| Pro Stature | YAY!!! I didn't forget the book tonight so I got to make all my things down. This morning I was feeling better so I went and got some cardio in. I only got in 30 mins My stomach wasn't all the way great after all. Tonight though I felt fine got all my weights in Back Pull-ups(weight assisted) 17 1x10 27 2x10 37 1x10 T-rows 20 2x10 25 1x10 30 1x10 Seated Rows 60 2x10 70 2x10 Dead-lifts 95 2x10 100 1x10 Lat Pulls 70 3x10 80 1x10 ISO Lats Rows 90 2x10 100 2x10 Back Extensions 145 2x15 160 2x15 Rear Delt Flys 35 3x10 40 1x10 Bis D.B Curls 22.5 3x10 B.B.Curls 30 3x10 Cable Curls 50 3x10 My stomach felt very full tonight so I didn't get ab work in. | Pro Stature | Well I didnt get to update last night so... Last night I got my usual ab work in. I will be done with my bottle as of Thursday. I get to go home to Louisiana too and just in time. I think I need a small break from the gym. I feel really burned out on the cardio finally. Last night I barely got any in But I'm sure once I take a break and go home ill be back on it. |
