Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | November 1st 2005 Pictures Alright, here they are. I do this in order to have the best and optimal conclusion on Red Acid's effect. If you have any 'contructive criticism', please let me know. If the advice is in any way offending, plese PM me with your thoughts. -I will have pictures with these exact same poses on every first of the month, up to January the 31st. I have named this 'Nov. 1st pics.' since it's only a week away, and I don't plan on doing this again. Hope this really helps, and that the resolution doesn't counter-effect the results. Thanks Guys, C-Los |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I spent the last 3 hours speaking to a very great friend of mine that works at a 24hr. fitness, he took my measurements-Bodyfat-Body Mass Index-Lean Body Mass and most importantly, a new and improved BF caliper! He's an experienced trainer, so he wasn't BSn'. I now have new knowledge of how to get better, more accurate results with this new calliper. He took my measurements and I told him about this log, we decided it would be best if we compared the results with both calipers. So he took my measurements with his and with mine, there was a 2.0 difference in the reading. So I will post my beginning stats and my current 1st week stats on the following two post. This will be the base of my results and he offered to take the measurements every month as well, to make sure I get the most accurate and precise measurements. NEW ACCESSORIES Body Fat Caliper! Blood Pressure Moniter! NEW/BEGINNING STATS* Weight: 215 Height: 5'10'' BF%: 17!! *Measurements are based in lbs. and inches. |

I have also received my first compliment. It was from my sister who noticed I seem thinner. She notices everything, it must be her artistic point of view, and she's not aware of my cutting phase. When it comes to BB, no one in my family no one is aware of my actions . Oh well, I'm feelin' too good about my first week results. ![]() |

No E until my first dose tomorrow, today just the RA as soon as it arrived. I was expecting some jitterness and speedy heart beat. But thank goodness, this was not the case. I could feel my eyes more open and I was alert. Nice feeling. PROS: No jitternes No nauseua No headaches Felt more ALIVE! Had the motivation to lift weights & train. CONS: Non towards RA, only the fact that I couldn't use it's first effects toward a resistance workout. Increased sweating only on my forehead as I sat on my computer on BB.com. ALARMING SIDE EFFECTS: None APPETITE: After first dose, for 6 hours food did not cross my mind. TODAYS OUTCOME: Liking Red Acid so far. Tonight I will see if there's any insomnia-like effects, and if that's the case you'll definetely be hearing from me tomorrow morning! I hate not getting a full nights rest. Excellent endurance and energy throughout my basketball/cardio. Beat the hell out of my brother 3/4 games! HA! TODAYS RATING 10/10 pleasant, steady energy. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Before reading his post, I was navigating and posting here and there. I suddenly noticed a drop of water drop on my cheek. I looked up to see if the roof was leaking. To my surprise it wasn't, so then I checked my forehead. And what did I discover, well a sweaty forehead! Why? I have no clue. Was I running or doing some activity? No. So then I thought Red Acid. But could this be possible? The sweating was only occuring on my face and not my arms, back or even my a$$. Hell if it's a thermogenic effects, then I'm all for it. There are no apparant sides at the time and I feel normal, not tired nor energized. I'm guessing there has been no crash. I normally get them within the first 6 hours. My appetite is at a bare minimum. I have eaten nothing after taking the dose. I'm not even thinking about food, well now I am. But I lack the urge to head for the kitchen, which is a very, very good feeling. Wait! I am now getting hungry, damn. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I want to inform you of last nights Day 1 results. I took Red Acid at 2pm and went to bed at around 11pm. Now most of the time I fall asleep immediately, only was it with SD that I had trouble sleeping. So I was in bed, arms spread out and the fan at full speed. Yes, I was still quite warm, no sweats, but I could feel the sensation throughout my body. Then, I begin to have that damn song by Black Eye Peas- 'My Hump' in my mind. Over and over again was I hearing it in my head. I couldn't stop it. I was getting really annoyed. After 20 minutes I began to get really tired and my eylids were getting heavy. Last time I had this problem was with SD, but instead of a song, it was my professor's lecture! Although with SD it was hours that I couldn't go to sleep. So with Red Acid am sure that this will diminish, since it was only 20 minutes of having trouble sleeping. It seems and it's quite obvious that the stimulants in Red Acid are what caused my brain to continue being overactive. Overall it wasn't too bad, and after todays training I am sure I'll be completely exhausted. I'll post up at around 6 or 7 pm, Houston time. |

