Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | WEEK 3 DAY 16 MARCH 28 2006 DAY OFF FOR WORKOUT Notes: I really needed this day off for recovery!!!! I am feeling the effects of the last 2 workouts. In a way its a good message that I am getting stronger and bigger and I like it alot!I took some quick measurements this morning out of curiosity and all I can say is WOW!!!!! Im very pleased with what just 2 weeks and 1 day has done for me on this program with the DS supps. I will post measurements once a month, I dont want to bore people with small changes, Id rather go for the GOLD!! I spent my time wisely today.......Doing taxes but im still not done I will make the deadline though! AND I went shopping for some workout ware I was suprised when I could fit in a pair of small workout pants, this just keeps getting better and better, I cannot imagine what I will look like at the end of this 12 weeks, but it has to be pretty darn good.Today is my second day on 4 caps of Melting Point and so far no side effects, BUT ONE!!!! IM MELTING A WHOLE LOTTA FAT!!!!!! ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | WEEK 3 DAY 17 MARCH 29 2006 Notes: I was really psyched to go work out today, Why????? cause I took a total of 6 Basic Cuts today!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhh, I didnt sleep well last night and started feeling run down so I actually took it twice in the afternoon. I had a great workout but am very tired and worn out! Again I was able to do more reps with a few exercises. I will moving up in weight on a couple ![]() Crystal ball reading There is likely new Designer Supplement products coming into my future to be added to the logging Namely Xceed & Vigor, thats certain to make one heck of a stack!!!!!!!!!Well I have big news- I am entering a Body Building contest called the IMPC, I am entering in 2 catagories as well (a) Novice Bodybuilding (b) Most Improved Physique. Starts April first and runs thru to November. I am going to use this period to keep me motivated and as a learning experience and have alot of fun and meet lots of great people. Dawn- I want you to join in this fun too! Its at another website that many of us also go to, I will pm you! I dont accept NO!!!! You never have to leave your house for this, its all internet!!!! Ya, I feel it working I SWEAR!!!!! Also I thnk when you couple it with proper training and clean eating it works even better. I think some people who have tried it have not really given all 3 into it. I always tell the truth in my logs because that is the only way I can get the help I need if I am making a mistake. My body is sore and Im happy it was a day off from workouts!!!!! Im going to try something new on Sunday for the whole grain pancakes. The recipe calls for olive oil and instead of adding that Im going to use natural applesauce, this is how they change heart patients diets they replace oils for applesauce and i guess it works really well for baking and cooking. it will save some extra calories and fat. AND my magic potion for fake butter-------DRUM ROLL......... plain yogurt mixed with imitation butter extract Dang Im good!!!!!!! Well I will update with you all to let you know how it works out!My Beef of the day- Went to vets office for doggie toothbrush and mouthwash $40.00!!!!!!!!!!!! Highway robbery at its best, what ya gonna do! For some reason my traps are very sore today, EME I hope you can tell me why as I dont work my traps!!! Yesterday was bi-tri-ab-cardio, workout before was legs-abs, Im confused by this one ! Im looking forward to using Vigor & Xceed And so far even on 4 caps I have no side effects from Melting Point ![]() Ya'll come back now ![]() ![]() |
