Default Green Bulge/White Blood log

I received my stack yesterday in the mail. I wont be starting the log officially until Mon. b/c that's when i workout again. I wanna give PU12 and Tank a big thank you for picking me for this stack. I will do my best.

Anyway a little bit about me and how i got started. I started lifting weights at age 19. I weighed a very weak and small 112lbs.( a true ectomorph) All of my friends and ppl that knew me pretty well would call me names like toothpick or stick boy, something around that nature. It really didnt bother me that much b/c i knew they was playing and they was my friends. Never did play any sports b/c i was always "too small". I picked up my first muscle mag which was FLEX( didnt know any better at the time ) and the very first page i turned to i seen this monster by the name of Dorian Yates. I knew about Arnold and how he was built but when i saw Dorian my jaw dropped and i told myself I HAVE to do something about my body. So i started lifting weights and within three months i was up to 130lbs. This was just from training in my room. I finally found a good gym about 15 min away and joined it. Once i started doing squats and was able to work out harder and heavier, i jumped up to 150lbs in about 4 months after i joined the gym. I then heard about BB.com and joined and started reading and reading and reading some more about supplements, training, and most importantly, DIET. So I went from 5'11 112lbs to 197lbs and my bench went from a weak 95lbs to a best of 350lbs, squat from 115lbs to a best of 420lbs all within 5 years.( with the help of three ph cycles back in the day

So lifting weights is in my blood and always will be. I hope to be up well past 200lbs someday and be as strong as a bull.

My workout routine is:
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back and bi's
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders and tri's
Fri-Sun: OFF

My diet consists of alot of everything. Chicken, beef, tuna, eggs, milk, protein shakes, weight gainers, potatoes, rice, beans, etc. I will eat fast food every now and then and it's usually something like a grilled chicken sandwich. No matter how much or how less I eat I ALWAYS make sure i meet my recommended protein intake.

Current Supps. ON's 100% whey, multi, EFA's, and Xtend( I never workout without it)

I respond very well to creatine. The first thing i notice with it is my strength starts to go up pretty rapidly. Never have really gained any weight off of creatine. I always get good endurance and strength gains. I have tried a few NO supps in the past such as Pinnacle's brand of NO, MRI's NO2, and Primaforce's Nitrocharge. Never really did get much out of the NO products I've tried so hopefully White Blood will be "the one".

I'm going to take White Blood 45 min before i workout(so it has time to get into my system) and Green Bulge 25-30 min before i workout. I will also be taking both products on off days.

I look forward to this log and will keep it updated every 1-2 days with my exercises, diet, and what i felt in the gym as far as the products go. I will report back Mon after my workout. Until then Peace

Day 1: Chest

Finally got to start this bad boy today. I thought Mon was never gonna get here

Day 1 report: Nothing to mention as this was the first day on the stack but it did seem like i had a bit more energy but i think that was just b/c i was pumped about starting the stack.

Exercises/sets/reps/weight:

Flat dbell bench press: 3 sets of 10 @ 80lbs

Decline Barbell bench press: 2 sets of 12 @ 245lbs

Cable Crossovers: 3 sets of 8 @ 75lbs

Chest press machine: 3 sets of 8 @ 230

Diet for today:

This morning i had a cup of oats with a glass of milk and a banana with 3 scoops of Xtend.

Mid morning had a protein shake(2 scoops in 16oz of milk) and a cup of fruit.

Lunch i had a grilled chicken sandwich that i made on the George Foreman Grill(just got one of these about two months ago and it cooks a mean piece of chicken or beef) with a glass of milk and a banana with 2 scoops of Xtend.

Around 3 pm i had another cup of oats with a cup of yogurt.

About 50 min pre workout took GB and 30 min pre workout took WB and about 15 min later took 2 scoops of Xtend

Post workout took 3 scoops of Xtend at the gym and drank a protein shake when i got home which was about 15 min later.

Here at around 7:30 im gonna eat a turkey sandwich on wheat bread, potatoes, and a glass of milk with a cup of fruit

At 10 before bed i will have 2 more scoops of Xtend and a protein shake.

Water intake so far: A little past a gallon. I'm really trying to drink ALOT of water while on this stack as Pu12 recommends.

Tomm is back and bi's. Later

Day 2: Back and Bi's

Day 2 Report: I was feeling that same energy today in the gym as i was yesterday. It's not like energy you get from caffeine or a stim. but more of a "pumped up" and ready to hit the weights feeling. It's hard to describe but you know it when it hits you. Also had a pretty good pump going in my arms.

