Thanks to 391rippy, Dito, and the rest of the Thermolife team for giving me the chance to review this supplement. I am expecting E-bol to finally give "ecdy" the fame it deserves. I am awaiting my shippment of E-bol and will begin this log as soon as it arrives. Before and after pics will be posted. Background Been lifting for almost 7 years now and seriously for about 4-5. I am a personal trainer and a Kinesiology major at Arizona State University. Bodybuilding is what I do. I love it and strive each day to make gains whether in the gym or at the table refueling with macros! Diet I am currently clean bulking so I am eating to grow. I have seem to hit a major plateau at around 192-194. I'm taking in approx 3000-3500 cals with a 40/40/20 ratio (C/P/F). Eating these split into 6-7 meals of course. Usually have the meals are in the form of whole foods, the other half in Meal replacements. Water intake is 1-1.5 gallons/day. Other Supps ON's 100% Whey MRI CE2 Multi Glucosamine/Chon (every now and then) Training Currently training Max-OT style: Mon: Chest/abs Tues: Legs/calves Wed: Shoulder/abs Thurs: Back/traps Fri: Arms/calves Sat/Sun: off Cardio is done about 3x/week in 10-15 min high intensity intervals. Stats/Pics Will post at the begining of day 1 for more accurate readings. Let the transformation begin! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Arrival!!! Well I came home on my break from work and there's a package waiting for me. Open it up and sure enough its the E-bol baby! Lets get this show on the road finally I thought. So I did start my dosing today and will take it as follows: Breakfast: 2 caps Lunch: 2 caps Dinner: 2 caps Comments Funny thing happen yesterday. I think I strained my lower back from wed leg workout. Its been hurting now for two days but it is getting better. I actually was not able to lift today due to the pain and will hopefully resume tomorrow after some rest. Just did a little shoulders but could not by any means work out my back. Obviously nothing to report yet from the E-bol as its barely day 1. I actually just stopped taking Ecdysten and transitioned over to e-bol. I willl post staring pics within the next couple days. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Yesterday I did get a chance to hit the gym since my back was feeling a bit better. I worked my bi/tris and the pump was pretty crazy. No real increase in weights but I did not tire out as much as usual. Today is an off day so just eating up and resting. Tomorrow hitting up chest. Comments Starting stats: (morning upon waking) Weight: 193 BF: 8.1% (3 site Jackson/Pollack) Flexed Neck: 16 Arms: 16.5 Chest: 44 Waist: 31.5 Thigh: 24 Calf:15.5 So these are the starting points that I took the other day. My goal again is to get to 200 with same BF hopefully and increase all the measurements by at least a 1/2 in. Except the waist of course Pics will probably be up tomorrow. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Back/Bis Well today my back is still bothering me. I hope I didn't injury my vertebrae. The pain is right in the middle the the lower lumber region. Sometimes the muscle hurts but sometimes right in the center. It could be just a strain. I heated and iced it this evening. Well desoite the pain I still got a workout in. No bending over much with weights though. I actually decided to switch up my workouts a bit today. I've been on a one bodypart per day per week split for a while. My new split for a month at least will be as follows: Mon: Back/Bis/abs Tues: Chest/shoulders/tris/calves Wed: Legs Thurs: Back/bis/abs Fri: Chest/shoul/tris/calves Sat: Core/cardio Sun: off Basically its a push/pull/legs routine. This way I'm hitting each bodypart twice per week but allowing two days complete rest per BP. Each BP is not hit with as much volume though each day though like in the once a week routine. Commens A little bit more strength today on my lat pulls and bis. Muscles are feeling pretty full. I did just get off of ecdysten and am really trying to compare the differences. Ecdy gave me a little more pump and fullness. A little bit of fat loss maybe with the same bodyweight. Nothing else really. Went up to 11 caps daily (165mg) I really hope my weight starts to increase with E-bol (240mg + extras). Getting in 6 meals a day ~3000-3500 cals. I will start keeping track a little more accuratly. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Chest/Shoulers/Tris/Calves. Awesome workout today. Did a little bit of everything. Got it all in under and hour. Energy was really good as well. One thing I really notice on E-bol/Ecdy is that recovery is awesome. I'm rarely ever sore for days after like I used to be. In between sets are fast too. Incline Bench: 135x12 (warm-up) 185x10 225x8 245x4 DB Bench: 100's x 8 100x7 100x6 80x7 Upright rows: 3 sets of 100x9-10 Lateral raises: 27.5x10 27.5x10 30x8 Cable press down (one pulley): 100x10 100x10 100x9 One arm tricep ext: 30x12 each Standing Calves: 240x10-12 2sets Seated Calves: 2plates x 15 3platesx10 Comments Like I said again, recovery is really good. Weight is the same this morning and muscle fullness is very noticable as well. Nothing else to report really. Stay tuned. