Training:
Off day today, gym closed for football players selection... pissed off

Dosage:
Took 2 softgels mid-day
1 softgel 4PM
1 softgel 8PM
1 softgel before bed

Diet:
pretty good: 5137 cals, 398 protein, 1.5 gallon of water!

Notes:
Bad cold is still there, difficulty to fall asleep. (not related to X-F tho...)

Training:
Off day today, went back to my town (4hours ride)

Dosage:
1 softgel in the morning
1 softgel 12:00PM
1 softgel 4PM
1 softgel 8PM
1 softgel before bed

Diet:
Only 4500 cals today, I'll bump that for the week-end and try to eat as clean as possible.

Notes:
Sore throat
Cold
it seems that X-F makes my cold last longer than usually... hope it'll be over soon...
A bit of back acne (pimps are slowly starting to appear...)
Look and feel fuller today

Training:
Did biceps/triceps today at the gym in my town and it went great! One of the best arms workout in a while!!! Great strenght, great pump, especially in my triceps! awesome!!!

Dosage:
1 softgel in the morning
2 softgels pre-training
1 softgel 5:00PM
1 softgel before bed

Diet:
about 5000 calories and 400g of protein, low fat, 1.5 gallon of water.

Notes:
I felt awesome today! I was happy to go to the gym I started training at 2 years ago and I pushed hard today!!!!

Training:
Off day today

Dosage:
1 morning
1 12:00PM
1 4:00PM
1 9:00PM
1 before bed

Diet:
5108 calories, 404g protein, 1.75 gallon of water!

Notes:
First DOMs of X-Factor today... My triceps are sore as hell, as well as my biceps. My Whey intake remained the same at 7-8 servings/day, so even with a lot of BCAA's, I start to feel the soreness, which is pretty good

Cold is slowly getting better
Still have sore throat, but don't take anything (Nsaids)

Sleep is still great

Lethargy is a bit better these days. I think splitting my X-F in 4 or even 5 doses play a big role helping with lethargy...

I'll be weighted in tomorrow morning!

Default Weighted in @ 228.5 (+ 2.5 pounds)

Just weighted in first thing in the morning at 228.5 today, so it's an increase of 2.5lbs since the beginning of my Log.

I'm a bit leaner in my mid-section than at day 1, and also look fuller in chest/delts/traps, which is awesome!

I went up to 229 after 10 days, but then leaned down to 226 in the days after. I was happy to see that my weight was back to 228!!! So far so good! I love X-F...

Default day 17 - Chest/Shoulders

Training:
Went at the CEGEP of my town to train (other gym was closed). I managed to have a pretty good workout, even if the equipment there is shittty...
All rusty Nautilus machines of the 80's, but I had to train there...

I modified my workout a bit, since I talked with 2 bbers and both agreed that I have to work on my upper chest and side delts.

I replaced flat bb press by incline bb press, so I'm doing incline db and incline bb and I added 3 sets of cable side lateral raises immediatly after my db lat raises. Hope it does the trick...

Dosage:
1 softgel in the morning
2 softgels pre-training
1 softgel 5:00PM
1 softgel 10:00PM

Diet:
5100 calories, 390 protein, 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Back to 228.5 today, which is awesome! Heavier and leaner than at day 1
Forearms are a bit sore today (from Hammer curls of 2 days ago I suppose)
Lethargy is okay...
Sleep still great
Appetite still up like crazy (I'm ALWAYS hungry...)

I'll be training Quads/Calves tomorrow at the gym,

...yesterday was DAY 18 of my Log:

Training:
I did Quads and Calves at the gym, it felt so good! I havent done squats for 2 weeks and OMG! They really pumped up my quads! I did 3 sets of ATG, 4 sets of Leg-Press, 3 sets of Leg-Extensions, 4 sets of standed calf raises and finished with 4 sets of seated calf raises.

Dosage:
2 softgels mid-day
2 softgels pre-training
1 softgel before bed

Diet:
5088 cals, 370g protein , 1.5 gallon of water

Notes:
Lethargy is still better, which is awesome
No DOMs today
Definition in legs increased

I'll be doing a half cycle (20 days) review in 2 days! stay tuned

Training:
I was supposed to train back/hamstrings today, but damn! My legs were so sore from yesterday, I had difficulty to do my 1st set of seated leg curl... I'll be doing em better later in the week.

I started with 3 sets of Deadlift and got pretty pumped, kind of annoying back pump... (even if I take 2.5g taurine 3x/day)
After, I did 3 sets of T-Bar rows, 3 sets of wide-grip pulldowns and 2 sets of db rows. I finished my training with 2 sets of 15reps of BB shrugs @ 315lbs with only 30 sec rest between sets, it was a very good workout.

Dosage:
2 softgels mid-day
1 softgel before training
1 softgel 10:PM
1 softgel before bed

Diet:
5392 calories, 406 protein, 114 fat, 1.75 gallon of water

Notes:
my Quads were damn sore from yesterday, I had difficulty to step out of my bed this morning! I love that feeling
Nothing else to report today, I'll write my mid-cycle review tomorrow!

Arrow mid-cycle review!

X-Factor mid-cycle review @ 1250mg/day

Bodyweight:
Starting weight: 226 pounds
mid-cycle weight: 229 pounds (+3lbs)

Mirror:
I look leaner in my mid-section, and fuller in my chest/delts/traps.

Detailed review at day 20, in chronogical order:
Increased appetite at day 2 (!!!)
Noticeable lethargy at day 4
Began to feel warmer and sweat more at day 6
occasional numbness in my arms since day 6
Increased pumps at the end of week 1
Fuller look at day 7
Leaner in my mid-section since day 10
A bit of back acne since day 14 (oily skin)
First DOMs at day 16 (triceps & biceps)
DOMs became worst since day 19
No sleep issue so far!

Bottom line, I burned ~2lbs of fat and gained 3lbm, which I'm pretty happy about!
I also found that splitting my X-F intake in 3-4 doses really helps with lethargy. I think most of the gains are ahead, since DOMs just started 3 days ago so I really think X-F kicked in!

Arrow update on DOMS

I can say without a doubt that for the first time while using X-Factor, I really feel the DOMs people are sometimes bragging about!

it doesn't bother me, but my lower back + quads are still sore as hell today. I never felt such soreness since I started lifting 2 years ago... It's good sign!!!

Today is an OFF day, I'll be training arms tomorrow!

Training:
Biceps/triceps, had an awesome workout! Best pumps ever in my arms, painful at times tho... I could barely finish my last set of Incline db curls and Hammer curls because of the pump, same thing with tricep pushdowns at the end of my workout! I felt great

Dosage:
2 mid-day
1 pre-training
1 8:00PM
1 before bed

Diet:
5169 cals, 377g protein, 1.5gallon water

Notes:
Back + quads still sore (!!!)
Best pump ever in my arms
Strenght is increasing by now (in 10-15 rep range)
Lethargy is back today
mild headache (the first one on that cycle), I'll bump my water intake...
Sleeps still great

very comprehensive and detailed list! Good work. I don't think I've seen the numbness repordted before- did you get any of that on your last cycle?
