Let’s see if I can get away with just being the DD and not getting heckled for not drinking. :p

..Wrote that before I left and forgot to hit submit apparently. Successfully went without drinking, but had a very late nite. Time to go to sleep...

Someone spilled water all over my laptop and it's not working right now. I'm reaaallly hoping this gets fixed soon. I'm hoping my laptop does what my phone did when I dropped it in the lake (suddenly started working again after about a day) but I duno

However, it seems like my appetite is back. Now it’s taking will power not to eat crappy food.

I keep seeing them talk about who the Texans are going to take in the draft. All I know is, I thought they were making a bad decision taking Reggie Bush when a future 10 time probowl tackle is in the draft. If young is taken number one by Houston, it’ll be another 2-14 season.

None, I’ve been watching the Comedy Central stand up thing all day.

Hungry until my second dose again today. Next time I cut I’m going to run LipidFX at 6 caps I think.

My two most favorite comedians were #15 and #12 on the countdown. They were so much funnier than a lot of the people ahead of them.

End Measurements, Recap

Weight: 211.5 (-1.5lb from last week, -3lb total)
Neck: 15 1/4 in (-1/8in)
Chest: 43 in (no change)
Waist: 36 3/4 in (-1 1/4in)
Arms: R – 16 1/4 in (+1/4in), L – 16 1/4 in (no change)
Legs: R – 24 1/4 in (no change), L – 24 in (no change)

My Thoughts:
The appetite suppression I got from LipidFX was matched by no other product I've tried. I usually have an appetite that can never be satisfied, so this was a very big surprise to me.

As for the fat loss, I think I would need to run it at a higher dose. I plan on running it at either running it at 2 caps 3 times per day or maybe a little Melting Point alongside it to get a higher TTA dose. I did lose weight, but it's hard to say it was from LipidFX since I was in caloric deficit for a month. However, not losing (in some instances gaining) strength while losing weight was very nice.

I will definitely be recommending this product to people who want some help losing some weight. In fact, I just told my mom to order some to go along with the diet I designed her. I can post her results when she's done using it if you want to see how it worked for a woman.