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Wednesday: This was day 6 on ebol. Strength seems to be improving a bit and energy levels in the gym are great. Changed things up in my leg workout a bit today. Normally I start off with heavy squats then go on to other exercises. Today I started with Leg presses. Leg press: 4 sets up to 750lbs on last set for 6 reps. Squats: 3 sets up to 245lbs for 6 reps. calf raises. Leg ext. Pretty good workout. Thurs. I did not hit the gym as I was short on time and very busy. Nothing major to report for yesterday. Today is Day 8. Going to do my Back/bis/Abs workout today a little later on. I get the day off from work and will probably hit the weights mid day sometime and will post the workout this evening. Diet is getting cleaned up. For those of you interested, the diet I follow is from a book written by Vince Andrich called "No Mistakes." This book makes perfect sense of all the reasons you should be eating a 40/40/20 diet to have a ripped muscular physique while adding mass. Has a very scientific viewpiont on all its ideas. http://www.amazon.com/Mistakes-Nutri.../dp/B000B1DSZM Comments Weight is still the same for those interested. Stuck at about 193-194. Its been about one week on e-bol and tell you the truth theres not to much of a difference yet. I am noticing a nice pump in the gym which compares to an NO product and a little strength gain. Probably though the major change if any is my recovery time which has been astounding. Hardly ever sore the day after anymore. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Yesterday I did my push routine. Got in some bench where my strength seemd about the same with maybe a little increase in strength. Bench: 135(wrm-up) 225x10 275x6 275x5 225x7 Incline DB: 80x10 90x6 90x6 Arnold press: 70x8 for 3 sets lateral raises: 27.5x10 30x8 27.5x8 cable press down: 180x10 for 3 sets Overhead french press: 70x10 80x10 80x10 Did a couple sets on calves but ran out of time. Comments Everything going well so far I guess. Did not weigh myself today. Waiting a couple days as there's no reason to weigh in everyday. No side effects so far. Energy and focus are there all day long though. Recovery is still amazing and muslce fullness is about normal. Today is an off day. Got in 9.5 hours of sleep last night so I'm good on that. Just going to eat big and rest. Tomorrow I'm going to start doing some cardio first thing in the morning before I eat breakfast to try and lean out a bit more. Stay tuned! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Yesterday I hit back/bis/calves. Pretty good workout: Cardio: 2 miles first thing in the morning. Weights: Mid-Afternoon T-Bar rows: 2platesx12 3platesx10 4platesx7 4platesx6 Lat pull: 165x12 195x10 210x8 210x8 Preacher curls: 3 sets of 80x8-10 Reverse grip bb curl: 75x8 70x8 70x8 Seated calves: 1platex15 2platesx15 3plates x10 3platesx10 Standing calves: 3 sets of 240x10-12 Pumps in the biceps were amazing after preacher curls. They were rock hard and can feel them today as well. I started doing more preachers in order to hit the lower part of the bicep a little more where its under developed. Cardio went well. Will be doing this cardio routine mon/wed/fri early morning to promote a little fat loss. I don't need too much or I'll lose weight fast. Strength especially in arms seems to be up. Usually this kind of weight would be much harder when I precede it with back. Thats the only reason I don't like doing back/bis chest/tris is cause by the time I get to arms they're already dead. But not so as of this past week. Today is Push day and will post it later on. Comments I'm literaly looking leaner this morning. Abs are a lot more defiant and overall muscularity is more prominant. So far so good on e-bol. Still taking in the same dosage. Cals are a lot more clean lately and on time. Getting in six meals everyday. Again about 3200 cals. I know I need too up them and will do so. Its so hard with lack of time and apetite not being too intense. I will weigh myself in a couple days. Arms definetly feel fuller. Measured them and they are just over 16.5 now. So a little up since the start. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Tues my chest and shoulders workout was awesome. Went up to 100 db on incline bench which is about a five lb increase. Recovery on enerything is amazing. Yesterday I did legs/calves. Workout Leg press: 3plates(eachside)xwrm-up, 5platesx10 6platesx10 7platesx8 8platesx6 Squats: went up to 245x6(legs were blasted from L.presses) Walking lunges: Went up to 100lb bb for 16 reps standing calves (smith machine) 2platesx15 3platesx10 3platesx10 seated calves: 2plates x 12 for 3 sets. Workout was not bad. Next week I will start with squats so I can go heavier. Some guy was hogging the rack doing deadlifts yesterday . Comments Like I said I feel its kicking in more now. I do feel more muscular and stronger but am looking leaner in the mirror. I'm about halfway through now so about 2 more weeks to go. Weight is still 193 but abs are much more relevant and muscle thickness in the arms is increased as well. Measurements will tell all in a few weeks. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Yea back workout yesterday was awesome. Added about 20 lbs to my cable rows which was amazing and was still able to curl 50lbs DB after I did back and preacher curls. This is unheard of. Pump was amazing. Also did about 30min cardio afterwards which felt really good. Today My sleeping has been really deep and mornings are just so hard to get out of bed. I read Halleluya has experienceing the same thing. Must be the Ebol. Will be doing Chest/Shoul/Tris later on this afternoon. Will keep you all posted. Diet is the same |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Update Well I took the weekend off to rest and recuperate. Lifted five days last week and really needed the rest. Still ate good and kept my protein high. Friday's workout was pretty amazing. I went up to 100lbs db on incline for 6 reps even after soing 4 sets of heavy bench. Last time I did that I didn't do bench prior. So strength definetly seems to be going up little by little. Nothing explosive like a PH but nice and gradual. Weighed in this morning at 194.5 so I'm up about 1-2 lbs from the start with a leaner look then I started with. I'm about to go do some morning cardio and will be lifting back/bis later this afternoon. Comments No side effects to report except for the morning grogginess. Was extremely hard to get up this morning. Not until I had some caffeine were my eyes awake. This is the only thing I don't like. I would like to get up nice and early to go jogging and enjoy the crisp weather here in the desert but it not happening Other than that I am really enjoying e-bol. Best part is lack of sides and the fact that my body is definetly putting on more muscle than it was with out it most likely due to the increased protein synthesis. Again its nothing like a PH/AAS but a good natural, side-effect free, alternative for those who want it. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I am really feeling the back workout from yesterday. Did some heavy deadlifts which I haven't done in a while. Went up to 315x6 for 2 sets then over to smith machine rows where I hammered my upper back. Finished off with a little biceps and called it a day. Short and sweet but I am hurting today. Lifted some Chest/Should/Tris earlier. Did some incline where I got up to 245x4 reps. Db flat I hit 105x6. Those were some of the highlights. Shoulders were pretty normal and so were triceps. Comments Nothing really new to report. Will try to do some morning cardio wed morning and will also work legs tomorrow afternoon. Hoping my partner will be able to make it so I can bomb them hard! Weight is holding constant but strength again is slowly on the rise. One thing I do notice is that I sweat a TON while working out. Not sure if this is due to the ebol or if its just me lately. My shirt is drenched at the end. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Alright guys. This is going to be my unbaised review for thermolife E-bol. I just finished a whole bottle of e-bol a few days ago. I have been training for over 6 years and have tried most every kind of supplement out there and can tell if one is working or not. It takes alot for me to add mass and strength as I have been at a plateau for a while. Sorry I did not get chance to post it earlier, but any how here it is. Pros: Some of the pros I noticed during the month I was on E-bol are as follows: Increased Deepness of Sleep Bodyfat reduction Increased Strength Increased Energy in the Gym Decreased recovery time Better looking skin Cons: Not too many: No Weight gain Grogginess in the morning It pretty much did everything that it was supposed to do. The only thing that I did not like was that I as hoping for a little more addition of mass. I cannot seem to break this 193lbs barrier and was hoping this would help me. I believe that if my diet would have been more strict with more calories I would have seen more change in this area. Non-the-less this product was not bad at all. It gave me no side affects what so ever and can be a very good addition in anyones staple right nest to creatine and protein. There was no change on libido and one of the great effects I did notice was that was skin cleared up very nice. I used to have a couple breakouts here and there with oily skin, but not on ebol. Not one breakout on my face. Looked better than it did in the last year. My weight and measurements stayed the same. No significant increases to even mention. This is unfortunatley where I was not affected. Strength and endurance in the gym is a different story. I went up on most of my exercises, especially the big lifts (bench, Deads, squats) and am really happy to break some of these plateaus. Increases were from 10-20lbs on all. Overall I would rate this product 7/10 as far as effectiveness for bulking. If you are really looking to add mass with a caloric surplus and your diet and training are down, E-bol will definetly speed up the process. It will not add muscle like a ph/aas, but more like a natural NHA is supposed to. I have used Jungle Warfare and X-factor in the past, and I would probably rate all of these along with E-bol in the same catergory. To me they acted in the same way as far as effectivness. I like E-bol though because of lack of sides and no restriction of Omega fats like in X-factor. Here are some updated pics I just took. A little darker than the first ones. You can tell I lost a little fat but size is about the same. Please feel free to ask any questions and I hope this review was helpfull to all. Big thanks to thermolife once again and to all that followed along. |