Exercises/Sets/Reps/Weight

T-bar rows: 4 sets of 10 @ 155lbs

Cable rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 170lbs

One arm d/bell rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 75lbs

Alt. D/bell curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 45lbs

Cable Curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 90lbs

Reverse curls: 3 sets of 10-10-9 @ 55lbs

Diet: Basically the same as yesterday except i ate with my grandmother and the rest of my family tonite. I had spinach lasagna with a salad and a piece of pie.(mmmm

Water Intake: I did alot better on my water intake today. I got pretty damn close to two gallons( was only about 3 cups away).

The almighty legs tomm. Peace

Day 3: Legs

Day 3 Report: Energy that i was having was still there which is good. I went through squats tonite like they were nothing. Just one of those day's where everything feels light. Pump was alot more noticeable in my legs which is good b/c i never get a very good pump in my legs, specially my hamstrings.
I wont know how much it's effecting my strength until next week b/c that's when i start lifting heavy again(anywhere from 4-8 reps) other than that i'm liking it so far so we'll see what happens

Exercises/Sets/Reps/Weights

Squats: 3 sets of 6-6-8 @ 380

Leg Ext. 3 sets of 10 @ 120

Leg curls: 3 sets of 10-8-8 @ 110

Diet: Pretty much the same as yesterday except for supper i had a steak with a baked potato. I usually keep my diet the same everyday except i will change breakfast and supper sometimes.

Water intake: Bout the same as yesterday. Still drinking alot of it.

Tomm is shoulders and tri's. Peace

Day 4: Shoulders and Tri's

Day 4 Report: The main thing i noticed today was i had some good vascularity going. Pump is getting better also. I had a good pump in my tri's and even in my delts which surprised me b/c ive never really had a pump there. Energy was still there also.

Exercises/Sets/Reps/Weight

Two handed d/bell ext: 3 sets of 8 @ 90lbs

Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 8-8-9 @ 65lbs(not counting the bar b/c i dont know how much it weighs)

Pushdowns: 3 sets of 10-10-8 @ 150

Upright rows: 3 sets of 8 @ 60lbs

D/bell laterals: 3 sets of 8-10-10 @ 35lbs

Shrugs: 3 sets of 12-12-10 @ 315lbs

Diet: Same as yesterday exactly

Water intake: Got 2 gallons so far. I'm pissing like every 25 min

Fri-Sun is off. Cant wait to see what this stack brings next week Peace.

FINAL RESULTS!!!

As promised, here is my final review. Again I wanna give Tank and Pu12 a big thank you in letting me try out this stack!!! Let's get to it

Strength: Strength went up some in a few of my lifts. The only lifts i really care about my going up in are bench and squat. I'm sure my lifts would have went up alot more if I would have focused on it but i really wanted to get past the 200lb mark and plus i wanted to take a break from lifting real heavy for a while(lifted really heavy all summer b/c i thought i was going to compete in a meet in Oct.) I'm happy with the strength gains though.

Weight Gain: What can I say. I gained 6lbs while on this stack and i'm very impressed with that. Starting weight was 197lbs, i weighed in this morning at 203lbs. Keep in mind that my diet was on par this last month b/c i really wanted to do a good job with the log and to maximize the results the best i could. Very pleased!

Pumps: The pumps had their days but still better than any NO product i have tried. For ppl about to try WB, plz focus on getting a lot of water as this is one of the most important parts as to maximizing the results. So for the ppl not seeing the "pumps", try upping your water and carb intake. It makes all the difference in the world.

Vascularity: I had a significant increase in vas. also. I was seeing veins before that i've never seen before and it didnt take much to get them to pop out, specially in my arms. When I started seeing some veins show up in my legs then I knew something was working right.

Energy: I was quite surprised with the energy i got and maintained through my workouts while on this. I really wasn't expecting it. Again i will mention that it's NOT like the energy you get from a stimulant. It's more of a pumped up and ready to hit the weights feeling.

Side Effects: Filling out your shirts, getting comments, and looking at yourself more often than usual every time you pass a mirror are just a few of the side effects one may experience while taking GB/WB Other than that, no side effects to mention

Other notes: For about the first two weeks i experienced a significant increase in hunger but it either went away or i just stop noticing it as much b/c i was used to it. Either way i enjoyed the increased appetite while it was there.
Just putting a copy of this in here.
