Workout

Biceps/Shoulders/abs

Thoughts

I had a strange workout today. I seem to be losing strength on my bicep routine, which is to be expected what with cutting and all but annoying nontheless. The strange thing was that I had an increase of strength during my shoulder workout, that was completely unexpected.

Also, I seem to be feeling increased DOMS whilst on Red Acid, particularly in my abs.

HALFWAY (ish) POINT

I completely forgot to make a halfway summary so I'll do it now, even though I'm in the early hours of day 36.

So far, I have lost approximately 5.5lbs

I feel that I would have lost more weight if it wasn't for the brief illness I had.

Appetite suppression - This has been excellent. When I had the flu there were a couple of days when I couldn't eat anything. Yet, I didn't get hungry.

Mood - I felt a sense of wellbeing and eagerness to workout when I first started this, I still feel it now but to a lesser extent...probably because I have become accustomed to it.

Energy - The energy I have got from Red Acid has been great. I was able to increase my cardio from 30 mins to 1hr with relative ease.

Sleep - For some reason, my sleep has improved substantially since taking this product, I don't know how or why that is, but it certainly isn't a placebo.

Side effects - NONE because I'm a hardore thug. Seriously though, no sides whatsoever.

I should have mentioned this earlier....

The reason I have only been keeping note of when I did cardio and workouts lately, is because I have been meaning to change things up regarding when I take RA, I am going to start working out/cardio in-between doses, instead of after. and might have a larger or smaller time frame in between doses.

The reason I want to do this is to see if and how my progress is affected and to make note of any changes.

Lately I haven't noticed any ups or downs regarding energy, mood and all the other things I mentioned earlier in this log. And so I've just been posting my cardio and workouts untill I had the chance to make these alterations.

Hopefully I will start these alterations tomorrow, or Tuesday at the latest.

Day 42

Doseage

I took my servings of RA 6 hours apart instead of the usual 4, I can't say I noticed anything different because of this. Also, after my first serving I had some acid reflux, which subsided after a pint of water.

Workout

Biceps/Shoulders/Abs

My strength has gone down about 5.5lbs on both my bicep and shoulder wourkouts, so I'm going to do higher reps at a slightly lower weight on these excercises and my chest/tricep excercises too. I might as well maintain my current back workout as I have been gaining strength lately.

Thoughts

Nothing major to report, but as I took my last serving 2 hours later than usual I am noticing the 'awake' feeling that I had at the beginning. Every other aspect, including mood and energy is still as effective as it was at the beginning of the log, but less noticable because the energy and mood enhancement are natural or 'clean', wihch means I have got used to them.

I think the main thing thing that I have noticed is the appetite suppression, which lasts all day.

Tomorrow I will do cardio in between doses for the first time, as opposed to afterwards.

Thoughts

I did cardio in-between my servings of RA for the first time. I did notice that my body temperature felt higher today than it has for a while, and that I sweated more too. I'm not sure if this is because of doing my cardio in between sevings but it was noticable.

My energy was also higher too, and I felt more focused than on previous cardio days, so the cardio just seemed to fly by. I had a disturbingly awful protein fart about 5 mins into cardio, which is completely unrelated to the RA but I thought I'd share.

I had a pretty good workout today, I think I'm due another PR on deadlifts soon. I would have gone for it today but I must have drank too much water or something because I felt like I would have thrown up if I pushed myself further.

It looks like I've lost about 11bs from my benchpress, which is shite because that has always been a weak point for me. I'm looking forward to bulking eventually so I can pack on some mass and gain strength.

I had some mild acid reflux just after I took my first serving but I'm sure this is because I only drank a small amount of water with the caps. The acid reflux dissapeared when I had more water.
The cardio went fine, but I only had time to do 30 mins.

My shoulder and ab workouts went fine, but when it came to my biceps I struggled on my last set. During that time my forearms were aching and I haven't felt that for quite a while. I expect things will go better next week.
