I tried keeping to the diet, 6-7 meals a day, as best source as possible. The two days on the road I had about 18 hamburgers from mcdonalds in total. Stats - Weight in the morning was 257 (+.1 lb.) |

Little more veins popping up every week, sometimes I play a game were I guess were the next will be. ![]() I think IF you choose to use a pre-workout booster without being too strong, try Basic Cuts. Honestly it's cheap and is not a bad supplement at all. And if you do some morning cardio, or any cardio in the day, this is great for it. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Dosage - Morning, and before workout. Time - 6 AM, 2:30 PM Thoughts - This morning I took it with a b-complex and it felt like speed! I would suggest it as a pre-workout energizer, but not in the morning. Just the two caps in the morning is all you need. I did feel weird 2 days ago after I took it before a workout. That later went away and had no troubles with that later. Getting some cramps here and there, nothing too serious. No real side-effects, a few days it felt stronger, some felt a little weak. I have started going back to 2 caps a day (bottle almost empty )Stats - Weight in the morning was 255.8 (-1.2 lb.) |
