| Pink Members | Dosage: 8 capsules at 1:20pm Today's Workout: none Thoughts: I am feeling a little under the weather today. It's completely unrelated to the NE. My hubby's been sick and I think I may have caught whatever bug he had. YUCK! But I am actually feeling a little better already after sleeping half the day...LOL. Tomorrow I plan to lift as long as I am feeling back to normal. I have also decided to lower my carb intake for a few weeks and see if I can get a few more pounds off the scale. I would like to drop below 200lbs and stay there! So this will be a kewl little experiment. I know I lose weight best with a LC eating plan, because that's how I lost the first 100lbs, so hopefully these next few weeks will prove successful. I will continue to use the NE along with the LC eating. Have a great day! I'll be back later with the macros! |

| Pink Members | well today I ended up eating a lot of comfort food since I wasnt feeling too well, so I didn't keep track on fitday. Tomorrow I will be back on LC eating with pre and post workout carbs and we will see how this goes for a few weeks! I cant wait to workout again though! LOL I hate being sick! |

My fever is gone and I am no longer dragging ass! KEWL! hahaaa.... I had to go grocery shopping today, so I took my NE with me and took my dose on the way home. While I was putting away the groceries I started to get a great rush of energy, and I knew I needed to hurry up and workout, so I got everything put away and got right to the workout. It was GREAT! I felt reallly into it and once again was pleased to see that second wind I have been getting about halfway through the workout. I noticed after doing my biceps that they were REALLY pumped too....man they looked beautiful! LOL I am THRILLED with this NE!! |

| Pink Members | Dosage: 8 capsules at 1:20pm Today's Workout: none Thoughts: Today I woke up with VERY MINIMAL DOMS...with the workout I did yesterday I should be screaming everytime I have to sit down! hahaha...at least this was always the case BEFORE I started taking NE. It obviously is helping keep the soreness down, as well as give me that wonderful energy I have been experiencing approximately 1 hour after taking my dose. Today I took my dose while I was cleaning house, and even though this isnt considered a workout, I still felt energetic as all hell and I got a LOT accomplished! Yay! I still feel great at this point....it's 3:10pm... I have noticed that even though I am quite regular as far as getting rid of waste, I no longer have to run to the bathroom 30-45 minutes after taking my dose. I suppose this was an initial reaction to the NE, but now that its been 10 days, I think things have evened themselves out and I am simply regular in the mornings now. I will be back later to post my macros for the day! |

I accidentally forgot to bring it with me when hubby and I went out to lunch, so I was about 2 hours late from when I normally take it. But I took it as soon as we got home, and worked out about an hour later! I have to say I am really digging this supplement! I feel very energized in a natural way after I take it, and I am pleased to say I have continuously gotten a second wind about halfway through each workout. I also noticed today that my arms have gotten a lot more vascular than they used to be. You can really see the veins under my skin, especially after I workout. Even my hubby made a comment about them today! WAY KEWL! I will be back later with my macros! Have a fab day! |

| Pink Members | well it turned out to be a little higher carb day than I wanted...LOL I splurged at lunch with my hubby today and drank 4 wine coolers.... :mask:....didn't even catch a buzz on them either...DRAG! hahahaaa...normally I dont drink on a lifting day, but today was a "special occassion"....next time I will rethink the damn wine coolers though...hahahaa...hell, I want to at least catch a little buzz if I am gonna drink any alcohol, yanno?... I also realize drinking alcohol inhibits protein synthesis...not to mention it has a shitload of calories and carbs....so I wont do that very often. Anyhooooo...here's my macros for tonight...I was able to keep the calories pretty low because I took it easy tonight on dinner. I cleaned and pressed all 6 sets of good mornings ( 104lbs) because I was feeling so energetic today!! Everything went fantastic, and I would like to make note that after my quad accessory exercise ( 4x12 lunges) my quads were PUMPED! It was actually kinda funny...I looked like I was flexing even when I wasnt for about 30 minutes after I did those lunges! And I am still quite FAT in my legs, but I could SEE and FEEL those quads today! Talk about motivating!! After that I was on a roll...hahaha...I moved into my triceps exercises with a passion....what a GREAT feeling!! It will be interesting to see if I am sore tomorrow after such a great workout. I spent 2 1/2 hours this morning doing yardwork for cardio so I am thrilled at how the day has gone! YAY! hahaha I'll be back tonight to post my macros! |
