Post Kali's Cuttin up With Basic Cuts

Recieved my bottle this afternoon after much anticipation.
I want to say thanks to Designer Supplements and to uhockey for choosing me for this.
This is my first attempt at reviewing a product.And although i am one of those type of guys who tries to keep his supplement use to a minimum i do enjoy my stims from time to time.
I am currently not using any stim and havent since the week before Xmas.
I have been on a serious lean diet (I hate the word Cut) since Nov. 1st. I went from about 252 to now currently 223.
I have struggled with my weight since i hit my mid 20's mostly due to unhealthy eating habits and lazyness.I began lifting Feb of 02 although with no real clue on how to eat or train for the first year plus.I never really knew how to eat and till maybe 2 years ago but i didnt have the dedication to it. I loved lifting and didnt mind cardio but i would party and eat way to much.
Finally i decided to get married to the women who has been with me for over 9 years and this kinda put a spark in me. So in Oct i decided i was gonna give it everything i have to drop the bf and look good for her and our wedding. This wedding is gonna take place in Playa Del Carmen Mex on the beach. So there will be plenty of beach time before and after which i dont want to be emmbarressed to be with my shirt off.
I have lost a steady 2lbs pre week ever since with no major plateau's even after stopping my previous stim which was Redline.
So with my current track record of consistency and dedication i think i am a very good candidate for testing this product and i will give a fair judgement of it.

My stats

Age: 32
Height: 5'10
Weight: 223
BF: 20.8 according to a hand held Omron bf analyzer
My diet is pretty strict i dont really have a cheat day or meal.I have had only 2 cheat meals since i began this journey.I just set certain goals and if i acheive them then i have some type of cheat meal.My only planned cheat meal is on Valentines Day.
I usually have 5-6 meals aday and my cals are currently around 2500-2600.I can post my meals if needed.

My routine
Empty stomach cardio 6AM Monday thru Friday and usually once on the weekend.And i usually lift around 2PM.

Sorry for the rambling sometimes i get long winded in my journals i will try and keep that to a minimum and just post my thoughts about the product.
If there is anything i left out or that would be helpful please let me know. I plan on using the bottle as suggested unless you guys want me to do it other wise.
I will take some pics here tonight or tomorrow since its pretty worthless to have a journal or tester log without before and after pics.

You should post everything about your diet including meals and your workout volume for each workout.

Definetly, No problem!
I always log every workout with sets weights and number of reps.And ofcoarse i comment on them at the end.
I will post meals starting on Monday. Although they are pretty much the same week in and week out.But it will give you guys an idea of what i am doing so no problem.

Well i wasnt sure if i was gonna do some cardio or not today.Sundays are my one day off from all weight or cardio training.But sometimes i do cardio if i am bored.And since i recieved my Basic Cuts i figured this is as good of time as any to start.
Ok i popped 2 Basic Cuts on an empty stomach just now.I usually sit around a drink a liter or so of water and kinda warmup before i head out in the cold to run.

40 minute run this morning.Since this is on an empty stomach i dont go very hard. Its just over 4 miles so you can see i am only running about 10 minute miles.I try and keep my HR below 150 at all times.
Well after about 5 minutes i could feel a burning sensation in my stomach. Actually its not burning more like a kind of warm sensation i assume this is from the cayenne pepper.Nothing uncomfortable at all. But cayenne pepper and crushed red peppers are something i put in just about every meal i eat.I love my foods hot and i enjoy the taste so other may not like this feeling in their stomachs.

I usually walk the first 5 minutes to warmup and as soon as i started i could feel myself walking abit faster then normal.I took off and it was pretty windy and i had the wind at my back so i was cruising pretty good. I was running alittle faster then normal the first 1.5 miles or so. I had to keep a close eye on my HR because with the wind at my back i was going much faster then normal and i got my HR up over 160 a few times.
Once i turned into the wind my speed slowed down. And my HR was easier to keep down.
I did notice i was abit warmer then normal and was sweating more. I also noticed I didnt get alot of the jitters that I get from other stims i have used in the past.Which i actually enjoy "most" of the time.:nosthumbs
I am pretty sensitive to stims and i usually cant even take reccomended doses without getting a "cocaine" like high if thats makes sense.Which isnt always enjoyable.
Now after my run i did have some extra energy that i usually dont have after a run. I feel pretty alert and still can tell my body temp is higher.I also feel the chatty talkitive type energy i usually get from stims. My fiance said i was talking to much. LOL:boink:
So far this isnt a bad experience at all. I am not sure about the fat loss properties or if this is a appetite supressent at all. I tried to stay away from all of the other previous logs so i could kinda judge this product on my own without having enfluence from others to much.
I am looking forward to using Basic Cuts for my weight lifting session on monday.I have noticed my energy level's later in the week start to drop with all of the cardio i am doing so am hopeful this helps.
Well i can tell am begining to ramble on already so i will end this now.:boink:

One thing i would like to ask uhockey is should i take the 2nd dose on the days i dont train twice. Usually on Wed, Sat and Sun i only do morning cardio. On the other days i lift in the afternoons.

