Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | WORKOUT: Chest. Joints felt okay. HIT is starting to take a tole on knees. Elbow was a little sore as was shoulder. After a warm-up set, I hit decline bb bench for 3X6 (added 10lbs). Followed with flat bench\flyes superset (added 5lbs), and incline\flyes superset (added 5lbs) and a 20 rep decline bnch (added 5lbs). Ended with 14min of HIT on the treadmill, abs, and calve raises. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water 5min post wo. Followed with 64oz of water, spread over an hour.Took BB approx. 10min post wo with 32oz water. RESULTS: A little early to tell. In the past I have responded very well to Gloucost\Condroit\MSM and am interested to see how additional ingredients in BB will help, especially with knees during cardio.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | WORKOUT: Back. Because of an early meeting, I was up at 4:00am. Slept okay, but was a little out of rhythm. Energy was again very good this morning. Intensity and focus were great as well. Sweating was back in buckets. After 2 warm-up sets, I hit deads for 3X6 (added 10lbs). Followed with rack chins (slowly getting better), t-bar rows, close grip pulldowns, bent over rows and pullovers (adding 5lbs to all). Because of a sore knee, I skipped cardio, abs and calves (due to time). POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water 5min post wo. Followed with 64oz of water, spread over an hour.Took BB approx. 10min post wo with 32oz water. RESULTS: I skipped cardio because of a sore knee. I did a 2hr roundtrip commute and sat in a meeting for an hour. Normally, my knee would be toast. Suprisingly, about 3hrs after taking morning BB, my knee feels a lot better. May try straight cardio tomorrow and see how it holds up, then maybe back to HIT on Thursday. Pain in shoulder has diminished and elbow ache is more generalized. No adverse effects from taking BB right before bed with 16oz water.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | WORKOUT: Arms. Slept better last night but did not want to get up this morning (though I still did). Energy was great from the start, and suprisingly so was the focus. After a warm-up set, I hit the bbcurls for 3X10 (added 5lbs). Muscle energy and intensity was great. Followed with seated curls, hammer curls and iso curls. (adding 2 reps to all). For triceps, it was skull crushers (added 5lbs), straight bar pressdowns, reverse grip extensions and rope extensions (again adding 5lbs to each). POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water 5min post wo. Followed with 64oz of water, spread over an hour.Took BB approx. 5min post wo with 32oz water. RESULTS: I did 20 min light cardio to test knee but skipped abs and calves due to time. Knee felt slightly better. Cramping in legs during cardio, which is new. Pain in shoulder has diminished (maybe because I was doing bis\tris) and elbow ache is not noticable at all. No adverse effects in sleep from taking BB right before bed with 16oz water. Morning dosage wore off about 9pm last night and knee started to ache some. Woke up this morning and knee was better. No noticable decline in pain from osteoarthritis in toes.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | PRE WORKOUT: Since I would not be working out until the late afternoon, I took 8 caps of BB when I got up this morning with 32oz of water. WORKOUT: Legs. Was once again up for 1 1/2 hrs in the middle of the night with my son, and just could not force myself up at 4am to workout before an early morning appointment. So I got up at 5am, had a packet of oatmeal and an HP 100% whey shake before I left the house. Got home and had another packet of oatmeal and another shake plus about 3/4 of a gallon of water 45min before taking what is left of the stack. After a couple of warm-up sets, I hit the 20 rep squat with an additional 5lbs. Leg curls were good (added 5lbs), then extension and sldls (added 10lbs to each) with a little longer breaks between sets than normal. Ended with 20 minutes of medium intensity walking on the treadmill. No calves or abs. Right knee was wrapped the whole time for safeties sake. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water 5min post wo. Took BB post wo with 32oz water immediately post wo. Followed with 32oz of water, spread over an hour RESULTS: I did 20 min medium intensity cardio and the knee felt good. Cramping in legs during most of the exercises, probably becuase I ran out of Green Bulge (creatine). Pain in shoulder has diminished and elbow ache is not noticable at all. Woke up this morning and knee was better. Feeling that BB had worn off early this morning, as knees were popping a little, similar to when I have been off of gluc\condroit for a couple of weeks. No noticable decline in pain from osteoarthritis in toes. Think some of knee problem has come from the fact that I have been going barefoot a lot, which is a no-no with fallen arches. Will wear shoes more...