Speed Pulls (with 1 med band stretched the length of the barbel and stood on sumo style): 185X3 185X3 185X3 185X3 185X3 185X3 185X3 * 185 at the bottom and about 275 at the top. Very high tension. Spread Eagle Situps: 3X12 +45 lb plate Pullthroughs: 3X12 Good workout. First night taking the Cell Energy Supp from Hard Nutrition. My focus seemed to really hold itself well to the end. My final sets of the pulls felt the best of the night. Diet: Breakfast- 1cup grapenuts, 1 scoop of protein, 1 glass of milk, 2 choc chip cookies, 1 banana Mid Morn- small bowl of brown rice, 1 turkey patty, moms chilli, 1 bagel Afternoon- 2 large sweet potatos, more of moms chilli, 1 glass of milk, 3 cell energy caps During Workout: 30g dextrose, 8g mono, 1 scoop whey PWO Shake: 1 banana, 1.5 scoop of whey, 1 glass milk, .25 cups confectionsers sugar. Whole Food PWO: 1 large chicken cheesesteak Evening Meal: tacos Before bed: 4 drumsticks

Corner Row (60 second rests): 3 platesX 4 3 platesX 4 3 platesX 4 2 platesX 6 2 platesX 6 2 plates to failure Lat Pulldown: 3X12 Curls: Misc. As you can see, i didn't do much with my press. Just the speed bench. I wanted to take it easy because (due to Xmas), the gym will be closed on monday. Therefore, I have to train ME upper on sunday instead. Hence, i didn't want to nail my tri's or shoulders too bad. 11:00am - 8oz. skim milk, 1 scoop protein, 2 bagels w. butter 1:30pm - 4oz. dry pasta, 4oz. turkey, 1 TBS EVOO 3:30pm - 1 12in. Wawa hoagie(turkey) pre-workout - 2/3cup granola, 25 grams dextrose, 1 scoop protein, 5 grams mono, 3 cell energy tabs pwo - 1 1/2 cup granola w. milk, 40 grams dextrose, 35 grams protein 6:30 - 2 large sweet potatos, 6 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup yogurt, 20 triscuits planned: tons more food.

Lots of kcals. Chicken Masala, rice and Nan Rest of the evening: tons more food. SUPP: Definately have noticed one really big side effect. SWEAT! I wasn't sure last time if it was just coincidence, but again, tonight, i was buried by my own perspiration.
