I will try to describe the physical feelings as well as my physical progress as acurately and in much detail as possible. If there is anything anyone wants to know feel free to ask. I will be trying to eat clean and keep mt calories between 2000-2500 per day. As far as exercise, well I'm pretty much disabled so there really won't be any, that's why they chose me .

Ok, here's my starting stats:

Age: 32

Sex: Male

Height: 6'0" (and some change)

Weight: 235 (as of this morning, some cheating has been going on recently)

Bodytype: endomorphic (I've never been real lean, but always freakishly strong, strong man style)

Chest (over nipple, unflexed): 50
Waist (below bellybutton over lovehandles): 42"
Calf (biggest part, flexed): 17"
Thigh (above knee where quads first start, flexed): 23"
Arms: (flexed) 16"

Training experience: I always used my job as training, I'm a new build plumber. So I would usually carry 350-400 lb cast iron tubs through a house and up to the second floor, 3-6 times per week. 250 lb Jacuzzis and 4-80 lb bags of mortor, 3 times per week. 250 lb fiberglass tub/shower units, 3-6 times per week. 150 lb water tanks, 3-6 times per week. 150 lb bundles of pipe, 10-14 times per week. The most constant exercise was working over my head 12-14 hours per day, holding drills, pipe, tourches, etc. That's the basic idea, there's about a million more things on a daily basis, but the point is I wasn't lacking any physical activity on a daily basis.

Current Training: Currently I'm disabled, recovering from spinal fusion surgery 18 months ago where 6 of my vertebrate were removed, replaced with donor bone and screwed together with titanium rods and screws. So basically I'm not allowed to do anythin at the moment.

Current supplements:
Multi vitamin

Current Diet: 2500 cals trying to hit around 40/40/20.

Short Term Goal: Lose about 35 lbs and get back to work ASAP.

Long Term Goal: Maintain around 200 lbs and gain back lost muscle. Also have an opportunity to be partners in my own plumbing business and would like to be in shape for the 80 hour work week.

Current Prescription/Recreational drugs: 100mg per day of Oxy Contin for pain, and I don't want anyone giving me a hard time on this one, IT'S LEGALLY PRESCRIBED and yes I do like them .

Supplement history:
Hot Rox
CLA
ECA
Milk thistle

I stopped taking supplements and following a high protein diet in April after an unbelievably painful gout attack and it hasn't returned.

That's it!

Default Day 1!

Woke up at 6 am and took 4 caps. 1 hour later began to feel a decent stimulant buzz (I don't take many so my stim tolerance is low). I was planning on taking another 4 at noon, but I was flying pretty good and did not feel that I should push it. Body temp felt slightly elevated, nothing uncomfortable though. Appetite suppression was strong for me, I could care less if I ate a thing all day, food didn't even cross my mind. Energy was elevated but not insane like some hardcore stim junkies are used to, it defintely wasn't crack in a cap at 4 pills .

Overall, I'm pleased with the general overall energy boost and appetite suppression provided by this product. The weightloss and fat burning aspects will obviously be more of a factor as time progresses.

I'm down 5 lbs but I'm sure that's water.

Default Day 2 !

I figured I'd give daily progress for at least the first 1-2 weeks since that's when the most dramatic weightloss will occur. Then every few days there after to give perspective to the long term effects.

I approached day 2 the same as day 1 and was not surprised that it went almost exactly the same. Once again I wasn't very hungry at all and I didn't need to follow up with a second dose at noon, but I did notice the overall feeling did seem to tail off a little sooner today. Since I'm not used to mega-dosing stimulants I'm sure my body is merely adjusting to the change. I will probably be able to begin the second daily dose at some period within the next week as I become more accustomed to the stimulants.

Progress:
Start weight- 235 lbs
After day 1- 230 lbs
After day 2- 227 1bs

Even though 8 lbs seems like a lot of weight in only 2 days I'm positive it's mostly water. Either that or I finally got rid of the 72 oz prime rib I ate last Saturday .

Default Day 3 and 4 (Saturday and Sunday!)

On Saturday morning I took my usual 4 caps but did not get the same stimulant effects as I did the first 2 days. My body must be acclimating to the stimulants after a few day now. I waited 4 hours and took another 2 caps to boost the buzz a bit and it worked ever so slightly, but not to the level I experienced the first 2 days. The appetite suppression was still present and very effective.

Now Sunday all bets are off because of football and I put a hurtin' on myself . I decided to take 6 caps to see if the stimulant rush would return and it did, but still not as strong as the first 2 days. It says on the bottle not to take more than 8 caps a day, so I think I'm not going to be able to rekindle the buzz without surpassing that number of caps at one time. Appetite surpression was still a factor, but when football is on I have to have a few beers or 20 . Needless to say the clean diet went out the window but my overall progress remained the same, didn't gain or lose any weight over the last 2 days. After 4 days the total is still 8 lbs.

Default Day 5 and 6!

Over the last few days my body has become pretty used to the stimulant effects to the point that they are barely there. Upon waking on both days 5 and 6 I took 8 caps (the maximum) on an empty stomach. About an hour later I was feeling "up" but not overly stimulated by any means. It's more of an overall feeling of wellness and motivation instead of a "I can't sit still" nervous energy. The appetite suppression is rather prevalent still, that doesn't seem to decrease with continued use like the stimulant buzz. I haven't noticed any feeling of added warmth in the last few days either, I'm not sure if it's because of the weather or because my body is acclimating to the product.

Progress: I'm still not moving up or down in weight at this time, the overall loss stays at 8lbs. I'm sure Sunday really screwed me up what with all the beer and Buffalo Wings, but the fact that my weight remained constant is a positive sign and I'm sure things will be settling back down through the rest of the week.
