Today I got in 50 min of cardio. Tonight was leg and ab night. I know it was a really good workout tonight because I felt sick after. I did the squats again tonight, even though my legs were shaking the whole time.

Tonight was chest, Tri, and shoulder night. I took Ditos advice and I did just the bar 20 times, then 55 15 times and then I nailed my 10 at 70 tonight 2 times. I only got in like 30 min of cardio this morning because my legs are killing me today. In about 17 more days or so I should have my final pics for everyone.

well monday was leg night and everything went well did the squats with the bar and i added like 10 more lbs to it. However i took tues and wed off. I believe with me helping josh i hurt myself somehow so hopefully i will be back in the gym tomorrow.

and i got those cals up im still learning all this stuff but im there now

tonight was chest shoulders and tri night. Once again everything was good, except I only nailed the 70 one time for 10 my shoulder and stuff was still hurting some but next week its on again

Today I got in 40 min of cardio and I had lots of sweat again it was great. It was leg and ab night for me also. I have finally gotten the squat form down. Im sure tomorrow I will not be able to walk lol

I didn't get to get my cardio in this morning I had some stuff to do. I went shopping for some clothes today got into smaller sizes yay for me!!!!! Tonight however was chest,shoulders and tri night. I nailed my 70 again. Its starting to get a bit easier for me so soon I will up that. I did get in some cardio as well not too much about 20 mins thats better than nothing

Last night was back and bi night. I had and increase in my weights that I lift. Last night was the first time I walked out there feeling swole lol . My bis felt rock hard. Can't wait till next week now

monday- I got in 40 min of cardio and It was leg night I leg pressed 150 instead of 140 tonight. Squats are going good.

Tuesday- I didn't get any cardio in Josh needs the car. He needs to hurry and get a new one so I can get back on the cardio better. Tonight was chest, shoulder and tri night. Tonight I nailed the 70 on benching so I gave 75 a try and got in 8 reps.

Tonight was was back and bi night. I walked out again feeling like my arms were huge. I have 5 more days of my stizm left, so I will have the new pics in 5 more days!!!!!!

Last night was a cardio night for me Thank God. I haven't really gotten much cardio in this past week because I was without a car. It felt really good to finally get me some cardio in.
