Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [] / [] Wednesday I did jump on my home scale, Wed is gonna suck. I might jump on tomorrow cause I am OCD ![]() Workout: Off Day - Still sick & running a fever so I took the day off. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow Sleep: Lots. 8-10 at night and so far a 1 hour nap. Hopefully another later. Diet: Sucks - still not eating enough. I just can't get it all in. Dosage: 2 Activate 2 tripro 6 zma ----not missing the above bb not doing well on getting these in. Stack/Sides: Nothing to note. Other: Well still feverish and feel like hell. I was somewhat lethargic last week and should have recognized the signs. Kinds pissed about that. Tommorow I am planning on going to the gym for bootcamp but will make the decision in the AM. I am ready for this sickness to be over. I feel like a lazy bastard sitting around but everytime I do something (cleaning, laundry, etc.) I feel like hell again. I hope the wife lucks out and does not get this because Friday we leave for the sunshine state. Oh the head cold has moved to my chest. Running might not be good tommorow.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [] / [] Tomorrow Workout: Bootcamp - Bad ![]() I woke up with a temp of 97.5 (not sure I understand this) felt so-so and said F it and went. By the time I got my ass in the gym I was already sweating, so my fever probably came back. I decided to go for it anyway but to take it easy. I was sweating like a mad man. The running was fine but had no stamina or strength for calistenics. I sat a lot out just to be safe. I lasted 60 minutes and decided it was enought punishment and headed back to the gym. Sleep: 6 1/2 hrs solid. Need a nap about now. Diet: Starting off back on track @ will try to get 4000k @ 40/40/20 Dosage: 2 tri-pro 2 activate 6 zma BB as needed Stack/Sides: Nothing new. Sleeping solid. Other: Well I still feel bad but better than this weekend. I did jump on the scale just to check and I did loose weight but I will wait till tommorow (regular weigh-in) to post. I am going to try to make it throught the day at work but I am feeling week and tired. I am off Friday and all next week so I am going to try to hang arounf if possible. Hope everyone had a good and safe weekend.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [-1.8lbs] / [-1.6%] 206.4 lbs 9.7% Well with being sick and diet totally out of whack (very low protein) I have to say I am not mad at all with this. I dropped a bit of weight but my BF is now in the 9's once again. I like being in the single digits on BF! Workout: Good Today I am finally back to lifting, thank god. It was 10 rep day (HST) and this is basically the workout/reps I have been doing in the past with great success. I sweated like a madman today. Focus was decent, strength was decent but overall good since I still am sick. Here is the routine. The jump in weights is because I went from 15 max reps to 10 reps. I did not push it real hard today. Hack Squat 3x10 +10lbs Seated Calve Raises 3x10 +5lbs Leg Extensions 3x10 +10lbs Flat Bench 3x10 +15lbs Lat Pulldown 3x10 BO BB Rows 3x10 +15lbs Mil Press 3x10 +10lbs Srugs 3x10 +10lbs Tri Pushdown 3x10 +10lbs Weighted Crunches 3x10 +5lbs EZ Curls 3x10 +5lbs SLDL 3x10 +10lbs Sleep: 6 1/2 hrs solid Took every ounce of will power to pull my ass out of bed today! Diet: ~4000 @ 40/40/20 BTW - Yesterday was finally solid, hitting my numbers! Dosage: 2 Activate 6 ZMA 2 Tri-Pro NOX BB as required. (running low so I will be using my other brand whey in eve's. I hate to ask for more because Klik has been so generous already.) Stack/Sides: Sleeping like a freaking log. ZMA is definately an addition to my normal supplement routine. Tri-Pro - Even theough the flavor is just average the pump I get are outstanding. I am really impressed and hope some others give this a product a try. I really am enjoying it. Now if they would add some energy (caffeine, etc) this would be one of the best pre-wo drinks around. BTW it mixes nicely with gatorade fruit punch and is much better tasting. Other: School - My grade finally posted and somehow I pulled off a B+. This is a releif. I have to get atleast a B to get any reimbursement from my work and at over 1600 bucks a class this takes a beating on my wallet. Vacation - Almost here! Thursday night/Friday morning we will begin the voyage. So Friday will be an off day more than likely and I hope to update the log that night or Saturday. I will drive halfway and hit a hotel Friday night and be in Florida at some point on Saturday. Cold - Well yesterday I started feeling much better. I still have a head cold and once in awhile hack up some nice chunks that hurts my chest like a MF but overall getting better. My stupid ass is planning on bootcamp tommorow. Dedication or crazy? Not sure but I will be there. Future Log - Yeah this is already halfway through and I am now researching my next log already. So far I am up in the air. I do want to heavy bulk right now. I would like to gain some LBM and don't think I have enough muscle on me yet to get ripped, I think I would just look anorexic. I am thinking of maintaining my current diet of 4000 cals @ 40/40/20 and maybe throwing in some sort of so-called mass building or test enhancing product (non-ph). IMPC - Not sure if I will be able to do this months pics. I can take the pics on vacation I guess but getting the printout might be hard. I wish I could hold a newspaper or something. I will probably take the pics either way. Stack - OK I know this is a "mass stack" and I am losing weight. I just want to clarify something. I just came off a hyooge hyper-cal bulk (6000 cals) and am now hovering at maintaince (4000 cals). Diet is key to bulking. I am not gaining massive amounts because I am not doing massive cals. I am sure most of you know that a solid diet is key to gains/losses/strengths etc. My strengths has gone up and I have seen changes in my body. I can definately say this stack is a great multi-purpose stack. I covers the the needs for bodybuilding and general fitness needs no matter cutting or bulking. BCAA's, Whey, Creatine, NO, Test Enhancers you can't go wrong. I am going to maintain my diet and hope to continue to maintain my current weight while dropping BF. Next challenge is maintaining a healthy diet over this upcoming vacation.