Im telling you I used to have a horrible donut problem, that was really my only cheat and when I had them I had LOTS of them, the drive thru guy knew me so well he say " Hey I made something special for you today" Ok, so ever since basic cuts I have no cravings whatsoever!!!!!! Ive also trained myself in the grocery store that when I see them I call them POISON!!!!!! Cause frankly thats what they are. SO maybe you should take more basic cuts if it gets bad, cause I take 4 a day and weigh 137. Also is that your wife Dnyc? Im a little confused ![]() Ok, Now I want Mom's chili recipe too!!!!! Just for being my posting buddy I tell you a secret that's not in my log, Shhhhh its on the low!!!!! I have lost 1/2 inch in my waist in 2 weeks (26.5) now !!!!!!!!You think im gonna screw that up with a donut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the hard work, it will pay off!!!! I dont see you taking Xtend???? This seems to be helping me alot with recovery compared to when I did not use it, try it!!!!! |

Today's Meal 5: Today's meal 5 was delicious but a bit on the cheat side..lol. I had cheese and meat filled Manicotti! YUM!! :eat: Calories Eaten Today Total: 725 source grams cals %total Fat: 34 307 43% Sat: 18 164 23% Poly: 2 19 3% Mono: 11 98 14% Carbs: 60 227 32% Fiber: 3 0 0% Protein: 44 174 25% Thoughts: Considering how dead tired I've been lately with all the work I've been doing lately todays chest workout was pretty damn good! I made some nice increases on my flat BB bench and DB inclines and my chest was really full and pumped post work out. I didn't do much yesterday outside of work and watching my Oilers get beat again by the crappy Minnesota Wild. Piss me off! :rmad: I through my remote when Minny scored the go ahead goal! Must be Basic Cut's rage..ya that's it. :p |

Calories Eaten Today Total: 725 source grams cals %total Fat: 34 307 43% Sat: 18 164 23% Poly: 2 19 3% Mono: 11 98 14% Carbs: 60 227 32% Fiber: 3 0 0% Protein: 44 174 25% Thoughts: Overall a decent workout but a bit rushed and I didn't get in my cardio. I'll have to do it tomorrow now which is OK but I like the extra days rest between HIT sessions and my next leg workout. Deads felt a little better today now that it's my second workout adding them back in after taking months off to rest my sore lower back. Good mornings also felt much less laboured and painful. A couple small increase's in lifts which are OK but I'm going to have to push myself harder next go and break out! Happy days today cause my Oilers won a big game against LA. Tomorrow is normally a day off but since I took an extra one I'll be doing Shoulders to make it up. :dumbells: |
