| Pro Stature | OK first off I weighed myself at the gym tonight I'm currently 215. I normally use the scale at home its usually a bit less so that's the one I go with ha ha ha its what I have been using anyways. I will get the weigh in for tomorrow morning. My cam needed batteries so I will also take some and post those tomorrow as well. Other Supplements Xplode Reload Protein Multivitamin Cardio This morning I got in 45 mins of cardio. I burned 421 Cal's and went 2.22 miles. I used an incline of 6 at 3 mph. I had lots of energy and a great sweat today Chest Bench Press 55 1x15 75 2x10 85 1x5 and I tried for 90 just to see I got one rep in by myself lol Cable Flys 20 2x12 25 2x12 Pec Deck Machine 55 2x12 60 1x12 65 1x10 Shoulders Cable Lats 10 2x12 15 2x12 Shoulder Press 15 4x12 Lat Raise Machine 25 3x10 Lat Raises D.B 10 3x12 Tris Dip Machine 135 3x10 150 1x10 Press Downs 70 1x12 80 2x12 90 1x12 Barbell Extensions 30 3x12 I'm really proud of myself I ate great at least I feel I did. Meal one Wheat English Muffin Meal Two Chicken Breast Meal Three Turkey Patty Meal Four Turkey Patty and 1 1/4th cup of Asian stir fry veggies. and 1 cup of mixed berries According to Fit day I have taken in 772 Cal's I feel really full and I really don't feel its too little but I have always had this problem. I was forcing myself to actually eat today. Out of those Cal's I got in 79g of protein 68 was carbs and 24 was fats. |

Once again according to fit-day 2250 Cal's today 106 fats 188 carbs 137 protein Meal one 2 whole wheat English muffins and a cup of milk(1%) Meal Two Chilies Philly cheese stake sandwich with friesMeal Three 2 turkey patties with cheese (low fat 2% milk) I know its not the greatest but the cals are up lol I really wasn't planning on having that meal at chilies today and not this soon into the log but like i said not gonna happen a lot |

I can see from your last log that your waist is smaller, you look more toned :clapping: Dont be afraid to eat, you should try for at least 10 calories per pound of weight, all clean foods. having 6 smaller meals a day. I know you can do it!!!!!! |

Diet went good today yay!! meal one 3egg whites, english muffin, protien drink meal two 2 Pieces of wheat bread, lowfat cheese slice, 2 pieces of ham meal three & four Home made Turkey chili mmmmmm Everyting is going great so far!!!! |
