Thanks to jkeith82 for selecting me and Scivation for allowing me to test LipidFX.

Bodytype: Endo

I started lifting 5 years ago for baseball, but since January have lifted with more of a ‘bodybuilding’ approach although I never plan to compete. I was in a car accident in September of 2004 in which I tore my quad and broke my knee joint. I didn’t do much of anything for 4 months and got up to around 280 pounds. So since then I’ve been working on eating better and exercising better. I just finished a month long EC cycle after and hope LipidFX can keep the weight coming off.

Monday – Chest/Traps
Tuesday – Back/Biceps
Wednesday – OFF
Thursday – Shoulders/Triceps
Friday – Legs
Saturday – OFF
Sunday – OFF

I'm probably going to be purchasing some Xtend when Atomic has its sale, too.

Cardio:
The only cardio I do while at school is play basketball, but over this winter break I’m going to do some other cardio. I’ll be doing HIIT on either a treadmill or at the elementary school’s track next to my house depending on the weather. This will be done 4 times a week.

Diet:
I’m shooting for 2400 calories a day (40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fat) despite my mom's best efforts to make me cheat. She doesn't get the whole 'diet' thing. I'm not going to promise anything about my nutrition on Christmas, however. :p The foods I’ll be eating most of the time are:

Wheat bagel, ON Chocolate Whey, Chicken Breasts, Lean Ground Beef, Oats, Egg/egg whites + cheese (omelet), Natural PB, Skim Milk

Recreational Drugs:
I don't take any drugs, and I'll be resisting all temptations to drink for the duration of the cycle.

I will be starting Monday, December 19 and will be running it until January 17. I don’t have a digital camera or a scanner, so I won’t be taking pictures. I’ll take measurements although I’ve never done it before. I’ll try to be consistent when taking them though and post them after each week. I think I covered everything, but if I’m missing something let me know, thanks!

Guess I was a little bit premature. My roommate called me yesterday and told me a package had come for me, which I assumed was the LipidFX. Unfortunately when he got here today with it.. it wasn't the LipidFX, just some package I don't remember buying.

Got the package and I'll be starting tomorrow. I'll get measurements and starting weight tomorrow morning. I'll be running it from Jan 2 to Jan 31. I've taken the last week off due to illness, but I've rested up and will be ready for Monday. My diet was alright but I couldn't eat as much as I didn't have much of an appetite.

I'll update these again at the midway point, then once more at the end of the cycle. The weight I'll check every Monday, however. Just popped the first two caps about an hour ago and I'll post tonight with diet, workouts, etc.

On another note I watched American Pie: Band Camp and found my new wife. It was pretty much an awful movie that was trying too hard, but she made a big enough impression for me to copy the movie (whoops, I mean buy it? ) Her name is Arielle Kebelle, so if you know her introduce me. I have to meet her before we get married, I think.

I couldn't believe it, either. 15 points/game before that.. and then WVU drops 38 on us. My family is filled with WVU fans, I had like 10 voicemails. This was my first time trying XTend and the flavor gets a big thumbs up from me (watermelon). I expect to be really sore tomorrow as I usually am after a layoff of any amount of time, so let’s see how well this works for me. Back and bis tomorrow!

Apparently my gym closed at 6 today, which I wasn’t aware of. I thought it only closed at 6 on Sundays. I got in Tris/Shoulders completely and was just about to start squats when I was told about the whole closing thing. I guess that means I’ll have to do legs tomorrow.

Hunger – what hunger? I love this stuff. I was pouring sweat after I was done lifting. My face is definitely looking leaner in the mirror. My friend who I hadn’t seen in a week mentioned it.

NFL playoffs, my favorite time of the year! If only my favorite team was still in it.

I hate leg day. I tore my quad a little over a year ago and legs aren't too fun as a result. My knees don’t really love the whole squatting thing either. Weights have been going up slowly but surely since my accident though, so I guess that’s good.

I still don’t feel hungry during the day. In fact, if I’m not crazy about the food I’m about to eat I dread eating it. I can definitely get my hamburgers down, though. Weight update tomorrow morning.

Weight: 217

I checked it twice and it was 217 both times. I decided I'd measure my waist and it was 37 1/8".. which is down 1/4". Looks good to me

I had taken a week off of CEE when I got sick (couldn't stomach the taste as well when I was sick) and started it up at the start of this log. I also used the same scale, but it was at my mom's house when I took the initial measurement and I'm at my apartment now. I guess these could be some reasons the weight is up this week. Oh well, time to get eatin'
