Notes: I had what seemed like a long day. I had some problems with running to the bathroom alot and was afraid I would not be able to go workout, But I just waited it out and went. Im sure I know what caused this too- Too much magnesium the day before, so I skipped it all together today, will go back to 2 doses

I had a good workout, but I really suck at these Smith machine Rows, I could not get my form down right and got very frustrated Next time I will lower the weight and worry about proper form first. I am used to doing seated rows and can do 80 pounds, this exercise is ALOT different

I had a real test tonight Viper decided it was popcorn time when Sopranos came on and I said NO!!!! And he said YES!!!! and I said, well go ahead if you want to but im not eating any!!! That smell was heavenly and for one second I thought of having just a few pieces, But I controlled myself! He ate the whole darn bag!!!! He tried to use the " but you get one cheat meal" on me and I said popcorn is not meal! I did not really take a cheat meal this week, the pizza I had Friday had a little more fat in it than the one I was supposed to get, but couldnt find, so I call that my cheat.

My workout did go well though and I did manage to get even more reps at Hanging Leg Raises too, so that I am very happy about.

I am not having any side effects yet from the Melting Point, I am moving up to 3 doses tomorrow and continuing that through the next 11 weeks.

I tried AMP this morning, took 2 pills.......Felt absolutley nothing so later I took my reliable Basic Cuts and again it did not fail me, even after using it now for 6 weeks, everyday!!!!!!

lol..I hear ya on the temptations!! I have to look at these Chocolate, chocolate chip cookies sitting in a see thru container every time I go in the kitchen.

I almost cracked yesterday and ate one. :crazy1: Sounds like your doing great though so far!! Keep it up your helping keep me focused!

Notes: Another day......another pound of muscle I WISH! I had a very busy day doing lots of things around the house like laundry and ironing, general cleaning etc, I did not sit much today, I even stood up while playing internet today cause lucky me has a laptop in the laundry room

Today I started Creatine ( CEE ) Ive always been curious about its effects and now I will finally find out! But I have it in bulk powder and this stuff is horrid!!!!! I mixed it with fruit 20 and it was still bitter. Viperspit eats it right off the spoon

I tried 2 basic cuts with 2 AMP, NO GO!!!! I didnt even feel the AMP again!!!!! That stuff just doesnt effect me at all.

Today was the first day for 3 Melting Point Im excited to see what it will do over the course of the full 12 weeks, I may even bump it to 4 a day if I have no side effects, Pending Uhockey's seal of approval that is

Overall I had a really great day!!!! I was definately starving and ready for dinner after my leg workout, almost ready to eat frozen food!!!!

Ya that stuff is nastiness incarnate! : pukey: I finally decided the only way to take it was mix my serving in just enough water so it disolved then shoot it like a nasty shooter. Then wash it down with whatever after. It's hard on my tummy too so I take a half tums after to kill the acid reflux.

Notes: I had a great day but again was very busy. I took both of my pups for their yearly shots and heartworm stuff, Went grocery shopping, Did errands.

I noticed something in the mirror this morning, Im not for sure but I think it may be the beginning of ABS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I see like an upside down traingle muscle thingy, that starts at my pubic bone and goes up several inches, Someone clarify this for me PLEASE!!!!!! I got really excited and had to rub it in with hubby We have a new contest to see who has a 6 pack first during my 12 week transformation, I say I will, He says he will, Neither of us has ever had one YET!!!!!!

Today was off day for workout and good thing cause I was very sore! I did however try a new mix for my CEE, Diet MT.Dew seems to make it alot better I tried it with Xtend and that was no good.

I have no side effects from Melting Point so far I really love my workout routines and meals, life is so good!!!!!!

Notes: Nothing really interesting to share today. Im in panic mode tonight cause I have to take my puppy for his teeth cleaning tomorrow, it scares me, I hope he is not in any pain My pups are my babies.

No side effects from dosing Melting Point at 3 this week: YEAH!!!!!! And I am so far not retaining any water from CEE either. Im just going with the flow and the flow is good

Everyday I wake up my stomach looks so incredible flat and what I dont understand about it is I am eating alot more than I did before, weird!!!!

DAY OFF FOR WORKOUT

Notes: I had a busy day taking my puppy for his teeth cleaning which went well but he is still under anesthesia and been in my lap all night. Went to my Mother's house to help out with a few things.

I really like this top round especially if you cook it in the pressure cooker, its like super tender Any other way and you would have to pay me to eat it.

I am losing body fat, but will not reveal too much in my log during the 12 weeks because I want to have a big finale I will from time to time give some hints though

Something new to report is I have some fricken pimples on my back never had a pimple in my life! I dont know whats causing this but I hope it doesnt get out of hand (ugly)

I have no side effects from Melting Point yet!!!!

One more thing, all you youngsters out there- Call your parents and tell them you love them. We cannot tell them enough.

I have found the perfect mix for CEE, Diet Mountain Dew, its the best and thats what im sticking with.
