Just recieved my 2 bottles of


I started 50 day X-Factor cycle today!!

Dosage times:
1 250mg cap of X-Factor in AM

2 250mg caps of X-Factor pre-workout

1 250mg cap of X-Factor prior to bed


I will burst a capsule in my mouth on Tuesday, stay tuned

Look forward to seeing this! What sort of training do you do? I don't know about you, but I aim to make a 15-18 pound gain during my log. Calories, here I come!

Here are a couple of pics. I am looking to drop a little body fat. I will be cutting after my powerlifting meet on Feb 18. I am currently 5'9/260lbs.

Well, lets see that diet then!

X-Factor is a great cutting agent. You wont even have to reduce calories much unless you're looking for a mega cut.

9am- 1 XF
2 scoops ON whey in 2% milk

11:30am- KFC chicken fried steak meal
1 multi-vitamin

1:30pm- large bowl of cottage cheese w/ pineapples

4;30pm- 2 XF

5:30pm workout

7pm- spaggetti with meat and cheese

10:30pm- 1 XF
2 scoops mega milk by Dymatize in 2% milk

Current supplements with X-Factor:
1.MAN Orotine
2.Multi-Vitamin
3. ON Pro Complex
4.Dymatize Mega Milk
5.Glocosamine and Chondroitin
6.Ergopharm AMP(take maybe 1-2 times a week)

I don't think any of these suplements will interfere with X-Factor, correct me if I am wrong.

Does anyone know where I can get some Coconut Oil?

Look for NOW Foods Virgin coconut oil. It can be found that one big black and blue bodybuilding site.

... but don't take it personally. I just want you to get mega results from this cycle.

Your diet looks kind of dirty to me. Perhaps you didn't include some of the healthier things you may have eatin on the fly. I don't know. But I would like to see some whole foods in there. I'm talking beans, wild rice, sweet potatos, red leaf lettuce, etc. You need your fiber man!

And I'm hoping that the KFC was just a fluke.

And about your workout plan... where's the deadlift? Do you do that on another day?

I don't take anything personal. I know that my diet is not the best. I have added 1-2 more protein shakes a day with whole milk. I will try to clean my diet up. Thanks for the suggestions.

I just ordered some coconut oil and have replaced the 2% milk w/ whole milk. I will bump up the protein this week. I have heavy bench tonight, stay tuned!!
