approximately 30 minutes after taking a dose of 8 capsules. This disappeared completely in week 2. *NE was responsible for giving me MUCH better endurance throughout each workout. I continuously reached a second wind halfway through my workouts (30 minutes) almost every session. *I reached high levels of pumped muscles each workout. I especially noticed this with my quads on leg days, and my biceps. *NE definitely aided in keeping soreness down. I used to always be painfully sore after each quad workout, but after starting on NE, I actually had days that I wasn't sore at ALL!! Amazing! I did not measure today, Day 30, but I plan to at the end of the week. TOM is visiting me and all my measurements are bloated and would not show a legitimate comparison between my beginning measurements and my ending measurements. I have not lost weight in the last 30 days, mostly due to being off plan last week during the Hurricane craziness and gaining back whatever I might have lost the first half of the month! UGH! Training is back ON, thankfully, and I plan to lose a few pounds this next month for sure. It will be interesting to see how my body reacts in a lifting session... and afterwards... now that I am OFF of NE starting tomorrow. I am planning on purchasing a new bottle of NE in a few weeks! I was honored to do this log for Omega Sports...Thanks again to Proverbs for choosing me to be a tester! I hope I did a decent enough job keeping up on the log. It was my first testing experience! | Pink Members | I am officially finished with this log, but today I felt SO TIRED after about 1:30pm I thought it warranted adding to the log...since this is the first day I have NOT taken NE in 30 days it's very interesting to me as to when I started to get tired... I normally have been taking my NE at around 1:20pm-2:20pm, depending on when I was lifting, and I began feeling VERY tired at about 1:30pm today after NOT taking my normal dose. I slept from about 1:45pm till 3pm...then layed back down at 4:30pm until about 5:30pm...I still feel totally drained, but I am hoping things will improve as the evening wears on! I am still planning a nice midnight workout tonight once everyone is in bed. I love midnight workouts! |
