Speed bench 135 x 3 x 9 Close grip bench press 185 x 3 205 x 2 Seated BB BTN military press 115 x 5 135 x 5 Arnold press 50s x 8 NEW PB 50s x 5 Med grip chins bw x 12 bw x 8 so, i was a bit tired at the gym. took a pill before training. weird, not a good day. o well, im lookin forward to tommorows training, planning on doing elevated deadlifts. Strength - 7/10 Energy - 7/10 SFW - 7/10

I haven't gotten any acne yet or oily skin. Strength - 8/10 Energy - 9/10 SFW - 8/10

DE bench 155 x 5 x 6 Close grip Flat bench 185 x 3 205 x 2 225 x 2 NEW PB seated BTN press 115 x 6 135 x 5 155 x 2 skull crushers 75 x 15 NEW PB? 95 x 8 115 x 4 cuban cable rotations 20 x 8 x 2 so i played b-ball today and i had my hand out for a steal, ball was thrown hard and it hit my thumb head on. it ****ing hurt bad and all i coukld of think of was, its broken. it just swelled up a lil, then a couple hours later my hand looks like a balloon. i can hardly type right now...this ****ing sucks dick, same hand as my bad wrist which was just starting to get to 100%. i dont think its broken, but this isnt something that is oging to heal overnight. Activate seemed to really kick in today, strength was awesome strength - 9/10 energy - 9/10 sfw - 8/10
