Default Cell Energy Log

I have begun a test of Cell Energy by Hard Nutrition. I have been taking it as recommended on the bottle (4 caps 15 minutes b4 workout.) I haven't changed/stopped taking any of my other supplements, altered my diet, or my workout.

Monday Dec 18- Took dose about 15-20 minutes before my workout. I didn't drink my preworkout coffee because I wanted to see what CE could really do. I began my workout (a push/pull split I found in Flex last month) for the upper body. I was into my second set of flat bench (1st exercise) and I noticed that I was starting to sweat pretty heavily which is unusal. I usually don't start really sweating until the end of my benching cycle. I was feeling pretty good and finished my workout without taking any extended breaks. So far so good.
The downside was that about 4 hours later I began to develop a headache and soon after I felt really tired like I would fall asleep if I sat in a chair long enough. I will wait and see if this is truely a side effect.

Tuesday Dec 19- Took the four caps b4 workout and again skipped the coffee. Did my lower push/pull workout with the same results: energy!!
My upper body is sorer than normal today, and that may be because I pushed myself harder than usual (?)
I had the same crash as I did yesterday but without the headache. Maybe I have to build up some tolerance to it.

Wed- Off Day.
I took it in the afternoon to see what the results would be, and I did notice a slight caffeine like energy boost, but I didn't have the headache or the crash.

Thursday Dec 21st
Not usually a off day, but I had to meet the IT people at my new building to show them where I want my computer jacks, fax machine, printers, phones, etc.
I took the 4 caps again in the afternoon, and I didn't notice the crash until right before bed time which was about 10. No headache this time.

Friday Dec 22nd
I took the dose b4 workout. I did a shoulder workout, and it felt really good. The weights almost seemed too light so I pumped out a few more reps than I usually do.
As I sit here and type this (about 1/2 hr post work out) I notice that I still feel a little sweaty and that I'm having what could be described as hot flashes. Interesting. I'll see how long they last.

One thing to note about Cell Energy is it it not supposed to be an energy product, but a product for endurance and focus. Your workouts on it should seem easier and you should be able to push more weight.