Entirely up to you if/when you take the second dose.

Great update today though, I can't take the stuff on an empty stomach at all.

OK, great! I will just take my second doses on the days that i workout twice a day.
I have always taken my stims on an empty stomach.Never bothered me at all.I did get some dry heeves if i didnt make sure i had enough water before exercising.
I did like the fact this stuff lasted till about 3 oclock so it looks like i should be able to take this later in the day with little problems sleeping later at night.
I never feel the crash people talk about when coming down on other stims so i really cant comment on that.
When i took Redline i took 2 first thing in the morning (6am).It lasted me all the way to my afternoon workout and i had trouble getting to sleep at 10 PM.But i dont think i will have this problem with Basic Cuts.
We will see though.

Sleep really sucked last night. I dont think it had anything to do with Basic Cuts. My right leg lower leg was pretty sore yesterday and bothered me alot while i was tryin to sleep. Its my calf kinda on the inside. I know its just from over use.I have been running everyday without any rest the last 2 weeks.I think tomorrow i will go back to power walking on a treadmill for a few days to let it heal some.
Well, I didnt fall asleep till sometime after 3 last night and managed to get up around 8.Feeling pretty tired this morning luckily i have an cushy desk job.:nosthumbs
I took my first dose of Basic Cuts this morning with food and i didnt feel the heat or burn in my stomach like i did yesterday when i took it on an empty stomach.But i could feel it hit me pretty quick.
This afternoon i got chest and bi's.
I will post my meals at the end of the day since for some reason we cant edit our posts after a few minutes on this site.

This was an ok workout! Last week i began losing reps on most of these sets.So i didnt lose any strength really so this is a plus.

As far as the Basic Cuts go i have been kinda lethargic in the gym the last 2 weeks or so.And it seemed to take me awhile to get going into my workout and get motivated.
I had none of these problems today i was pretty excited to get to the gym in hopes of getting a kick from the basic cuts.
I hit the gym and was feeling good and had the energy but unlike when i used other stims it didnt really help with strength. I did have great intensity and never got tired or unmotivated towards the end of the workout like i have been the last few weeks just from a restricted diet and more intense cardio sessions.
I did noticed i wasnt as hungry today.Usually when 9:30 hits i am a clock watcher waiting for 10:00-10:30 to hit so i can have my next meal.I actually forgot all about it and didnt end up eating till almost 11.
And kinda had to force the next meal down at 1:00 because i knew i had a workout at 2:00 or so.
Is this supposed to be an appetite suppressant? Not sure if its me or not but I just havent been hungry today.

Took 2 basic cuts around 6AM on an empty stomach. Took off for some cardio on an empty stomach.Just a fast paced walk outside for 50 minutes.Struggled to get my HR even to 130 but i had a bunch of energy.
Its weird it seemed Basic Cuts helped alot with low intensity cardio much more then medium or high.
I doubt Basic Cuts has anything to do with this but i have much more muscle soreness this morning then i have in awhile.
I didnt add any reps on my workout yesterday but i did have more intensity.
Today is leg day but more then likely i will have to move them to Wed like i have in the previous weeks because the soon to be wife has school and then a job interview.She doesnt Grad till March 12th but she has a promising interview for a job she really wants and was highly reccomended for.

I will post all my meals at the end of the day.

She is going to school for radiology. She she will have her first real job ever.:boink1:LOL
She has been bartending since she was like 18.So maybe we will be growing up soon.LMAO
Now she is talking about going back to school for more training in a similar field.

Well i planned on just walking but it was pretty nice outside(50) and i just couldnt help myself and i ran. Had a very good run. Very minimal pain. I had alot of energy and felt like i could have kept going but i only did 40 minutes since this is on an empty stomach.Felt good to run without the pain although i think since today is quad and hamstring day i will just walk tommorrw so that i am able to run on Fri and Sat and possibly Sun.

And I forgot to mention I finally returned to my normal sleeping patern. Thank god, because stayin up till 1 and 2 AM really sucked when i have to get up @ 6.
