I am a definite hardgainer, and it's only in the last 5-6 months that I learned a little about, and employed proper diet, workouts and supplementation. An hour or so after the first serving I had a wide awake feeling , a sense of well being and I felt very energetic. I felt great, I had more energy throughout and after a workout which usually leaves me feeling pretty tired. |

| Pro Stature | Day 2 Cardio 15 minutes jump rope and 30 minutes on excercise bike. Thoughts I had a sense of well being and I was very alert, this was more prominent after my second serving of Red Acid. I think it is safe to say that it is definately kicking in. I felt a lot hotter and my heart seemed to be beating faster during cardio. I was sweating like a biatch too, much more than usual which is good. The cardio went great, I had tons more energy than usual and felt like I could have gone another 30 minutes. My thighs didn't feel anywhere near as tires as they usually do and I just felt psyched the whole time I was on the bike. |

X 8 Tri ex. X 6 Tri ex. X 4 Dips 3 X 15 Abs Crunches 4 X 25 Weighted decline sit-ups 2 X 25 Weighted 3 X 15 Thoughts I definately had much more energy and endurance during this workout than I usually do. I had more focus and was very eager to workout too. Again, I was sweating more than normal, all of this I contribute to Red Acid. Mood The mood elevating effects I notice feel very natural. I feel happier and more enthusiastic..as well as very awake and alert. This isn't something that "hits" me, but more of a gradual realisation. Appetite No changes in my appetite so far. Sleep No change here either. Side Effects Absolutely none at all. |

| Pro Stature | Day 4 Cardio 30 minutes on recumbent bike Thoughts I love the effect that RED ACID has during cardio. It definately makes me sweat like crazy, and the sustained energy is great. I could have gone for another 15/30 mins but I had to be somewhere, but on future cardio days I might bump up the time I do on the bike. |

| Pro Stature | Cardio 40 minutes on recumbent bike Thoughts I think I am actually getting better sleep since I started RED ACID which is strange conidering some testers report the opposite. When I woke up this morning I felt more rested and refreshed which was great. Appetite I think the appetite suppression is in effect as I am rarely hungry except a little bit later on at night. I am still sweating like crazy during cardio, I can't imagine what it will be like when I increase cardio times on some days. |

| Pro Stature | Day 6 Todays Workout Biceps DB curls X 15 DB curls X 10 EZ curls X 7 EZ curls X 5 Shoulders Side raises 2 X 8 Front raises 2 X 8 Shoulder press X 7 Shoulder press X 5 Shoulder press X 4 Abs Crunches Weighted decline sit-ups Weighted leg raises Notes Due to lagging biceps I decided to decrease weight but increase reps to change things up. I like the way it felt so I may continue this for a while. Thoughts During workout my sweating was noticeably more intense than it was before I started RED ACID. My energy and endurance was up too. My appetite seems to be suppressed but it isn't a proble when I do need to eat. My sleep seems to be deeper as well, which is awesome. The mood enhancing abilities are still very much in effect. |

| Pro Stature | End of week 1 Cardio 1 hour Thoughts I upped cardio time from 30 mins to an hour and loved it. I had constant energy throughout and never got really tired. I sweated loads and also seemed to have increased recovery in my thighs. Appetite The same as yesterday, really. I only seemed to be hungry in the morning. Sleep I am getting better quality deep sleep :bigthumbu Sides None at all. It's the end of week one and everything seems to be going great. It may be Friday when I report on any weightloss. |

| Pro Stature | Day 8 Workout The same as last Wendesday, but I made a PR on my last set of Deadlifts by 3 reps. I feel I could have increased the weight, and the weight on shrugs for another PR but I was distracted by some minor acid reflux. Thoughts Definitely the best back workout I have had in ages. The weights felt lighter and I can tell that I will be seeing more strength gains next week. The improved sleep I have been getting is making all the difference too. |

| Pro Stature | Day 9 Cardio 60 minutes Thoughts Today's cardio went so good that when I get the time I will continue doing 60 minute cardio sessions. The energy is very consistent and helps the cardio fly by and my sleep just keeps getting better which I contribute to the Red Acid |

| Pro Stature | Day 10 Workout The same as last Friday's really. Thoughts I weighed in and have lost 2.lbs and I have lost half an inch from my waist line. I am still sleeping better and feeling the mood enhancing and stimulotory effects. I have noticed that I have lost a little strength which I expected from cutting. |
