Initial Stats
  • Age = 23
  • Height = 5' 7"
  • Weight = 225 lbs
  • Goal = Lose Bodyfat

Status
  • I want to thank dito and Thermolife for allowing me to test these 3 products. I have been training hard, but the weight I want to lose doesn't seem to be coming off like I'd like. Dito assures me that this stuff will make me "ripped" as he says it. If it doesn't, when I do one day become ripped Josh and I will go to Colorado and kick his ass. This is my first ever log and the first time I've posted pictures (coming shortly) so I'm pretty nervous to do this. I am hoping I will receive some good advice and support through this.

Day 1
- I started off with 2 capsules of Stizm like the bottle said and 1 capsule Dicana. I think that is a little too much for me to start with because I felt funny through my workout and through the day. I think I will go down to 1 casule of Stizm.

- I took 2 capsules of Zappitite before my meal today and I didn't feel hungry for most of the day. I have noticed I've been burping a lot more, but not really heartburn or indigestion.

Yeah Im positive of that lol that is the one thing I have going for me I look alot smaller than what I am. Like I was telling Dito last night the smallest I have ever been in my life was 170 and at 170 everyone thought I was like 130. So as of right now my goal is to get back to that and thanks thatmeant alot to me lol

Let me start off by thanking everyone for the support I will need it since i'm new to all this. I woke up this morning and went do my cardio( yes Dito I slept) I didn't eat breakfast I just mixed my protien and my X-tend and I also took my Dicana and the Stizm. I did the treadmill on an incline of 4 at 3 mph. Im working on getting those rates up its going up slowly. I did 2 miles and I burned about 350 cals. I think however I do need to start eating a little something before I go and do my cardio. While I was doing my cardio I noticed that after about 3 mins I was starting to get hot, after 10 I was breaking a sweat, and at 15 I was in a full sweat normally it takes me alot longer to break one . Im going back to the gym tonight to do my weights, its chest and triceps day for me and im gonna hit those abs tonight too.

that's the dicana working. dicana is actually swahili for "this stuff will make you sweat yo ass off, but it makes ya sexy so just wear extra deodorant and you'll still get some ass."
and i agree with darkfalcon; the hottie in the avatar doesn't weigh 225.

lol..I thought you were trying to trick us by saying your 225 and then coming back with pics at 130 and saying "man this stack is the bomb" Anyway good luck with it, I'm sure you'll do great!

Like animalfan said don't be so hard on yourself. Every single one of us here at IronMass started because we knew we could have a better body and we started the journey. I just want to say how proud I am of her. This girl bench pressed 60 x 8 the other night, and that was only the second time to bench in her life!!! I was there spotting, but she did all the work, and pretty much didn't need me. I have definately noticed a big change in her dedication level over the past few weeks.

Ok this post is going to be about the zappetite and something I noticed with it. I can tell that is is controling my hunger I really have to make myself eat alot of times however I took it and i realized that i wasnt feeling too good after taking it. I had a bit of acid reflux. I was thinking that it may have been from not drinking enough water or I was thinking maybe the dose was a bit too high for me. Today when I took it i made sure to eat a bigger meal with it and I felt fine. My cardio went great this morning did 60 mins today. I usually go to the gym at around 9 and do my weights but tonight I fell asleep super early and missed it so tomorrow I'm gonna hit my back, bis, and abs

Not too much to say tonight I skiped the gym today as a day off had alot of stuff to do today so my workout will be done tomorrow otherwise everything is going great

I finally did my back, bis and abs today. Im starting to get stronger and im being able to life more weight now yay!!!!!

I'm p.o.ed today lol. This cold weather is messing with my knee that I have problems with. I couldn't do my cardio like normal. I couldn't do it on the incline, which makes me feel i'm not working as hard as i can :rmad: but I still did me 60 mins of cardio this morning and even though I didn't do it as hard as I usually do it, I did still sweat alot yay which made me feel somewhat better tonight is leg night my fav.

ok well I didn't get to do my legs last night. I don't know what came over me but i was sleeping for about 7:30 last night and didn't wake up till 5:30 this morning so I am well rested today. I went and did my cardio this morning did 60 mins of it. I'm starting to find I don't want to stop after 60 I want to keep going. The cold went aways some so I really got in a good cardio sesion this morning and it seems that my products are kicking in even more yay!!!!