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Day 19-28 I was on vacation @ Vero Beach Florida Workouts: I did make it to the gym and had to make improvise with the equiptment available. On vacation I stuck with HST @ 10 reps. I mainly used Cybex machines but used dumb bells whenever I could but they only went up to 50lbs. I also got a lot of cardio in. I went swimming about every day and even tried running on the beach. That is harder than it looks but felt really good. Diet: Diet was pretty clean for eating out all the time. Lots of fish and chicken and splurged a little but nothing fried or crazy. I did have a couple frozen yogurts and 2 NA Beers. I did not keep up my protein very well since I was out a lot or stuck in the car for hours at a time. I was able to keep up the ZMA/Tri-Pro and Activate though. All in all I think the vacation went well and I did pretty good with my diet and workouts. I did miss a few gym days but today my strength/stamina etc. are actually up so maybe the extra days off was what I needed. Todays update in a few...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Weight/BF: [] / [] Final weigh-in tommorow! Workout: Bootcamp - Good! Today we had a few new guys join us and they are both distance runners. Holy crap I was hurting trying to keep up with them. Good news is when we did calistenics I blew them away. Hehehe felt good doing push-ups with ease as those runners where hurting. All in all it was good. Stamina was par but having been on vacation I expected it. Sleep: Solid 6.5 hrs ZMA rocks and I will be adding this for sure to my daily list of drugs. Diet: 40/40/20 @ 3500 cals. Confession: Yesterday I had 2 pieces of pizza and a diet soda. I typically don't drink soda and the pizza well everyone from work went to a pizza joint at lunch so I caved in. Not to mad about it since I typically eat uber clean. Dosage: 2 Tri-Pro (I love this stuff) 6 ZMA - (Adding to my daily supp list) 2 Activate - (Hard to guage but the ingredients are gr8) 6-8 Scoops - (Best ingredients I have ever had in a protein) Stack/Sides: All good - No sides Other: I will be posting a summary tommorow of the products tested with my opinions on them. I will also be posting final weights and bodyfat tommorow. Next Log: Looks like I will be running a new log shortly when I receive the products. I will be trying to shed some BF on this one while trying to keep my weight up. It should be a good challenge and log. I have been lingering around tge 10% mark to long it time to take it back to the 7% range. Product tested will be Millennium Sport Shred-XS http://millenniumsport.net/Shred-XS/Shred-XS.html

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | First off sorry for the delay, crazy @ work and wifi issues @ home. Now on to the summary. The facts. Weight: -1.2 lbs Body Fat: -1.3% Below is in inches using a tape Waist: -1/2 Waist @ bellybutton: -1/2 Chest: -1 Bicep: +1/2 Forearm: +1/4 Neck: -1/2 Calve: same Thigh: +1/2 Kinda all over the place but it is apparent I lost some fat in my problem areas while pretty much maintaining my weight. Belly & boobs went down which is awesome. My chest even though is down it does look more defined IMO because I beleive the lose was in the fatty tissue between the nipple and underarm. The neck is hard to say and might just be I taped inccorrectly. Overall staying at maintenance calories dropping belly fat and gaining guns is pretty damn good in my opinion. Oh and I was on vacation for 1/3 of this log and did not eat as cleanly as normal or workout as much in this time. Product Breakdown Tri-Pro NOX Pros: Superb pumps (best I have ever had so far) Vascualrity increase Mixabiltiy Cons: Taste, not bad but not gr8. Activate - Multi Pros: Ingrdients: This product contains great amounts of essential vitamins we all need but on top adds "Tribulex" which are some popular ingredients like Tribulus, Saw Palmento etc. making it quite appealing. They also carry a womens version that might appeal to some also. Cons: None ProZMA Pros: Superb sleep! Very impressed and am now on the ZMA bandwagon forever. Klik also adds Trib and Avena Sativa to enhance Test which is always a bonus. Cons: Price Building Blocks Pros: The most complete protein I have used. Here is a sampling of bonuses you might not find in other whey, CLA, Flax, Glutamine, 4-Hydroxyisoleucine, 7-Methoxyisoflavone, 20-Hydroxysterone and it is ISO. Mixabilty is good, and taste is good. Cons: Price - Yes I am cheap but it is packed with goodness. Summary Overall this has been a great stack. It can easily be used as either a bulk/maintence/weight-loss stack. I can honestly say even though many of you have not heard of this company the products are excellent. Easilly can go ingredient to ingredient with the big boys. I will definately use these products in the future. As stated in some form in all my logs whatever your goal nutrition and training are the main factors in achieving your goals and supplements are supplements to this. With that said I beleive these products helped me all around from sleep, fat-loss, musle growth to energy and am honored to have tested these products. If anyone needs more info on them please PM me and I will try to answer what I can. I will try to get some pics tonight, time permitting. I should start my next log mid next week! Time to find some lower abs!
