Default Day 2

Weight/BF: [] / []
Tomorrow

Workout:
Excellent!
Bootcamp - http://web.mac.com/ironworksfitness/.../Bootcamp.html
Today was an insane amount of running. I would guess about 5 miles.
Stamina was very good today. My calves did burn early and had a few cramps in them but eventually they worked out good. Today we did a lot of hills and steps so I will probably be a bit sore later.

Diet:
Macros posted tonight.
Goal 3500-4000 cal @ 40/40/20

Dosage:
Activate - 2 w/dinner
TriPro - 1 serving Pre-W, 1 Serving late afternoon
Building Blocks - Multiple
ZMA - 6 1 hour before bed

Stack/Sides:
ZMA - I slept like a rock last night! It was nice having only 6 hours and actually feeling rested.
TriPro - With the increased stamina I am curious if the Dimethylglycine had something to do with it.
Building Blocks - Not sure if its BB's ingredients or the combination of other products or the X-Factor dwindling away but my body is feeling much more refreshed. I have had minor soreness for weeks but it is dwindling away thank god.

Other:
Today was just an excellent start of the day. Good rest, lots of energy during workout. I also have slashed my cals by about 1500 and suprisingly enough I am not hungry. I still feed every 2-2 1/2 hours but just with less amounts. This week is sorta a trial on my diet since I was eating so big. I expectt to loose a little but I am keeping protein high to ensure I keep the muscle I recently gained. Depending on the weeks weight and bodyfat I am guessing that I will increase cals a bit. I currently and running maintenance this week to let my body adjust from previous bulk.

I did order my less fat casein (Ultra Peptide) and some caffeine pills which I hope to be able to utilize by the end of the week. I still need some small stimulant for my early morning workouts. I used Stim-X today but i try to limit it's use since it feels like it dehydrates me.
BTW this order is from our Ironmass sponsor PlanetaryNutrition.com, they are just stellar IMO.

Talking Day 3

Weight/BF: [-1.0lb] / [0]
WT - 207.2 lbs
BF - 11.3%
Lost a lb in a couple days apparently but my BF stayed the same. I am going to continue the 3500-4000 till next Monday then re-evaluate my cals.

Workout:
Excellent!
Chest burned really good which is unusual for me.
My Biceps had the biggest pumps I have ever had!
Today was 15 rep day and man it was great.
Today took about 90 minutes, took some time to find the correct weights for 15 reps.
Here was what I did.
Smith Half Squats 3x15
BB SLDL 3x15
Leg Extensions 3x15
Seated Calf Raises 3x15
Flat Bench 3x15 - Felt awesome
Lat Pulldown 3x15
Bent Over BB Row 3x15
DB Military Press 3x15
DB Shrugs 3x15
DB Upright Row 3x15
Tricep Pushdown 3x15
EZ Curls 3x15 - Biceps felt like they where gonna blow up
Crunches 3x15

Diet:
Continue 40/40/20 @ 3500-4000 cals
Macros posted tonight.

Dosage:
TriPro (2) - 1 pre-WO, 1 8 hrs later
Activate (2) - 1 lunch, 1 dinner
ZMA (6) - 1 hour before bed
Building Blocks - typically 4 shakes of 2 scoops ea.

Stack/Sides:
Sleep was OK - this is common when I take stim-x, I did feel rested upon wake-up which is just awesome and uncommon for me.
Pumps where excellent today, I am very satisfied so far.
No DOMS, Acne or other sides to note.

Other:
Read an article by BigCat http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ice9.htm under the heading of Delts vs. Pectorals. He talks about individuals that seem to grow shoulders and arms but the chest does not seem to develop. He gives some great hints on how to overcome this and man it worked great! My chest felt awesome.

I will be taking Thurs & Fri off work so my WO might be a little diferent from my norm. Thursday bootcamp I will be skipping but I will be doing a 30 aerobics class that uses DB's tomorrow night for a local cable company. I will try to acquire a clip so everyone can see. I will post the workout in tomorrows post.
