Default Basic Cuts by Designer Supplements

Well today I received my bottle of Basic Cuts by Designer Supplements.

I was selected as a Tester at another site, and generously uhockey picked me. The bottle has a good design to it, very eye catching. I received a 30-day sample courtesy of Designer Supplements and will help out by posting up a log to see how my progress goes.



I will be starting this log in 2 weeks.

Age: 19
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 260
BF %: 17

Diet: 600g of protein, 340g carbs, 90g fats. Clean, use a lot of whey in my diet, eat a lot of chicken, beef, eggs, milk, etc. I will be posting my workouts as well. I am currently doing Westside For Skinny Bastards.

Yeah, I made the post now so I made sure to keep a log of it. Right now I have 1 week till I start going off my diet I have now and then the week after get into a cutting diet.

Dosage - 2 capsules 30 minutes before workout

Time - 4:25 PM

Approach - I have figured I would take 2 capsules/day for the first week and then move to 4 capsules/day for the next few weeks and then back to 2 capsules/day.

Thoughts - I took it with milk which I was very glad I did. I didn't get it down for maybe 1/2-1 second and felt a spicy cinnamon flavor from the cayenne pepper in it. I felt a little boost with the first dose. Heart rate went up, nothing too serious, which is good. Gave me enough energy for a tough workout and felt good on it.

Stats - Weight in the morning was 260.3

Workout - Monday - Repitition Upper Body
Barbell Bench Press 225x 32, 225x 35, 225x 38
Dumbbell Floor Press 80x 10, 90x 8, 110x 8, 130x 7
Chin-ups 50x 12, 90x 10, 140x 8, 155x 8
Bradford Press 135x 15, 165x 13, 225x 11
Hammer Curls 80x 12, 90x 12, 100x 8
Crunches 3 sets 25 reps
Leg Raises 3 sets 25 reps
Reverse Crunch 3 sets 25 reps

Saturday - Restoration GPP, 90 lbs. 10 minutes

Sunday - Rest

Time - 6 AM

Thoughts - I feel a lot more aware of things in the morning and more awak with Basic Cuts. I did feel a little sick and felt like I needed to shit the first hour and a half after taking it. I took it after breakfast with 10 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, some milk, and some fish oils. So far no side effects currently, only good things so far.

Stats - Weight in the morning was 259.8 (-.5 lb.)

Thoughts - Felt good, had a lot of energy throughout the workout. It's becoming a good energy supplement of mine. It is not too strong, but it does it's job in giving you enough energy.

It's not as strong as other stimulants, but it does it's job. It's at a good price around 14-17 bucks which is good for a 30-day supply. So about a 7 out of 10 so far, it'll probably go up in rating if I keep losing weight and feel good on the supplement.

Time - 8 AM

Thoughts - Today when I took it, I got a lot stronger response then before. My heart rate shot faster and it felt good like I was ready to go to war. Really gave me a lot of energy.

Stats - Weight in the morning was 258.6 (-.6 lb.)

Tomorrow I start taking 4 capsules/day.

That's interesting, I'm at about the same point as you are (day 6) except with Red Acid and I "felt" it a lot more today...
