No kidding, those are PH like gains. I wonder how easy it is to maintain gains made on XF?

There's no reason to think they aren't perfectly maintainable. It's not like coming off of steroids where suddenly your system is all suppressed. I'm completely confident that he'll keep all of his gains when the cycle ends.

But wow, I'm gonna have to try this higher dosage now. It's pretty interesting. Most supps have a limit, a level of diminishing returns. But with X-Factor, it seems that the higher the dosage the greater to gains.

For example:

750mg gives decent gains
1000mg gives really good gains
1250mg... insane gains???

I don't really know cause I've never done it and I don't think anyone else has (except redvision).

yeah it's truly amazing so far...

At the beginning of my log, I weighted in at 225-226 in the morning. Now, I weight in at a solid 230-230.5, plus I'm a bit leaner (2lbs fat burned)

Don't have much time on my hands now, since I'm just back in my town for the summer and have to do a bunch of things, but I'll update tomorrow!

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, the end of school plus moving back into my town, bringing back all my stuff and all really fcked my routine...

I did some random stuff yesterday, more isolation work to get a good pumps, which I got

Notes for the past 2 days:

-bad headache on day 28
-Still more vascular
-Strenghts up a bit in 12+ reps range

I didn't bring back my weighting scale with me tho, and the one I'm weighting on right now kind of suckss, it's a cheap one and its not accurate at all, so I'll weight in after my workouts on the gym's scale to track my progress.

Perhaps this was already mentioned, but headaches can sometimes be helped with extra potassium.

Yesterday was day 30 of my Log, weighted in @ 230lbs

Training:
Since I moved back into my town and got a membership in a new gym, I didn't know it was only open til 3PM so I only had time to do Pull-ups, T-Bar and Shrugs, I'll be doing Deadlift, Db rows + hamstrings today...

Dosage:
2 mid-day
1 pre-training
2 before bed

Diet:
the bad part

Only 4010 cals, but at least I had 412g protein and 1.5 gal of water

Notes:

Great pumps
More vascular
Strenght is great (first time I'm able to pull 14 good pull-ups @ 230lbs!)
Bad night, wasn't able to fall asleep. I think 2 softgels before bed is really bad for sleep... I'll never again take 2 before bed.

Hi man! Thx for the kind words and for stopping by!

I've not experienced any joint pain in that cycle, mainly because I lift in 10-12 reps range.

In my first cycle, I did mainly 5x5 and my joints were starting to be mad at me at around day 30...

For my fats, I drink a lot of 2% milk (habitually 1%, but switched to 2% while on X-F for fats) and my diet isn't that strict... I have pizza sometimes and red meat, which also contain some fats.

PB is ok, as long as you eat it in moderation and that it fits in your 20-25% fats macro ratio.

Default day 31 - Back (pt.2)/Hams

Weighted in @ 230.5lbs, up 6.5LBM since day 1

Training:
Did the second part of my back training (Deadlift and db rows), plus 2 hamstrings exercices (lying leg curl + seated leg curl). It went great, I got great pumps in my arms too!!!

I'll have to focus more on abs in the upcoming weeks, hadn't trained em hard enough recently...

Dosage:
1 in the morning
1 mid-day
1 4:00PM
1 pre training (8:00PM)
1 before bed

Diet:
4927 cals, 439 protein, 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Felt great today
Great pumps are back! Yay!!
Vascularity is good
Strenght is up!

No headache, bad acne nor sleep issue yet!

Can't wait to train arms tomorrow!

Thanks for the help! Ive decided to finish up my anagen and mega dose Cissus Rx at 10 caps a day to take care of all joint problems (hopefully) prior.

Ill start at 4 caps a day, if joint pain occurs Ill go to 3... if not Ill go up to 5 since ur doing so well!

and Ill make sure to do higher reps!!!!

Got a new routine today, a 3 day split by a certified NOVA Coach in my town... I have faith in him, can't wait to see results...

Can't wait to reveal my after mesurements, for now I'll only say that my arms have grow quite well in the past 30 days... from 16¾ to 17 1/8"

More infos in my final review in 8 days!!!

Training:
Did back/chest and it went great. Great pumps.

Dosage:
2 mid-day
1 pre-training
2 before bed hope I'll sleep well...

Diet:
5116 cals, 415g protein, 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Vascularity is improved
Fuller look
Strenght's still up

Weighted in @ 231lbs. +7LBM since day 1

Training:
Quads, Hams + calves today. It went great, I felt strong on all lifts and got great pumps.

Dosage:
2 mid-day
1 4:00Pm
1 post workout (9:00PM)
1 before bed

Diet:
5500 cals, 430g protein, 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Strength is up
Appetite's still high
DOMs are back (shoulders still sore from Tuesday...)

Gonna do a final review in 5 days! Awesome product

Biceps-triceps today, in 4-8 rep range. Strenght is still up, which is awesome! Great pumps too, surprising in that range!!

Dosage:
1 8:00am
1 mid-day
1 4:00PM
1 8:00PM
1 before bed

Diet:
4552 cals, 400g protein, 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Strenght is very good,
vascularity is good too
appetite still up
sleep still good
barely any back acne

Back & Chest today (alternate), great workout & great pumps!!!

Dosage:
2 morning
1 4:00PM

1 before bed

Diet:
4994 cals, 427g protein, 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Strengt is up!!! I did 1 set of 7 reps on DB press with 120's , a PR for me!!! (all that after 6 sets of incline (8-6-4-4-6-8)!

I'll be doing my final review in 2 days!!! stay tuned