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | PRE WORKOUT: I took 8 caps with 32oz water immediately post wo. Will take another 8 caps before bed. WORKOUT: Shoulders. Got about an hour and a half less sleep as my little one woke us up again all congested. Ended up hitting the snooze once. Lower back was a little tweaked from a couple of night ago, so I swopped c&p for seated presses. Energy started off good this morning. Sweating was just okay. Focus was cr@p. After a warm-up set, I hit seated presses for 3X6. Muscle energy was great. Followed with rev. grip b.o.rows (added 5lbs), lateral raises and front raises (weight same as last, mostly partial reps), ending with shrugs (10 more pounds) and a 20 rep seated military press (added 5 more pounds). Ended with 10min on the treadmill (I just got bored) and no abs and calve. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water 5min post wo. Took BB post wo with 32oz water immediately post wo. Followed with 32oz of water, spread over an hour RESULTS: I wore shoes more yesterday, and knees were better. Woke up this morning and inside of right knee is still bothersome. Any attempt at more than a fast walk is probably futile. Pain in shoulder is gone and elbow ache is not noticable at all. No help with arthritis. No noticable popping in joints.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I was sick most of last week, so diet was rather carb heavy and sporadic. Did do cardio on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on empty stomach first thing in the morning, but no lifting. Except for Bone Boost (post wo and pre bed) and HP shakes on those 3 days and the multi and C everyday (sometimes twice a day), I have been off of my supps since Friday October 21st. WORKOUT: Chest & Tris. Focus was way off, as my son is still adjusting to his first daylight savings time. Workout was interrupted several times for him and for me to poop (I hate that). So today will not be a good judge for the stack. I did hit the weight increases, but fell short on the reps by one or two (could be focus, could be new routine). Muscles felt good and energy was very good. Did not really get into a groove, though. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water post wo. Followed with 32oz of Gatorade with 8 caps of Bone Boost. Will follow with 8 caps pre bed. RESULTS: Right shoulder problems throughout flat bench, and elbow issues with close grip bench. Knees are still pretty sore, even with just fast walking on treadmill. At this stage, I can't really say that I am feeling the love from BB, but will stick it out until sample runs out.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | PRE WORKOUT: I took 8 caps with 32oz water when I first woke up, approx. 3 hours pre wo which seemed to help more than taking post wo. Will take last 8 caps before bed. WORKOUT: Back & Bis. Focus was off again but not as much. Once again, I did hit the weight increases but fell short on the reps by as much as 3 (half of the 6 reps). I am not liking this routine so far, as I cannot really feel the muscles. Muscles felt good and energy was down from yesterday. Did not really get into a groove, again. Joints felt good, though I did skip any cardio. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water 5min post wo. Will take last dose of BB before bed. RESULTS: I woke up this morning and both knees ached. Pain in shoulder is gone and elbow ache is slightly noticable. No help with arthritis. No noticable popping in joints. Will write final thoughts tomorrow.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Final thoughts: Well, I took the last eight caps of Bone Boost last night. Everything felt pretty good during 30min walking on the treadmill this morning. I would have to say that when Bone Boost worked, it worked, and when it didn't work, it half-way worked. Bone Boost seemed to work best for me when taken first thing in the morning, a couple of hours pre-workout, and not immediately after my workouts. When BB first hit my system, most pain, except osteoarthritis (which it did not help), seemed to go away. However, as time went by during the day the aching would return to about half intensity (almost as if it was under dosed). This was very odd to experience from a glucost\condroit supplement which ususal worked until I stopped taking it, then the aching would gradually return after a week or two. I am sorry to say, but my experience with Bone Boost was subpar from my experiences with other joint supplements.
