DIET I woke up early today in order to get in an extra meal, which I will most likely start to do on training days. Fat intake is high and the protein is up to arounf 400g daily ![]() TRAINING BICEPS: Incl. On a sidenote, I saw my mom today (dropping off oats) and she remarked about how I look really good. She said that I looked bigger and she could see a difference since the last time she saw me. | Pro Stature | DOSE 8:55 AM 2:15 PM EFFECTS My DOMS from Monday has kicked in as expected. It was hard to walk to class today my legs were so sore. As far a s today's workout, I didn't feel 100%. I did add weight on every exercise though, so I can't really complain. DIET Again I woke up early to get in an extra meal. I am upping my PWO shake to 60g whey. About 15 minutes later I eat 1.5 cups of oats with 45g whey added in along with my PWO supplements. TRAINING CHEST: DB Press (70s * 15) +5 lbs SHOULDERS: BB Military Press (120 * 15) +5 lbs TRICEPS: Skullcrushers (85 * 15) +5 lbs BACK WIDTH: Wide Pulldowns (180 * 15) +10 lbs BACK THICKNESS: T-Bar Rows (155 * 16) +20 lbs

| Pro Stature | DOSE 9:00 AM 2:40 PM EFFECTS DOMS in my triceps is insane today. They are so tight and sensitive that it's freaky. Also, my abs are very tight from an ab workout I did a few days ago. The DOMS seems to increase from workout to workout.

I will stick to all DB bicep exercises from now on. DIET Nothing new to report here. Diet has stayed consistent both in meal times and the calories/macronutrients consumed. I may up the calories a little bit to really pack on as much as possible. TRAINING BICEPS: DB Preacher Curls (30s * 16) FOREARMS: BTB Forearm Curls (65 * 50) CALVES: Standing Raises (320 * 25) HAMS: SLDL (245 * 15) +10 lbs QUADS: Hack Squats (360 * 10) +20 lbs! and (320 * 21) +25 lbs and 1 rep !!!!

I currently take in ~300g protein (1.5g/lbm) and had been considering an increase for some time now, I'd be interested in hearing your results. Hows the bf% looking? any change? My X-Factor is on the way, I expect it next week. Thanks for keeping such a tight log with no-bull info for us :nosthumbs |

| Pro Stature | I have noticed a slight change since upping the protein, but the main change has been from the fats. I could be wrong, but it's what I believe. The bodyfat has decreased ever so slightly. I have been eating so much that I am constantly full, so it's hard to tell 100% what the change is. I am much more vascular in the gym though, so that is telling me something. Good luck on your run - you'll love it!

| Pro Stature | DOSE 9:10 AM 5:00 PM EFFECTS Very, very sore biceps today. Unlike anything I've ever felt before. They feel fried, plain and simple. The legs aren't very sore, but they usually don't get sore until two days after a workout. We'll see tomorrow.

Nothing new to report, which I rather like.On deads I decided to go for a 405, and just barely missed lockout. I was disappointed, but I wasn't feeling well today so I didn't expect to have a great workout. DIET Brickt wanted to see a sample diet, so I'll post what I have eaten so far and what I am going to eat fot the rest of the day. It is NOT divided by meal. 7 whole eggs 7 slices of bacon 48 oz. milk (half skim/half whole) 1 banana 1.5 cups granola cereal 2 cups cheerios (3)1.5 cups of whey/oats (45g whey in the oats) 5 hamburger patties turkey sandwich (whole wheat bread, 2 slices of swiss cheese, 10-12 slices of turkey) 40g whey with whole milk before bed TRAINING CHEST: Incl. DB Press (65s * 16) +5 lbs easy SHOULDERS: Hammer Strength Shoulder Press (160 * 15) +10 lbs, but very tough TRICEPS: Pushdowns (170 * 16) +5 lbs BACK WIDTH: BTN pulldowns (170 * 20) BACK THICKNESS: Deadlifts (attempted 405, came close to lockout, then 365*1 and 315*2 cooldowns)

I know it means the X-Factor is working, so I am happy. Diet was spot on today and was almost exactly like the one I posted yesterday. Only difference was that I didn't eat the cereal.

Everything went smoothly and the leg press was feeling better than usual (it has been giving me problems recently). I ttok it pretty light on the leg press and just pumped out smooth, nonstop reps. All in all, a good day. DIET Diet has been spot-on the last few days. I have been nailing all my numbers, and I am very pleased with it. For example, by noon today I had already hit 160g protein. I am still at 400g daily. TRAINING BICEPS: Seated Curls (40s * 15) FOREARMS: BTB Forearm Curls (75 * 50) CALVES: Leg Press Calf Press (540 * 39) HAMS: Lying Leg Curls (150 * 16) **Maxed out the stack - FINALLY! QUADS: Leg Press (540 * 10) and (450 * 20)
