Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I received my month worth of ActivaTe from DS today, so the log will start tomorrow. I'd like to thank Robboe and uhockey for selecting me as a tester. Stats Age: 20 Height/Weight: 5'9"-5'10"/ ~190 (I need to weight myself, which I will tomorrow morning) Bodyfat: Going by sight, ~10% Bodytype: Endo-meso (60/40 or so) Supps Whey Multi Fish oil Bulk CEE EC for energy DMAE for studying Antioxidants PWO- NAC, r-ALA, Vit C, E-400, Lean Green Milk Thistle Training I'm a college cyclist, so I end up doing cardio 6 times a week, pretty hard. It's getting to be winter here in Maine, so I won't be on the road as much and I'll do more higher intensity training sessions. Due to the amount of cardio I have to do, I keep the lifting sessions short and keep the intensity high and stick to mostly compound exercises. Monday: Chest (10-12 sets) Wednesday: Legs (12 sets) Friday: Back (10-12 sets) Saturday: Bis, tris, shoulders (3-5 sets each) I've been following an irregular periodization method for training, which means that my reps and weight changes every two weeks. If people are interested in seeing the strength of ActivaTe, this is not conducive, so I will most likely stick to the rep range that I have been at for the last two weeks, which is 6-8. Nutrition I'm trying to clean bulk, which is very difficult to do with my sport. The reason I am clean bulking is that I do not want to become a 160 lb skinny-ass biker like everyone else. For this reason, eat basically as much clean food as I can, which turns out to be around 4500-5000 cals a day, with at least 350 g of protein and 100 g healthy fat every day. Note I have been trying to get blood work done. It's not going too well because of tons of conflicts with it and everything, but I am still trying. I may be able to get it done tomorrow, so if I do the log will not begin until Wednesday, but I will find out soon enough about that.

I know you stated it didn't matter exactly when you take them or if it is with or without food just wanted to check with ya'll. Training Went for a 2 hour ride at 70-75% HR for road cycling practice. It was nice out today and probably one of the last days for me to ride outside while in Maine for quite a long time, so the team took the opportunity to do it. No lifting today. Legs tomorrowNutrition I won't post a full schedule of what I eat because it would take too long. Have eaten about 4000 cals all clean so far today and I will get in at least 500 more, hopefully a bit more. I should have eaten more before the ride, though.Note I do not expect any noticeable effects for the first week, but I will report anything I feel that is different and that can be sorted out. I really have not read through any of the other ActivaTe logs, so I really don't know what I should feel other than better sleep. I will post official weight when I get up tomorrow morning and measurements before lifting in the morning.

Training Note: I have a 45-60 minute ride on the rollers for practice today at around 60-70% HR. I will update that later. Feelings about workout : I love leg workouts because they are kickass and I can easily tell if my intensity is where it should be. If I can walk down the stairs unassisted, I didn't go hard enough in the gym. Today I had great intensity and the lifts were better than last week. My squat has suffered the most from the increased cycling for the team, so it is definitely behind other people on the site (and I'm embarassed because of it). I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary today, so not much to report. I will say that there were some lax players squatting beside me with about 50-60 lbs more weight but only going down about 4-6 in. and feeling like badasses. So sad ![]() Nutrition Nutrition has been totally in line. I ate a crapload after the leg workout and will continue throughout the day. Lots of oats, chicken, and egg whites. Notes: I slept so well last night it's amazing. Obviously, I am not going to attribute that to anything but I slept deeply in a way I have not in a while and I felt more rested when I woke up than I have in a long time. I remember my dream, which is not something that I normally do except when I don't have much stress or I take ZMA (been a long time since either). Weighed in this morning at 191, which was about 6 lbs higher than I expected at the most. When I woke up I felt quite bloated, but that could just be me or something about the nutrition yesterday. I can't find my measuring stuff but I'll post measurements when I find it, which will probably be tonight.

Training 40 minute ride this evening on the rollers. I didn't keep my HR but it was between 65-75% for the most part. I was pretty tired from lifting legs earlier, so I didn't want to go too hard. Broke a decent sweat, although it was pretty warm where I was riding.Nutrition Have continued eating a large amount of clean food. I will say that I have not had enough fish oil today, but other EFAs have been good. Note: Not much to report other than this. I took an hour long nap from 4:45-5:45 mostly out of boredom and not because I was tired. I nap quite a bit and it doesn't affect my sleeping patterns. I will say that I was in a deeper sleep than normal for a nap. Usually I just kind of doze, but I actually slept for this.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Day 3 A little taste of free test? Dosing Training Will cycle, most likely on the rollers, this afternoon or early this evening for ~1.5 hours at around 70% HR. Off day lifting, with back tomorrow.Note: Legs are pretty sore from yesterday, although they are not nearly as sore as they were last week. Nutrition Nutrition is spot on. I have gotten enough fish oil in today, unlike yesterday, so that correction was made. I need to get to the store today to get more oats though, because I am nearly out. Thoughts: Once again, I slept very well last night and I felt much better today. Tuesday and Thursday I have class from 8-11 am, and I normally begin to lose energy and concentration around 9-9:15. However, I did not lose concentration and I felt much more refreshed and had energy during the class. Libido seems to be about the same. Emotionally I feel a bit calmer and more relaxed than usual, which is good because I always seem to be very on-edge and stressed out. I will update again later today. You can expect 2 updates a day from me for the most part throughout the log.

Training 1.5 hour ride on the rollers at 70-75% HR. Once I got warmed-up, my legs felt great and they continue to feel pretty damn good. Can't wait to hit deadlifts and back tomorrow.Nutrition mmmmm roast turkey is soooooo good and I don't get to eat it that much, so tonight was amazing. Cals have remained high and clean, so hopefully I'm not in a calorie deficit. Note: Still feel quite a bit of energy. It's different than a stimulant-style energy though, it's like I just woke up from a great night sleep an hour ago, only it's like that all day. Libido seems to be going up a little bit, but right now I can't tell if it's a noticeable difference or anything.
