Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Bootys RED ACID Log, time to get HOT! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to Bootysweats! Red Acid Log WHAT IS RED ACID? Red Acid™: Fat Incineration Matrix (180 Capsules) Red Acid™ is the most advanced fat incineration matrix ever to reach the market. It combines a synergistic blend of naturally occurring fatty acids and fatty acid analogues that serve as endogenous agonists of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha) and help to modulate ghrelin levels, producing a hunger satisfaction that effectively lowers your food intake. The fatty acid blend also helps stimulate glycerol and fatty acid release from adipocytes throughout the body. Key Attributes: Body Fat Reduction via Lipolysis Increased Energy Help Activate PPAR- alpha Potent and effective Decreased Appetite Greater Focus Enhanced Blood Flow Insulin Regulation Ephedra Free Yohimbe Free Helps potentiate other stimulants Designed to stack VERY well with Blue Rhino Designed to stack VERY well with Sesamin Designed to stack VERY well with Synephrine Designed to stack VERY well with Yohimbine Designed to stack VERY well with Ephedrine Maximize fat loss results without nausea Red Acid™ Write-Up: Most people have trouble losing their fat stores because they cannot control their food intake while on a cutting or maintenance phase. Even with proper diet and cardio, many individuals will eventually experience problems losing fat at an "optimal" rate. Now we have the answer: Red Acid™. Red Acid™ is the most advanced fat incineration matrix ever to reach the market. Unlike other fat loss products, Red Acid™ helps you to achieve fat loss via several different pathways. Herbal appetite suppressants that work via the CNS rather than the digestive tract, like our fatty acid blend does, were included to address the same appetite problem, but via a different pathway, the brain. Natural energizers and thermogenics have also been added to increase activity in the gym, which leads to calorie use. Enhanced focus is also attained by the addition of some of the most thoroughly researched nootropics. The REDuction Complex™ (Fatty Acids and PPAR-alpha): Red Acid™ contains a fatty acid matrix that includes Oleoylethanolamide (OEA) and Tetradecylthioacetic Acid. OEA is a fatty acid that is anaturally occurring amide of ethanolamine and oleic acid. It starts working once it reaches the duodenum (the upper 1/3 of the small intestine) and is normally synthesized there by your body. It serves as an endogenous agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha) and regulates lipid metabolism. OEA also activates vagal sensory afferent neurons and excites nodose ganglion neurons, which leads to decreased appetite and satiety. This naturally occurring fatty acid therefore inhibits food cravings and helps release fat from its stores in the body. Tetradecylthioacetic acid is a fatty acid that reduces total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL/HDL cholesterol when used in combination with a good diet and also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects. Tetradecylthioacetic acid, like OEA, is an agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (PPAR-alpha). Tetradecylthioacetic acid has been shown to increase catabolism of fatty acids and exhibit antiadiposity effects. Tetradecylthioacetic acid will help to effectively remove fat from its body stores and without forcing your body to effectively use it for energy. This allows you to “burn” fat at a much higher level than by simply exercising. The Transport Mechanism: A few hundred milligrams of flaxseed oil powder has also been added to aid in the transport of these two fatty acids into the duodenum and other necessary areas, so that they can be utilized completely. The Red Sweat Complex™ (Thermogenics, Nootropics, and Appetite Suppression via CNS): We have combined the most effective and potent thermonutrients to increase the utilization of energy in your body. The most potent extracts of energizing ingredients were included to make your trip to the gym one you would not forget. If you do not work out with intensity you cannot realize your true potential for fat loss and lean body mass accumulation. Intensity in the gym cannot be accomplished without focus either; you need the mental acuity that only our top of the line nootropics can provide in order to excel at your fat loss goals. The Red Slob Complex™ (Herbal Appetite Suppression, Thyroid Support, and Digestion Aids): Lastly, we added a proprietary blend of potent herbal appetite suppressants, digestion aids, thyroid support and stomach soothing compounds that work in synergy to target one of the hardest parts of fat loss: eating right. This blend effectively targets the central nervous system (CNS) to control your desire for food (without nausea or discomfort) and when combined with the anorexic effects of OEA you are in for a powerful combination. If you want to decrease your appetite, get rid of unwanted body fat, ramp up your endurance and enhance your focus in the gym, then Red Acid™ is the right choice for you. Red Acid™ makes an excellent stack when used in conjunction with Blue Rhino™. Together they will help you lose body fat and maintain your testosterone levels during a cutting (fat loss) phase. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | I also wanted to add this , but I could not seem to edit my earlier post. This would have been in the ABOUT ME part ![]() I have been trying to lower my bf% for quite a while (months) and the only thing I have accomplished is a 2lb weight gain. I have tried lowering cals , upping cals, switching my routine up and everything else that has been suggested to me. I am now at the point where I have hired a trainer, to give me some helpful tips and design my workout for me in hopes that I can get to the level of fitness that makes ME happy. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Day 2 with Red Acid -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today I took 2 capsules of Red Acid 30minutes before my workout. I had great energy and that lasted up until 12:45-1:00pm. I have not had any negative side effects. I had my second dose of Red Acid (2 capsules) at 2:10pm 30minutes before my meal. I did not notice much energy this time. Maybe this is because I have been running around alot and I am tired (sleeping 6hrs a night lately). Also I have not consumed many carbs (21grams total as of right now) egg whites 5 grams green beans 6 grams whey 4 grams 1%milk 7 grams So maybe this is making me sluggish? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 160 | There are no carbs in egg whites There is only a very miniscule amount of carbohydrate in the yoke. Whites are all protein.I would really recommend eating more carbs, especially pre and post workout (unless you're on a ketogenic diet?) Remember that low carb means higher fat. What are your goal calories for each day? Don't be afraid to eat ![]()
