But wow, I'm gonna have to try this higher dosage now. It's pretty interesting. Most supps have a limit, a level of diminishing returns. But with X-Factor, it seems that the higher the dosage the greater to gains. For example: 750mg gives decent gains 1000mg gives really good gains 1250mg... insane gains??? ![]() I don't really know cause I've never done it and I don't think anyone else has (except redvision).

Now, I weight in at a solid 230-230.5, plus I'm a bit leaner (2lbs fat burned) Don't have much time on my hands now, since I'm just back in my town for the summer and have to do a bunch of things, but I'll update tomorrow! I did some random stuff yesterday, more isolation work to get a good pumps, which I got ![]() Notes for the past 2 days: -bad headache on day 28 -Still more vascular -Strenghts up a bit in 12+ reps range I didn't bring back my weighting scale with me tho, and the one I'm weighting on right now kind of suckss, it's a cheap one and its not accurate at all, so I'll weight in after my workouts on the gym's scale to track my progress. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Yesterday was day 30 of my Log, weighted in @ 230lbs Training: Since I moved back into my town and got a membership in a new gym, I didn't know it was only open til 3PM so I only had time to do Pull-ups, T-Bar and Shrugs, I'll be doing Deadlift, Db rows + hamstrings today... Dosage: 2 mid-day 1 pre-training 2 before bed Diet: the bad part ![]() Only 4010 cals, but at least I had 412g protein and 1.5 gal of water Notes: Great pumps More vascular Strenght is great (first time I'm able to pull 14 good pull-ups @ 230lbs!) Bad night, wasn't able to fall asleep. I think 2 softgels before bed is really bad for sleep... I'll never again take 2 before bed. I'll update later today after my workout, Redvision

I've not experienced any joint pain in that cycle, mainly because I lift in 10-12 reps range. In my first cycle, I did mainly 5x5 and my joints were starting to be mad at me at around day 30... For my fats, I drink a lot of 2% milk (habitually 1%, but switched to 2% while on X-F for fats) and my diet isn't that strict... I have pizza sometimes and red meat, which also contain some fats. PB is ok, as long as you eat it in moderation and that it fits in your 20-25% fats macro ratio. Hope it helps, later man, Redvision

It went great, I got great pumps in my arms too!!! I'll have to focus more on abs in the upcoming weeks, hadn't trained em hard enough recently... Dosage: 1 in the morning 1 mid-day 1 4:00PM 1 pre training (8:00PM) 1 before bed Diet: 4927 cals, 439 protein, 1.5 gallon of water Notes: Felt great today Great pumps are back!
