Default Gappa's Stimulant X Log

Just got the bottle today and I'm already amped to try it out. At the moment I am hitting the weights 4x a week and another day for cardio and sweatin to the oldies in the sauna. As soon as Mother Nature decides to quit hating my life and makes it warm again I'll drop the cardio and one day of weights for some good ol fashion sprinting. With that being said here's the planned consumption of das pills:

Week 1:
Day 1 and 2
1 cap 30 minutes before workout

Day 3 and 4
2 caps 30 minutes before workout

Week 2:
2 caps 30 minutes before workout and another 2 during work

Weeks 3 and 4:
2 caps 30 minutes before workout and if weather permiting another 2 before sprinting or during work

Also I have a track meet on Feb 4th and plan on putting it to the test on that day.

Overall goals:
I plan on dropping as much bf% and weight as possible and getting a nice boost during workouts and possibly set some huge PR's.

I'll post stats first thing tomorrow morning.

Day 1
Took one cap about 30 minutes before workout and I didn't get to put it to the test today. Why you ask, well as I was carrying a step up box over to the squat rack there was a little jagged corner on it that caught a piece of my calf. When I looked at it the cut looked about as deep as a papercut and was about 4-5 inches long, but by the time I got done doing a few warm up reps that sucker was dripping. So after spending about 10 minutes in the locker room trying to get it to stop I decided to call it a day.

Now during the rest of the day I really didn't notice too much of a boost so I'm going to up it to 2 caps before workout tomorrow.