Curls at 15lbs. X 2 with 8 reps Barbell Curl: 65X12 75X10 85X8 Preacher Curl: 45X12 55X10 60X8 *One of my best workouts, in terms of energy and endurance. *One of my most sweatiest workouts as well. CARDIO: 70 minutes on treadmill with 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 5.5, 5.0 mph. This is a personal best/record for me. EFFECTS: It took 35 minutes for Red Acid to kick in this time, yesterday the effects hit me rather quickly. But when I began to feel the shock, I was amazed at the attention and focus I had in class during my bio. lecture. Another very important effect today was the fact that my eyes where WIDE open. I felt so damn alive and capable of doing anything at that moment. This effect in particilar only lasted during the first three hours of the initial effects. But not to worry, four hours later it was time for the second serving. ![]() PROS: Once again... No jitternes No nauseua No headaches Also.... 100% FULL attention in class Went for 1hr. 10 min on the treadmill Set a PR NO CRASH CONS: Extensive sweating, literally sweating liters of water! (Sweating is not a big problem, but some might disagree.) Very minimal heat sensations My mind was going crazy for a bit when I went to bed, as stated in my previous update, I kept on having that Black Eyed Pea's song playing over and over in my brain. It was only for 20 min., so I don't think It'll be a problem tonight. ALARMING SIDE EFFECTS: None APPETITE: As you can see, my eating today wasn't very large for a workout day. But I just wasn't hungry. I should have added my Cytogainer to increase the carbs., but I totally forgot, for sure next time. The first 2-3 hours I toatally lose my appetite. When I see food It does not catch my attention, such as before the cycle. TODAYS OUTCOME: Today was a pretty good experience with Red Acid, the E really helps when it comes to noticing or increasing it's effects. While at my gym, all I wanted to do was lift, lift and lift some more. I was in a great mood and every second in my gym, my endurance was at it's best and I felt no fatique ot lethargy. I was sweating on every rep., but I didn't feel hot or warm, only drops of sweat covered my face. At this moment, I feel 'myself', no stim effect, no wide open eyes. This is what I like to feel, energy and endurance during the day and being 'me' during the evening to avoid sleeping problems. I learned and pay attention a bit more in class today, thanks to the huge eyes . TODAYS RATING 9.5 attention and focus in class, excellent energy and endurance in the gym. If my sweating or warmth sensation were to be a bother, this would be a 8.5. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | My back and bicep workouts were outstanding, the appetite supression is great and my mood is beyond positive. But last night something different happened. I went to bed at 10pm at around 10:15 I began to feel really drowsy, I like this feeling because I know I'm about to go into a real nice and deep sleep. Well, after 40min. at around 11pm I woke up, sweating and my eyes wide open. I knew it was the 'stim' effect since this hardly happens to me. It's rare for me to wake up in the middle of the night. I struggled to go fall aslwwp again, and after maybe 15min. I did. THEN, it happened again at 12:30, all of a sudden I wake up, as if someone shocked me or threw a bucket of freezing on my balls. All I could think about was falling back asleep, and I did maybe 5-10 min. later. I hope this doesn't happen again. I think and hope that this is just a phase, this is my body adapting to the new ingidients I just finished my cardio session and I'll post up after I take a shower. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | DATE: Wednesday, November 9 2005 WEIGHT: 205.3lbs. (+1.3) DOSAGE/TIME: 8:00am--25mg Vasopro EC, 3 caps RA 2:00pm--25mg BOLT EC, 3 caps RA FOOD/WATER CONSUMPTION: 8:00a--Red Acid serving 8:45a--Omelette-3 eggs Beaters, Turkey Breast pieces, low-fat cheese slice, wheat toast, 12oz.skim milk 11:30--Beef Strips, grilled onions, grilled green peppers, 24oz. water(very small serving) 2:00p--Red Acid serving 2:30p--Green Bulge serving 4:00p--Protein Shake-1.5 scoops Cytogainer with water, bananna 7:00p--2 Apples 3.2 gallons of water CARDIO: 55 minutes on treadmill with 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 5.5, 5.0 mph. 45minutes of outside Basketball EFFECTS: The first dose of Red Acid is always the most interesting, since it's when I notice my eyes are wide open and the focus in my college classes is working great to my benefit. The second dose is not as pleasant, but enjoyable when it helps with the cardio sessions. Green Bulge is also backing up the effects of Red Acid, they're making a great stack. Also... Increse heat sensations throughout my body Increse loss of appetite Increse sweating PROS: ALOT of energy and focus Increase loss of appetite 'Proud/Positive' attitude No nauseua No headaches No jitters CONS: When I have trouble sleeping, at least a good 7-8 hours, it becomes an issue. It has occured for the past two nights. I hope this is a stage or phase, where my body is getting accutomed to Red Acid. Insomnia or trouble sleeping at this point, is the biggest problem I have with Red Acid. Also... Increse heat sensations throughout my body Increse sweating (these arn't too bad of a problem, but def. not enjoyable) ALARMING SIDE EFFECTS: Slight Insomnia (not official) APPETITE: This is my favorite effect of Red Acid, I don't think, want or desire food throughout the day. I have to remember to eat! It's crazy! but I struggled to eat enough and get enough calories, so that not to effect my lean muscle mass(catabolism). TODAYS OUTCOME: The most important factors at this point are the insomnia, I hope goes away soon and the appetite supression, which I hope continues to stay stong. My lecture classes are now alot more enjoyable, since I stay focused at the professor and his (sometimes) boring lectures. Aslo my ATTITUDE throughout the day is so freaking great. I look forward to anything and anyone, I'm always in a good mood. The sweating has stayed the same and I don't think it'll decrease. The warm body sensations are still there, but not constantly. I had enough energy and the endurance to do my cardio AND play a couple of games of basketball. Feels like breeze ![]() TODAYS RATING 9.2 Damn insomnia, positive attitude, strong energy. |

