Hi all, first of im starting this product tomorrow. I will get some pics taken tomorrow also as well as my current weight. My scales battery died going get a new on tomorrow also. So until tomorrow......

OK first off I weighed myself at the gym tonight I'm currently 215. I normally use the scale at home its usually a bit less so that's the one I go with ha ha ha its what I have been using anyways. I will get the weigh in for tomorrow morning. My cam needed batteries so I will also take some and post those tomorrow as well.

This morning I got in 45 mins of cardio. I burned 421 Cal's and went 2.22 miles. I used an incline of 6 at 3 mph. I had lots of energy and a great sweat

Meal one Wheat English Muffin
Meal Two Chicken Breast
Meal Three Turkey Patty
Meal Four Turkey Patty and 1 1/4th cup of Asian stir fry veggies. and
1 cup of mixed berries


According to Fit day I have taken in 772 Cal's I feel really full and I really don't feel its too little but I have always had this problem. I was forcing myself to actually eat today. Out of those Cal's I got in 79g of protein 68 was carbs and 24 was fats.

I'm really really trying. I have always had a problem with makeing me eat. I finally got down eating the right things at least so i'm on my way with that just got to figure out some way to increase somewhere

Ok just a quick little note. I got my battery for my scale I like to usually weight in the morning nude lol so this morning i was 213 so to me those 2 lbs matter

OK Joshes grandmother is in town and today we had lunch with her so everyone take it easy when you see what I had lol I will not be doing this often trust me.

Once again according to fit-day

2250 Cal's today 106 fats 188 carbs 137 protein

Meal one 2 whole wheat English muffins and a cup of milk(1%)
Meal Two Chilies Philly cheese stake sandwich with fries
Meal Three 2 turkey patties with cheese (low fat 2% milk)


I know its not the greatest but the cals are up lol I really wasn't planning on having that meal at chilies today and not this soon into the log but like i said not gonna happen a lot

You have some big shoulders!!!!!!!!!! I can see from your last log that your waist is smaller, you look more toned :clapping: Dont be afraid to eat, you should try for at least 10 calories per pound of weight, all clean foods. having 6 smaller meals a day.

I know you can do it!!!!!!

Ok Today and tonight was just a cardio day. This morning I got in 30 min and tonight Josh had a light workout and I got in 25 mins. Diet went good today yay!!


meal one 3egg whites, english muffin, protien drink
meal two 2 Pieces of wheat bread, lowfat cheese slice, 2 pieces of ham
meal three & four Home made Turkey chili mmmmmm

Everyting is going great so far!!!!

I'm glad you are noticing. To me its really hard to actually see how far i really have gotten in pics muscle wise Josh is not good with the cam lol to me its alot diffrent in person. I keep telling my mom your gonna freak next time you see me ha ha ha ha

Don't consider a protein shake as a meal. Definately do not count milk as a meal either. Eat more. Where are your veggies? Where is your healthy fat?

Huh? If it has calories, why can't it be a meal? 2 scoops of protein + 2 tbsp's of PB = ~400 calories. Why couldn't this be a meal again?