Complete destruction of my appetite, as you can see I didn't eat much today and when I did it was more of a 'force feed'. The shakes were no biggy, but eating the meals are since I just don't feel like eating. At my gym, I felt the same way as before, the focus and endurance was great and had a 'nice' workout. PROS: Extreme Focus Extreme Loss of Appetite Nice steady energy No crash No jitters No headaches CONS: I'm getting used to the sweating, but today it occured during my lecture and left me quite 'smelly'. So I might be taking TWO showers a day. I also felt a bit of a fast heart beat during my class, wich was one hour after my first dose. And again, the first dose is always more potent than the second one. The destruction of my appetite might come back and bite me in the a$$, I might begin to lose what I have of muscle mass whilst losing bodyfat. so I'll kepp a close eye on my protein/carb consumption. Thirst is also a big issue, I'm thirsty all the time, good thing I have a water cooler in my gym, remeber I workout at home. ALARMING SIDE EFFECTS: None ![]() APPETITE: DESTROYED This is the best effect from Red Acid, many non-weightlifters would enjoy taking this product, if they weren't too worried with loss of muscle mass. I, in the other hand need to get my carb/protein intake incheck to avoid this. The only time I get hungry is when I wake up and after 6:30 pm, when I take my first dosing before 9am. By far this is the most notifying effect from Red Acid, well it comes close to the enrgy/endurance effect. TODAYS OUTCOME: Only facts that have change is the increase in loss of hunger and absolutely no cravings. My mom brought home 'Blue Bell's' Butter Pecan ice cream and I love this stuff! But I had absolutely no craving to eat it, my brother and mother were in SHOCK. My fist two days I felt the energy, these last two days it was the appetite supression, I look forward to the future ![]() Last night was great, I felt aslepp quickly and stayed that way, I was almost late for class. I hope this stays throughout the 3 months. TODAYS RATING 9.6 Great sleep, no insomnia, sweating, energy/focus, no appetite. |

I miss having my eyes wide open. I'm glad I don't have class on fridays, or else I would have not paid so much attention. The second dosage was the same, I didn't feel the SHOCK of it's past effects. PROS: Min. Loss of Appetite No crash No jitters No headaches CONS: With food the effects arn't the same, I'll keep taking it on an empty stomach. Not much of a difference from yesterday. ALARMING SIDE EFFECTS: None APPETITE: Wasn't destroyed as yesterday, I felt slightly hungrier today and it wasn't too good. I still kept my diet in check though. TODAYS OUTCOME: I've learned that in my case, taking Red Acid with food wasn't a good idea and I will not do this again. I didn't feel the bolt of energy and the endurance on the treadmill and while playing basketball wasn't all too great. Now the energy was there along with the endurance, but NOT like the past 4 days. TODAYS RATING 8.8 Because I took the dosages with food, otherwise the rating would have been similars to yesterday. |
